attended USA tango championship. Organization (on the hotel part) was good. Ballroom are very pretty and well taken care off. Food in the restaurant is amazing! (had breakfast, lunch and dinner). View of the airport was nice.

We needed a hotel close to the airport as we just wanted to relax after a long flight from New Zealand and didnt want to face anoother 4 hour flight to MN immediately. This hotel was perfect for that- free shuttle (if we stayed in San Fran its a $55 cab ride each way). Right on the water with a great walking path to shake off some jet lag. Staff were […] friendly. Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was high end great food and wine. If you are looking for something more casual and affordable we also had lunch at the sports bar down the Road (Max Bar and Grill I think). There is also a Mexican and Japanese restaurant within walking distance that looked good too. Beds very comfortable, good water pressure for shower (no fan extractor though which I thought was unusual). Starbucks also in building if you are not in the mood for the $21 buffet breakfast. ALL GOOD. I would not stay there if I wanted to be near the city though. 더 보기

One small critique: guests should not have to pay for Wireless Internat.

First time at waterfront Marriott, was a pleasant experience, feel the energy at the flight 101 lounge, great food/drinks, room very comfortable, staff very friendly, only down side, everything kinda pricey, but I guess thats vacations, great hotel, Aloha

We were only there for one night on our way back from San Diego area to Detroit airport, so we found that the location was very convenient to get to the airport for our early morning flight. The views were great from inside and outside of the hotel of the planes taking off and landing at close proximity. There were very good restaurants within walking […] distance along the boardwalk. The room was comfortable and clean and we could not hear the noise of the planes from our location. Would stay here again. 더 보기

Stayed 2 nights. Staff polite, helpful & friendly. Great room. Airport pick-up/drop-off a big plus influencing my selecting this hotel and there’s also a free bus service for guests to visit and shop around Burlingame vicinity. It’s also well situated for public bus service travel to & fro downtown. Stay-for-breakfast detail didn’t seem to be showing […] when I checked in, but sorted after printing reservation info from flash drive. Ample buffet breakfast choice, but beware timings: hotel info says up till 11a.m. but 2nd morning, coming down around 10:30a.m. they were clearing things away! Nonetheless staff were great, ensuring selection requests met. Extra fee for room wi-fi so I just made use of free wi-fi available in the lobby where there was plenty of room and power outlets. Initial connection was a bit dodgy - about 15 mins before I could get on, but all good thereafter. Fantastic that one could use the well equipped gym & sauna anytime – late night into the wee hours of the morning! Flight info updates on display & can print out boarding pass in lobby. 더 보기

Excellent staff service! Great bay view room. Nice outside walkway by bay. Super deal to include breakfast with your res.

This Hotel can use some renovation and may be an additional elevator in the far northern end of it, sure is a long walk. but in all it's a very comfortable place spent most of our time outside the premisses but it was a comfortable nite of sleep every time. This hotel, which Hotels.Com lists as 4 stars is more appropriately listed as three by other services. The room is smaller than at other hotels in the area. The "glassware" is paper. The two free breakfasts on the Hotel.com website became only for kids under 12 when we arrived at the hotel. We were told there was a daily parking fee of $20, which we […] didn't expect. (But that was not on our bill at the end.) In order to use a baggage cart, we had to leave our drivers license, but when we returned the cart the attendant wasn't there and we had to wait. Someone else finally helped us retrieve our license. The experience felt like staying at a cheap hotel with very expensive prices. 더 보기

Hotel needs freshening, but is functional for short visits. Has frequent shuttles to SFO.

Best hotel we have stayed at in the San francisco area ever. We would recommend this to everyone and we will back. Loved it!!!!!

The hotel staff was wonderful. I left my sunshades in the room. I called back later in the day, they had my shades and my husband picked them up for me the next day. Thanks so much.

With about the same rate, there will be much better room condition hotels.

We can't express enough on how much we loved the hotel. Our room was so nice and our beds were so so comfortable! I would actually trade my bed at my house for the bed in your hotel. Our kids enjoyed the pool and were treated with kindness every time they walked to the pool. Everyone was just so nice and attentive. Thank you so much! We missed a flight and next available was early following morning. Hotel had availability, a great location, and a shuttle service that made the missed flight a less painful experience. However, the real key was the bed. OMG! Loved it! So comfortable that I almost wanted to miss my flight again just to sleep in.

Great hotel location in that it is very near the airport. We enjoyed watching the planes come in while we were eating breakfast in the morning. The staff went out of their way to help us with directions and guidence informing us of the events around town so that we did not get caught in the event traffic. The room was very clean. The San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront is very conveniently located if the purpose of the stay is to be close to the airport. The shuttle service makes for a perfect stay.

This hotel really surprised me. I travel a lot and am always doing short over-nighters at some overpriced, junky hotel by the airport. This place was easily one of the best airport hotels I've ever stayed in. The food was excellent, the service wonderful, the rooms large and well done and, unlike almost every other hotel by the airport, it felt alive, […] warm and well cared for. We had a wonderful stay. Perfect from beginning to end. Spectacular watching the airplanes land and take off from SFA while watching the tide go out and in. Will absolutely return on our next trip to San Francisco. Your shuttle buses are the best and everyone is so helpful and friendly. You all deserve a 5 star rating. I must say this hotel was not up to par with most Marriott hotels I've stayed in. Mildew around bathtub. One set of elevators for a huge facility. Our room was so far from the elevator, I felt like I had to walk two miles just to get to the lobby. Restaurant had a very limited lunch menu and was in our opinion way overpriced even by San Franciso standards. […] Just a little disappointing. 더 보기

The bed was amazing as usual and the view of the bay was great. Best seafood chowder at the lobby restaurant. Only thing, $12.95 for a day of internet was high in my opinion.

Was pleasantly surprised with location - not the usual airport hotel surrounds. Pleasing views and grounds. Good quality casual dining nearby. Concierge staff helpful, check-in staff in general efficient. Leisure centre easily accessible. Bedroom furnishings good. More attention needed to bathroom / celing and behind bath. Other than the $ 20.00 parking fee we had to pay for one night in a wide open parking area, the staff was most attentive, answered all our questions, and took care of our needs. Hotel charges guests $20 for parking. No breakfast incluincluded. Front desk treatment was very bad. Room we were go end was far from elevators. Finding the room was like going through a maze.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. The best part about is is probably their customer service. This place is outstanding! I would definetly stay here again!

Loved the size of room and it was very quite and comfortable until about 30 minutes into sleeping when we were awakened by the couple next to us "enjoying their night together"...couldn't believe the walls were so thin to hear EVERYTHING they were doing. After enduring that for a while, we got to hear the men above us having a little get together in […] thier room. Lots of outside traffic noises as well. The room was mildewed -- a strong mildew odor throughout the room. The bed cover and rug were dirty. The front desk was informed, but did nothing. I was only staying one night, but will not repeat it at this hotel.
