엠파이어 랜드마크 호텔 앤드 컨퍼런스 센터 (Empire Landmark Hotel) - 밴쿠버

객실내에 있는 도어락이 파손되어 있었습니다. 객실 교체를 요구했는데 한참을 기다리게 한 후 직원이 아닌 수리공을 보내서 수리만 시키더군요.. 큰 기대없이 예약한 호텔이었음에도 불구하고 너무 실망스러웠습니다... 절대 추천하고 싶지 않아요.

my room was at level28. it had a wonderful night view. room was clean and cozy. the man at reception did never smile and no free wifi. but best hotel for me in vancouver with that price :D

3블럭 떨어진 주변에 요트정박 시설이 있고, 수상비행, 자전거 임차이용, 죠깅등이 가능하고, 호텔 주변에 한국식당이 많아 마음에 드는 식당, 식단선택이 가능한 곳이다. 공항과 호텔까지 교통수단은 직행연결되는 마이크로 셔틀을 이용할수 있어 편리하다.

외국인으로 캐나다 벤쿠버에 초행인지라.. 후론트데스크에 상세한 설명을 받으려 했는데.. 너무 빠른 영어로 설명을 해서 절반만 알아 듣겠더군요... 천천히 설명을 해 주었으면 좋으련만...

시설을 갖출건 다 갖춘게 분명하지만 커피포트부터 욕실까지..관리가 안되어 있어서 먼지, 녹슴 등이 곳곳에 보임 이걸보니 침구도 찝찝했음. 야경이 좋다하나 맨 꼭대기층에서 밥먹는거 아니면, 객실에서의 야경은 그냥 건물들 사이에 있는 느낌 직원들도 다른 호텔에 비해 친절하지도 않고, 전반적으로 별로임

이 호텔 위치는 좋습니다,,하지만 예전과는 다르게 그냥 그냥 별 장점 없는 보통 호텔 수준입니다,,침대도 작고, 특별날게 없는 그런 보통 호텔, 그냥 저렴한 숙소 찾으시는 분이면 괜챦을듯, 특히 아침 호텔 부페, 최악입니다, 17불이나 받으면서 먹을것 정말 없다는,,,

I got a deluxe room on the 17th floor, with the English Bay view. The room is spacious with a sitting area and a mini refrigerator. The location is excellent on Robson Street, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Stanley Park. There were unknown noises during my stay at night. It was like some machines constantly making noises throughout the night. Maybe it was because my room was close to the service elevator.

A good hotel at a decent price. One shortcoming was the Internet service, which probably would have been fine if they had provided instructions upon my arrival. I would recommend this place as very good and very convenient. JS

The front desk was not of any help. Extra room keys are $20/night. Free internet access was promised, never could connect, besides, the signal was very poor. The bathroom flooded from the room 2 floors above us during our stay. They gave us complimentary breakfast coupons that were of no use since the restaurant did not open until 6:30 am. We're there […] to go see the sights, not sleep in every day. The hotel had hardly been updated since the 80's with mirrors around every corner, shotty workmanship everywhere. definitely not worth the price for what they advertise. 더 보기

pretty good ....

This hotel is an older downtown Vancouver hotel, a high rise. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Parking is quite secure and the hotel is pet friendly.

Outstanding view of the Harbor and Mountains However: The chain connected to the flush handle in the toilet tank broke (from the rubber stopper inside the tank)the first time I flushed it. Rather than disturb the staff, I just lifted the top and lifted the black stopper inside the tank when I needed to flush the toilet (it left a black residue on my […] hand each time I did this - which tells me that stopper was very old). Soap and water cleaned it off so no worries. Maybe this is something you may want consider when doing your preventive maintenance inspections. Great view and location. I enjoyed my stay. 더 보기

Located in the heart of Vancouver and the Aquarium in Stanley Park. Very safe neighborhood, and easy walking distance to tons of shopping. The view is magnificent! 180 degree view of the waterfront, Granville Island, and the mountains. I will say that the general manager deserves 10 stars but his staff deserves a negative 10. When we checked in they did not explain how to get to the parking so we drove aimlessly around the first garage we saw not able to find the level we were on. I went back inside and asked where our level was they then explained we had to drive down the alley to […] enter the garage but neglected to let us know that the room key opened the gate. After we finally got into the correct garage we went upstairs to find a filthy room, the toilet had hair in it and the room was dirty feeling overall. I didnt want to take my shoes off. I called down to speak to the hotel desk mgr to get the wireless code. A women named Sandy answered the phone I asked her if she could tell me how to get online she gave me a code without the user name. I told her it was not working. I asked her if she could repeat the code as I did not hear her correctly she muttered the numbers again. I asked her if she could say it slowly. She was clearly bothered by having to do this, I explained to her that there was not a pen or paper in the room so I was looking for something to write it down with at which point I was given a major attitude and she hung up on me. I called back she would not answer then I called hotels.com to cancel my reservation that I was not going to be treated so poorly. The general manager called and asked if he could upgrade our room, he came up and upgraded our room and made it so we could stay. If it had not been for him I would have cancelled and blasted this hotel but I feel that his actions deserve merit but that his staff needs a lesson on customer service. The larger upper floors are nice rooms the ones on the lower floors leave a lot to be desired. 더 보기

For what we wanted, lovely! A clean, comfortable place to stay, convenient to restaurants and some fun nightlife. It's not utter luxury, but it's a good hotel, comfortable bed, efficient desk staff. The only complaint we had was the batteries in the TV remote were dying, but we didn't care, as we were going out anyway.

Priced right; great location.

Hotel is older and could use some up grades room was clean. We had a great view from the 33rd floor. Great loacation on Robson in middle of the shopping.

The Mattress was not comfortable and had a back pain from it.

Very good location. Lot of eating places around. Excellent view from balcony... Place is a little old, but no complaints as such. Folks were very friendly.

This is the second time we've stayed here since we had such a good experience the year before. The Empire's rates are very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We had a room on the 16th floor overlooking the the city, water, and mountains. It was wonderful to step onto the outdoor balcony and enjoy such a beautiful view! i stayed there for 2 nights and was very satisfied with the hotel

The Empire Landmark gave us the view the Vancouver Fairmont didn't, and for much less. We faced the mountains and Burrard Inlet from the 24th floor. Plus it's easy walking to all areas of central Vancouver. The only 'complaint' would be that the tv was miles from the bed, but hey, that speaks to a nice large room and it had balcony and a fridge. Have stayed at other hotels in the same area previously. This was the first time at the Empire Landmark. Recption and hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Only minor complaint on room comfort was the that the pillows were on the hard side. Hotel location was handy. Situated approx 7-8 blocks in walking distance to City Centre subway station […] and public transportation to Vancouver Airport and/or Richmond . Will definitely be back for other stays. 더 보기

great location, rooms need an upgrade

For the time you spend in your hotel room, this was remarkable value. Staff were very courteous, room was quiet and clean and centraly located and best of all it had a panoramic wonderful view of Stanley park, Lions Gate bridge and the ocean. Older hotel, but was clean and comfortable. It's convenient for shopping - but was a further walk from the convention center than google maps led me to believe. Room heated up really quickly - which was appreciated! And the front desk staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi.

Great service. great view .... but the hotel is poorly maintained. Balcony door did not close properly, the heater was either full on or full off. Bathroom was good. Room was in slightly deteriorated condition. However, the staff and management were really great! They did their best to make us feel welcome.
