스위소텔 더 스탬퍼드, 싱가포르 (Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore) - 싱가포르

위치도 훌륭했고, 전망도 아주 좋았습니다. 높은 층의 룸이 없어서 그랜드 룸으로 업그레이드 받고, 룸의 문제 때문에 그랜드룸의 높은층으로 옮기게 되어 아주 편하게 묵고 왔습니다. 아쉬운건 수영장의 샤워시설등이 좀 확충되었으면 하는 바람입니다.

밤에 바퀴벌레 나오는 5성 호텔입니다. 바퀴벌레나와서 방을 바꾸었고 조찬 및 맥주 서비스 받아서 고마웠으나 새끼 바퀴벌레들과 조그만 바퀴벌레들이 5성 호텔에서 계속나와서 많이 놀랐고 많이 불쾌했습니다. 다음엔 절대로 투숙하고 싶지 않고 다른 사람에게도 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

스위소텔 더 스템포드 싱가포르에서 우리부부와 초등생 아이 둘과 5박을 했어요. 교통이 아주 편해서 지하철이나 다른 버스를 이용하기에 정말 편하고 왠만한 관광지는 걸어 다니기에도 무리가 없어요. 객실은 좀 오래된듯 했지만 청결했고요 63층에 머물렀기 때문에 전망이 아주 좋아서 저희 가족은 만족했어요. 수영장에서 아이들과 세번 수영을 했었는데 별다른 시설이 있진 않으나 서비스는 좋아서 저희는 만족하게 지내다 왔답니다.

공항과 바로 연결된 씨티홀 지하철 출구 바로 옆입니다. 옆에 쇼핑몰도 있고 관광지와도 가깝고 너무 좋습니다. 가족 또는 친구들과의 여행에 모두 좋은것 같습니다. ^^ 저녁에 마리나 베이 샌즈 호텔의 야경도 너무 멋있습니다. 편하게 쉴수있는 호텔입니다. 추천합니다.

호주 여행동안 싱가포르를 경유하게 되었는데 귀국전 싱가포르에서 1박을 하게되어 스위소텔에 1박! 공항과 가깝고 깨끗하고 볼꺼 많고 사람도 많고~ 지하에는 마켓도 크고 좋고~다양한 과일도 많고~ 굿~ 경유하면서 싱가포르도 꼭 여행하고자 하는 의지가 생기더라고요 참 한국인 호텔 스템이 있어 짧은 영어에 도움이 많이 되었습니다.

이 호텔의 가장 큰장점은 교통 요지에 위치해 있다는 점입니다~ 시티홀역과 연결되어 있어 주요 관광지로 이동 하기에 편리합니다~ 손님의 요구에 바로 응대해 주는 서비스와 높은 건물이어서 야경 또한 타 특급호텔에 뒤지지 않고 청결 또한 매우 훌륭합니다~ 다음에 싱가폴 방문시에 꼭 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다~

I was dubious after booking this hotel as some reviews said it was tired and worn. Not so...the room, although on a low floor, was clean and in good shape. Great view overlooking the Padang and St Andrews. Great service. I would certainly stay again.

This Hotel was clean, run like a 5 star hotel and had the kindest employees from the house cleaners to the pool attendants, all the was to the food servers and people at the desk. A true pleasure. My room had such an incredible view and the room was amazingly clean and well appointed. I even loved my pillows!!

What a great hotel ! We stayed for three nights in a harbour view room and we very happy with everything. The room was large and very comfortable with an amazing view towards the Marina Bay Towers. We could watch the light show from our room. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and a good size. The staff were lovely and had a great knowledge […] of the area. There is a shopping plaza underneath the hotel, which had a vast array of restaurants/eateries and top end retailers. The location was ideal for getting to the popular tourist areas, there was also a hop on/off bus stop outside as well. Fabulous hotel that we will return to. 더 보기

The services at Swissotel was great, the conceige remembered my name when I went back the 2nd time. The service staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. However the pool facilities were a little lacking. The main pool was small and the pool side deck was crowded. Room decorations were old but comfortable enough.

The hotel is good and well located. Nice pool area, suitable for kids and adults. Downside is the WIFI fees, each gadget is charged separately.

Our stay at the Swissotel Stamford was nothing short of spectacular. The service, facilities, location and the views made this the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We stayed at the Swissotel for 6 nights in March to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday. We were upgraded to a Harbour-view room as a gift to my mom and from thereon the stay only got better […] and better. The pool is fantastic, it was never crowded and the service was fabulous. They handed out cold towels and complimentary drinks. The housekeeping was impeccable and the front desk and concierge service was always helpful. But the view from our room was so spectacular that it alone made the trip worthwhile. I'm running out of superlatives to describe this hotel but I can only assure you I'll be going back to Singapore and most definately staying at the Swissotel. 더 보기

From the moment we walked in the front door to the time we checke out we were made feel so welcome and supported by all the staff! This was a fabulous experience and one we would happily do again!

the charge for long distance call too expensive

Stayed 5 days in Singapore. Only complaint is the $30 a day charge for using wireless ($10 for one hour). I think given the price you pay for the room, this should be included. I don't think I have paid for internet at any hotel in 3 years. Come guys...include this!

