다운타운에 있어 어느 곳을 방문하기에도 좋은 위치입니다. 물론 더 현대적인 호텔들도 있지만 저의 경우는 웨스틴 샌프란시스가 마치 유럽 호텔에 와있는 듯한 느낌을 주어 매우 좋았습니다. LA->라스베가스->샌프란시스코로 여행을 하였는데, 라스베가스에서의 호텔은 창문으로 보이는 화려한 전망이 좋았다면 웨스틴 샌프란시스는 클래식한 인테리어, 무언가 역사의 숨결이 느껴지는 분위기, 소품 하나도 정감이 느껴지더군요. 나뭇잎 모양의 예쁜 화장비누도 기억에 남습니다. 다른 호텔들에서는 볼 수 없었던...

웨스틴 프란시스 호텔! 샌프란시스코 여행을 또 오게 된다면 다시 이용할 생각입니다. 위치는 여기만큼 좋은곳이 없는것같아요 유니언스퀘어 바로 앞이라 나가면 식사할곳도 도보 오분거리에서 해결되고 쇼핑도 편리, 케이블카 종점인 파월역이 두블록 , 지척에 있어 너무 편했어요

저희는 너무 마음에 들었어요. 저희의 3달된 아기와 함께 동행했는데, 저희 아기도 너무 좋아했어요. 경치도 좋고 서비스도 좋아요. 전체적으로 다 좋지만 특히 훌륭한 위치예요. 모든곳에 가까운 중심지예요.

역사적으로 중요한 곳에 위치하고 있어서 가 볼만 합니다. 그러나 탑안의 통로와 객실은 낡았네요. 깨끗하지도 않고요. 마치 마지막 손님이 캐니넷과 진열장 전체에 뭔가를 쏟아버린것 같아요. 제가 도착했을 땐, 다 말라서 엉망진창이더라구요. 당연히 청소가 되어 있어야 했지요. 욕실도 최상의 상태는 아니었습니다. 탑에는 다시 묵지 않을 거에요. 본관이라면 모를까…

호텔에 도착해서 예약한 객실에 도착했는데, 창문 바로 앞에 문이 전망을 가려서 객실을 옮겨 달라고 요청했는데, 같은 수준의 객실은 빈 곳이 없고 객실의 수준을 한 단계 낮추면 엘리베이터 바로 옆 객실로 옮길수 있다고 했습니다. 그래서 프론트 데스크 매니저를 만나고 싶다고 하니 곧 매니저가 전화를 줄 거라고 했지만, 기다리다가 제가 다시 전화를 했답니다. 매니저에게 상황설명을 하니 다른 객실로 옮겨주겠다고 했습니다. 누군가가 거짓말을 했지만 그건 중요하지 않아요. 저는 주차비를 두배로 내야했어요. 요금을 얼마나 냈는지 신용 카드 내역을 확인해 보세요. 항상 Westin 에 묵었었는데 이번이 마지막이 될 거여요. 손님으로 대접을 […] 받은게 아니라, 어떻게 하면 이 사람을 가버리게 할까? 하는 취급을 받은 것 같아요. 위치는 정말 좋지만 직원들 때문에 묵지 못하겠어요. 다시 이 호텔에 묵을 가치가 없어요. 돈 낭비에요. 다시 안 올 겁니다. 더 보기

Having specifically chosen this hotel due to it's reputation & previously always admired the hotel, on arrival was left disappointed. Reception was busy and although water was offered the staff behind the desk were not overly enthusiastic. On entering the room we were pleased yet disappointed. Had we paid full price for the room we would have demanded […] a move to a better room. If you want to be in the middle of a great location in downtown SF, this is a great place. However, we stayed in the "newer" tower, however I was a little unimpressed - thought it was a little run down. And I mainly booked this hotel because of the Heavenly beds but really wasn't impressed! I remember them being much more heavenly!

First class hotel & across from Union Square. Lots of shops & artists nearby. Easy walking in all directions to the city's sights, but wear good shoes since you will be going up and down hills!

Great classic hotel in the middle of everything! At check-in, the hotel clerk (Jason I believe) was very helpful, and if filled our request for a room with a view - Powell Avenue and Union Square! Great bar and restaurant, too.

Great hotel with an awesome location. Had to switch rooms twice. Had a bathroom that smelled like an ash tray, then the next room had blood on the toilet after getting in. Housekeeping must have had a busy weekend, but otherwise the place was awesome.

The hotel is in a great location - right in the heart of Union Square. The rooms were nice, and the hotel staff were all super friendly. My only complaint is that both times we used the concierge to recommend things - they led us to bad experiences. So as long as you don't use the concierge, you'll be fine!

Booked the hotel for two nights, stayed one in the Tower which was supposed to be an upgrade to a Superior Room. The room was shabby, there was even black tape around the window. The hall outside the room was very run down. More like a 2 star. Stayed here on another night during our trip, stayed in the main hotel this time, room was better. But security […] was an issue, anyone could access the hallway outside the room from the street as there were key cards required to for access. This hotel for us was a major let down and charges very high prices for service/rooms that came no where near what they should have been. I will never stay here again, next time I am in town I will certainly be choosing another hotel. 더 보기

I liked the hotel but since it is so old the walls are not very sound proof. Thankfully my neighbors were relatively quiet but I heard everything through the walls.

This is a very big, grand, old hotel. Great location. Close to many restaurants and safer side. The lobby and common areas are very nice and grand. The rooms are big enough too. The rooms feel a bit old but if you have ever stayed in new York or other old city these rooms were fantastic. We enjoyed the stay very much and would def come back.

The hotel is in a great location. The price is what is expected for a four star hotel. Make sure you stay in the tower side as the rooms are newer. They were accommodating, checking us in earlier and giving us a late check in. Enjoyed the stay

Hotel within walking distance of Ferry Bldg, Sat. farmer's market, shopping,theater, great restaurants, & easy acces to other landmarks. All but ONE thing was great about this hotel! Three of the four bottles in our mini bar were full of water- not vodka! Sneaky previous stayers- but the hotel replaced it and made it very quick and easy for us to enjoy our in room cocktails! Will definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I needed a mini-getaway, in the city. I've always wanted to stay here and was not disappointed. The service was great but the room was even better. A free upgrade at the front desk led us to a suite with great views overlooking the square, a chandelier (my fav!) and plenty of space! Will definitely book this again.
