Filthy,smelly nO service at all

Overpriced terrible hotel, no daily service, couch in room disgustingly dirty,

There are no words. The woman who checked me in went above and beyond but the hotel rooms were DIRTY. There was mildew under the bedspread, the carpet was stained and filthy, the walls had dirt on them and looked like they had not been wiped down in awhile. The doors and cabinets had smudges and the showers were filthy along with the shower curtain; […] all of which could be seen with the naked eye. Clearly housekeeping is not monitored. There are no elevators and you have to find your way to the 3rd floor. The staff was friendly but I still do not recommend this place. 더 보기

The staff were friendly and attentive to the guest, the rooms and carpet need a makeover(fresh paint and new carpet would help. I would stay again.

To start out, I plan on staying there again when I have work in Greensboro again. The room had a kitchen and full size frig, the bed was weak and very squeaky not very comfortable. The room had a new big screen TV and High Speed Internet.

the hotel said that it had a pool for which it did but, it was not ready for the memorial customers .after driving toconcord and back to the hotel i was looking forward to spending time at the pool,so i canel my reservation and went to la QUANTA DOWNthe street as for the the i don't know .

When there is advertisement for a smoke free room, this should be isolated to the entire floor not specific rooms. The hallway was overwhelming with the smell of cigarette smoke. This needs to better controlled.

I stayed for 4 nights in May 2011 and the room was large and comfortable with a full kitchen! I would definitely stay at this extended stay hotel again! The staff was friendly and very helpful. There's no elevator so if you have a heavy bag you'll need to be able to carry it up the stairs yourself, but that was the only drawback I found with this h […] otel. 더 보기

Room was clean but not stocked. Didn't have hardley any of the things it was suppose to have. Shampoo, coffe maker, etc.. People were nice at the desk. Heat unit kept going off and on. Couldn't keep the fan going so I woke up every time it came on. The noise was to drastic

The hallways had a heavy smell of smoke, the smell was so heavy, I had to place a towel under the door of my room. Additionally, I don't think that wireless service should be an additional charge. No one came and changed out my towels, I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. For the most part, Studio Plus was fairly clean, except for the noisy refrigerator. Since Bed bugs have been an issue across the country for ALOT of other places...I am now concerned about the cleanliness of hotels, so I did not sleep between the sheets. Rather, on top, with my own blanket and pillow (not sure if that would have helped in any case). […] But looking at some of the unsavory-looking characters that were there, I would think twice about staying in the future. Ran into a man with a beer in his hand, while climbing the stairs to the third floor. Didn't even offer to hold open the door, as I was hauling up my suitcase. I'm not old (60), but I have had back issues due to a car accident. I guess non-smoking is only available on the top floor. For travellers with kids...Listen Up...In Hotels, be aware that the walls are thin. Take them outside, if they want to play and talk loudly. I would have stayed at the Hyatt down the street, but 90/nite is a bit steep. And they have noisy AC's!/Heaters. I guess you get what you pay for. 더 보기

Non-smoking room has lots of smoking smell and the hotel needs renovation. It is kind of old and shabby and deserves only one star rating!

the hotel was not THAT bad, mainly because I got there late and only stayed 1 night but definitely would not be on my choice to stay again. The rooms are very dated, cabinetry broken, etc...you get what you pay for...

It was fine for the short time that I was there. Only wish they would do a little steam cleaning on the sofa. Stains from possible spilling of liquids. Other than that everything was fine.

Not bad room for the price, but the hotel and the hallways had a horrible smell. The smell lasted my whole stay so I don't know if the smell is a long lasting thing or what.

Clean and convenient hotel. Hotel hallways and rooms smelled like smoke.