Fantastic view, fantastic facilities. Just be sure to get a room on a higher floor if you are a light sleeper since there is a lot of construction work going on around there. Otherwise definitely recommended.

Vey disappointed. The room is old. The bathrooms were not very clean. The carpet had a must smell. I expected more out of this chain.

We cannot praise this hotel highly enough for comfort, the staff, cleanliness, and everything was so well organised. From our arrival we were so well looked after,it was centrally located and with the MRT so close by we could get back from all the major attractions very easily after walking to them. The view at 62nd floor was simply AWESOME. Probably same level with Marina Sand ! The Front desk & staff were fantastic & efficient. The pool,spa & etc were too great for words. Security was really good. You need to be there to have 'hands on experience'. Wah la!

It's realy a place that we call home away from home. The location is the best close too a MRT and short walks too great place like Marina Bay Sand and Qlark Quay and Raffels is on the other side off the road. Breakfast is fantastic rather served in room or in the restaurants. We recommend the hotel highly.

Great hotel, best location, wi fi works great but expensive. For what you pay to stay there it should be free.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Swissotel The Stamford. Central location. Shopping center connected to hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, fresh rooms with great views. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels and toiletries replenished. Great area outside with 2 pools, one for children and the other for adults. We traveled as a family with two teenage kids and stayed here for 3 nights. The Hotel provided us with two rooms side by side which was just perfect. Another positive; since we arrived very early in Singapore from Europe we received complimentary early check-in (from 7:30am) as well as a 2pm late check-out on the last day. This was excellent as we where […] all very tired after the long flight. The hotel has all the necessary amenities one needs for a few days stay. Rooms where clean, quiet, room service speedy and the beds very comfy. The only downside was that we had to pay for internet access which, I presume is common here in Singapore. The location is fantastic, just above Raffles shopping plaza and MRT station. There is also a Mac Donald's, a Starbucks and a food court around the corner which was convenient. Lots of other shops and the restaurants along Singapore river are within walking distance. All in all a fantastic stay and I would recommend it to anyone holidaying there. 더 보기

Found the location perfect. Easy access to shops, underground train, walk to marina and new Marina Sands. 70 storeys high so you can have great views. Upgraded to Grand room which is very large with two balconies. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were advised on check in to upgrade as this would give us free wifi in our room and breakfast in the executive lounge (which we were informed was better than the standard breakfast buffet). Unfortunately, the wifi signal in our room was non existent so we had to be moved which was an inconvenience. Our new room, on the 60th floor, had wifi signal […] but only a limited connectivity. Our first two mornings we went to the executive club for breakfast and although it was decent enough, my husband had to wait half an hour for his eggs, a while for yoghurt and in the end we gave up asking for the food we wanted because it seemed too much hassle. On our last evening we were finally informed that we could use the standard buffet if we preferred, which was much better and far more enjoyable. Especially because we had young children and we had felt uncomfortable in the executive club with them because it was so small and we felt we had to keep them quiet. In general, we had a nice time but felt misinformed regarding the executive club service. We were also disappointed because our kids tend to eat between 5-6pm because they are in bed by 7pm but there was no restaurants open to serve them a proper dinner. So we had to stay in the room and order room service. Even the receptionist thought that Swiss cafe would be open but when we went there it said they only opened at 6.30pm which is too late for our children. 더 보기

Plumming problems seem to be only negative thing in this hotel. Bathroom smelled very bad most of the time. Exellent location, wiew and room interior.

A really luxurious hotel with spetecular harbour view looking into Marina Bay and the Singapore Flyer. Absolutely stunning at night with all street lights on. Room is well groomed and clean, spacious enough for two occupancies. Good on whole, just a little bit expensive.

Room maids were lazy, front desk a little tardy and room service food is lacking. Great location but is very busy and pool area is a little bit small and old. Wouldn't stay again but suffice for a central location.

The hotel is well located between two shopping centres and close to the MRT. A short walk or cab ride gets you to boat quay and lots of interesting restaurants. The view from the hotel was great and there was a nice big bathrrom. My complaint is that the hotel room was damp and musty, so damp that the carpet felt wet. I think it was because the airconditioning […] had been adjusted so low that the moisture from the air condensed and "rained" all over the room. tv channel ESPN AND STAR SPORT, NO SOUND AT ALL. STATIONERY PAD ON TABLE, WITHOUT ENVELOPE, SINCE I STAYED THE LAST TIME. THEY NEVER REFILL.

The hotel is conveniently located above MRT and near a lot of shopping centres including Orchard Road. Got a room at a high floor with fantastic view. Room is very spacious, some of the things looks a bit dated but overall well maintained and clean.
