Very nice hotel and conveniently located but they charge $9.99 per day for wifi!! Seriously?? Even Motel6 gives you free wifi !!! Oh and to rent a movie for the kids to watch cost $21. Other than that I have no complaints..

rooms were very clean, awesome location, room was larger than I thought it would be, beds wonderful! Daughter attended a dance competition this hotel was not over crowded, walk to ballroom were competition was not bad!!

We stayed at the Westin Oaks after getting a deal off of the Hotels.com website for New Years Eve. At first glance the hotel was nice and very clean. When we back to the room the key wasn't working, so my husband went to get a hotel staff member. When we finally got in the room and in bed I was exhausted and so incredibly ready to drift off to sleep […] but there was a loud groaning coming from the window. Everytime the wind picked up it would groan. My husband called the front desk and they said that there's going to be more noise since it's NYE and did not even take the time to figure out what it was we were talking about. If you enjoy shopping, this hotel is in the Galleria, so you don't even have to walk outside. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff very courteous and helpful. My only complaint about this hotel involves the hidden fees. Internet was not free, which is ridiculous for a hotel that caters to a high end market and valet parking […] was outrageously priced, so was the parking lot by the lobby. I had to pay for internet as I was traveling on business but I wasn't happy about it and wrote to the hotel GM to let him know. I would stay here again, it is a nice property but I wish hotels would get over themselves and stop charging for internet to cover what they can no longer charge for phone service. 더 보기

Attached to The Galleria and The Cheesecake Factory, you can't go wrong! The room was very clean,friendly staff, the bed was plush..and the view at night was spectacular! My only (minor) complaints were you could hear the traffic noise even near the top floor, and you have to pay for internet.

We were so happy to take advantage of the discounted rate. We weren't there to shop, but the hotel was conveniently located in the Galleria, so were never at a loss for activities (ice skating) or dining choices. The only issue was that we were there during the holiday season and parking was a problem. We arrived around 1 a.m. so were able to find a […] place to park, but had to drive downtown and parked very far away in the Galleria parking garage when we returned. Still, it was worth it. Also, there was valet parking, but it was more than we wanted to pay. We took our small dog and there weren't many places to walk him, but he was well received at the hotel with no problem and there was no extra fee for having a pet. 더 보기

Very conveniently located, wonderful hotel staff, o.k. hotel...needs some sprucing up....fresh paint, etc. I would definitely stay there again, though!

The hotel was great. We enjoyed our time there while we relaxed.

Initial impressions were good with friendly and polite front desk and concierge staff. However the bedroom, although large, was poorly furnished and in need of renovation. The swimming pool and Sun terrace area also needs some imaginative help to reach its potential. It's connected to the galleria which is ideal if you are just going to shop.

Great location, Roomsare Ok need a little more batroom cleaning . Too much very early Remodeling going on . Start later . Not at 6.00 am. Need better coffeee in room . Refrigerator did not work. Air conditioner was very loud.

Bar service is terrible. Untrained drink mixer. Clumsy combination bartender/waiter. Completely inattentive.

En varios años hemos visitado el hotel, siempre que viajamos a Houston el hotel ha ido perdiendo la calidad que tenia en años pasados, ya se ha convertido en un hotel normal, lo que antes era de primerisima, lastima.

Excelente ubicación del hotel, con acceso directo a Galleria Mall y muy bonita zona para caminar en los alrededores...

En general muy bueno !

Muy bonito y las habitaciones comodicimas, pero no tienen forma de que una camioneta grande entre a el lobby y/o estacionamiento, tienes que dejar tu auto en otro estacionamiento a espaldas y caminar. Eso esta pesimo. Servicio de taxis del hotel super pesimo.

This hotel is located inside the Galleria mall. So for me that travels alone on business, it is perfect. I dont need to drive anywhere after work, I have everything I need in and around the mall. The hotel itself meets my standard requirements. Except no wi-fi in the room that I could see. So bring along a long cable if you want to use the computer […] in bed. The hotel has an outdoor pool if you have time to enjoy nice weather. For those of you that has been here before: The charming pub and breakfast restaurant that used to be located on the mall corners leading in to the hotel has unfortunately been replaced lately. 더 보기
