2013년02월08일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기1. 달라스국제공항까지 15분만에 호텔셔틀이 나와서 픽업을 해주고, 호텔에서 5마일까지는 무료로 데려다주는 서비스가 최고입니다. 운전기사들도 모두 오랫동안 근무해와서 친절하고 정확합니다. 2. 호텔청소나 청결함은 비슷한 레벨의 호텔들과 비슷합니다. 1년 전에 호텔에 두고온 전기제품 커넥터를 찾아서 한국까지 보내주는 정성에 감동했습니다. 3. 아침식사와 저녁 manager receiption은 정말 최고입니다. 작년에 경험한 Thanksgiving Day 에도 정말 좋은 식사를 준비해 주더군요. 4. 출장을 가기 때문에 주위의 관광명소는 잘 모릅니다. 5. 주위에 여러 레스토랑이 걸어가서 이용할 수 있고 바로 앞에는 Hurst 경찰서, 뒤에는 병원이 있고, 가까운 주위가 대부분 거주지로 안전하고 조용합니다. 쇼핑몰도 가까운 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.

"Really Great Hotel With the Exception of One Thing"
Overall the experience was great and room was clean, and having the mall next door as well as lots of dining options is VERY convenient. Only thing is the first room I was sent to smelled really bad. I asked to be moved and was immediately accommodated, which I really appreciate, so bonus points for that. However, the second room still kind of smelled […] similarly bad (though not as pungent fortunately). I'm not sure if it's the cleaning solution they use or something, but it really is very unpleasant, especially when you first enter the room. After reading some other reviews I was a little worried about actually getting there, we drove and got in earlier than expected and early check in was no problem, parking was available, checked right in and our room was nice, I did get a view of the mall roof, but it wasnt terrible. "Perfect Hotel for every thing"
This was my first stay at the Westin and the hotel lived up to its name. I booked this trip for a two day shopping trip with my wife. We stayed at the Westin on the second night. The hotel has an inviting smell. The desk attendant upgraded us to a Starwood Preferred Guest. My wife was very impressed and said we should have stayed there both nights. […] This hotel has everything you need if not in the hotel itself it will be very close. Bottom line this is a very nice hotel. Only negative parking is slim or expensive. I love many things about the Westin including their great customer sevice and the comfy beds and the large size of the room. There is good storage and it's wonderful to be able to just walk into the Galleria to shop which is what we were there for. However if I have a complaint it is the shower. Although it has the double shower heads which was nice […] the hot and cold water went in and out and you had to just keep adjusting it throughout the shower. I also think there should be some restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast besides room service, we were able to walk out to the mall and go to Starbucks for coffee at 7 but even the Corner Bakery out there did not open until 8 for food which is unfortunate.
