I enjoyed my stay with the exception of two things first of all the fact the internet was extremely slow also I had a problem with the toilet and they asked me did I want to come and get the plunger or have someone bring it to me and finally if you stay and I ask for extra pillows don't tell me we don't have none

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I hesitated on sending this review since I sent a review late last year about another Studio Plus in the same city. I was very disappointed by reliving a lot of what I experienced last year close by. Even though I have confirmation of a room, thee front desk explained they did not have anything available. Like last time I asked them what they had. I […] explained I did not want a smoking room. Then they said there was a smoking room they just painted and it would not smell like smoke. I took the room. The water to the toilet was turned off. When I turned it on, the toilet was leaking around the base. The TV would turn on and then shut off after 10 seconds of operation. There was no toaster. One drawer in the kitchen had the front panel hanging off. I was very dissatisfied with my accommodations. I have stayed at other Extended Stay Hotel establishments. At Homestead Studio Suites in the same location, I have had very good experiences. The Studio Plus experience has not been a good one. 더 보기

When we first pulled up there were kids running around the parking lot yelling. In the lobby there were 2 teenage girls hanging out. The hotel employee was very nice and helped us right away. He told us to enter the hotel by the side entrance. As soon as we entered through the side, there was a stench. We had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor and […] as we passed each floor, there was a large trash can overflowing...this was the stench. The room was tidy and had a very small TV. Pulled back the covers and there were 2 long hairs on the bed. The toilet was not attached to the wall, so when you sat down it jerked forward. Since families are using this place to live, you could smell everyones' dinner cooking. We were thankful that it was quiet during the night and we did get a good nights sleep. 더 보기

First off mi room was not clean when i got i had to ready until it was clean the tv didnt work and they put me in a handicap room that i didnt reserve the only reason why mi room got which because tv but overall mi stay was ok

The room was clean and adequate and at a super price!

I was there for 3 days. Had it not been the friendliness of the staff I wouldn't have made it that long. It's an old facility but large and clean. I was missing a few of the normal items that come with a room. I didn't have closet doors, bathroom amenities, toilet paper, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils (and yes, this room was supposed […] to be a kitchenette). I asked for a lightbulb to be replaced my first day there. It was still out when I left. But you get what you pay for and I feel for the price it could have been much worse. Horrible, Staff was unprofessional using lots of profanity, Room was terrible.

Came into town for a family gathering. This is the hotel i frequent. Room is always clean, the staff is great and is close to some good restaurant. The Manager Debbie is extremely personable and is great with the guest. Will be back soon..

Very stripped down budget but very inexpensive. Only negative was musky smell. It didn't bother me but could be a problem for others. It was clean.

Debbie and her team are great ! There was a computer issue with my reservation and they were able to solve it quickly AND upgrade my room. Thanks!

The furniture could be much cleaner, and the hallways

The first room they gave me was downright filthy dirty, when I requested another room, it looked cleaner in appearance, but when I turned the light on to use the bathroom, five cockroaches scattered. This place is a complete dump and looks nothing like the photos posted on your site. It needs to be removed your site altogether.

On check-in they handed me the key and didn't show me a map of the property and show me where my room was so I had no idea where to park and which door was best that I use. After walking around the building and back down the main hallway, one of the gals at the front desk area grabbed my bag and helped me to my room. A map would of been nice. I stayed […] on the lower floor and the hallway had a smell but I think the carpet was new and so it could of been the glue that was used to tack the carpet down. My room was mostly clean except one of the washrags for dishes had something on it, NO free wi-fi. was my biggest reason for not staying again and they wanted 4.99 for wi-fi. I will not stay here. I also prefer to have outside door entrances to my room so I can park in front of my room. 더 보기

Size of room comparable to a double bed standard room, just take space of second bed and make it into a kitchen/bar space. Have a larger in ground pool at my house, didn't use it. Didn't s see any other perks but didn't need them either. I got what I paid for and it suited my purpose. The girl at the service desk was more than willing to assist me in […] any needs. It was not the suite I have had in the past, no couch so I am glad it was just me and my daughter. Bed/pillows were comfortable, slept well. This is a very basic hotel. As mentioned, room air conditioning unit was off until we arrived, so room was hot. Room cooled down after 20 minutes so was ok. Toiletries included only a small bar of soap. This property is dated and maintenance has been minimal. Its ok for a quick overnight stay, but that is about it. Upon arriving at 9 pm, I was informed […] that the desk clerk was about to "run" her occupancy report, and had our arrival been a bit later, we would have had to wait for a room.......at 9PM!! This hotel was extremely hot, and not well maintained. They didn't even turn the air on in the unit so that the unit had cooled off before our reservation. It took us going out and purchasing a box fan in order to get it cooled off. The hallways were not cooled either. Everything was hot, sticky, and stuffy. The kitchen worked ok, but was missing some […] necessary items like a knife, or spatula. The bed was okay but bouncy. The internet worked well and was fast. My wife and I saw this hotel and have states in this area many time before so we felt that the hotel would be great especially as it had a refrigerator, microwave etc.. We were very dissatisfied with what we found. In the lobby there were children in diapers unattended running around the lobby and screaming. The entire hotel was very run down and in […] desperate need of maintenance. It felt more like staying in a housing complex for low income families. Do not stay here as you will probably be sick to your stomach once you see what you get. Room was dirty but luckily we did not get bed bugs. Spend a little more and sleep comfortably. 더 보기

Very clean, great location in a quite neighborhood. I would stay here again! Big rooms and great for family vacations!

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Heat/air worked great. The room was maybe a little old but we were very satisfied, we will stay there again.

Nice place and plenty of room, with a separate kitchen area. Good location. A couple minor complaints: TV is small and wifi isn't free. But considering the cost of the room, those aren't big drawbacks.

Room wasnt cleaned tub stopped up and I was still charged

Just had to drive a block or two to Westport (my destination)

excellent experience here, convenient to I270, will definitely go back

My husband and I booked a night to ourselves at this hotel last weekend and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and cute decor of our room. We will definitely visit again- probably often since its so cheap. It was a very nice break for both of us.

the only issue we had was the bed. it was not the most comfortable.

The hotel staff was excellent, it was very comfortable and inexpensive. I will stay there again.

There were undesirables hanging around in lobby and outside of hotel. The room was dingy and dirty. The screens were hanging off the windows. My husband and I were actually very uneasy about staying there. We were there 5 mins and checked out.

The staff was very accomodating & friendly. The facilities were good, pool, workout room, laundry. It is convenient to highways , without being on them.

Clean room with space and clean kitchen hallways had a very funny smell and we had to spray airfreshner everytime we entered our room.
