엠파이어 랜드마크 호텔 앤드 컨퍼런스 센터 (Empire Landmark Hotel) - 밴쿠버

객실내에 있는 도어락이 파손되어 있었습니다. 객실 교체를 요구했는데 한참을 기다리게 한 후 직원이 아닌 수리공을 보내서 수리만 시키더군요.. 큰 기대없이 예약한 호텔이었음에도 불구하고 너무 실망스러웠습니다... 절대 추천하고 싶지 않아요.

my room was at level28. it had a wonderful night view. room was clean and cozy. the man at reception did never smile and no free wifi. but best hotel for me in vancouver with that price :D

3블럭 떨어진 주변에 요트정박 시설이 있고, 수상비행, 자전거 임차이용, 죠깅등이 가능하고, 호텔 주변에 한국식당이 많아 마음에 드는 식당, 식단선택이 가능한 곳이다. 공항과 호텔까지 교통수단은 직행연결되는 마이크로 셔틀을 이용할수 있어 편리하다.

외국인으로 캐나다 벤쿠버에 초행인지라.. 후론트데스크에 상세한 설명을 받으려 했는데.. 너무 빠른 영어로 설명을 해서 절반만 알아 듣겠더군요... 천천히 설명을 해 주었으면 좋으련만...

시설을 갖출건 다 갖춘게 분명하지만 커피포트부터 욕실까지..관리가 안되어 있어서 먼지, 녹슴 등이 곳곳에 보임 이걸보니 침구도 찝찝했음. 야경이 좋다하나 맨 꼭대기층에서 밥먹는거 아니면, 객실에서의 야경은 그냥 건물들 사이에 있는 느낌 직원들도 다른 호텔에 비해 친절하지도 않고, 전반적으로 별로임

이 호텔 위치는 좋습니다,,하지만 예전과는 다르게 그냥 그냥 별 장점 없는 보통 호텔 수준입니다,,침대도 작고, 특별날게 없는 그런 보통 호텔, 그냥 저렴한 숙소 찾으시는 분이면 괜챦을듯, 특히 아침 호텔 부페, 최악입니다, 17불이나 받으면서 먹을것 정말 없다는,,,

Excellent service from blond girl at front desk, unfortunately only 1 in 4 people I dealt with wore a name tag so I don't know her name. The male morning clerk who did wear a tag liked the excuse "that's our policy" and "that's the rate I can give you" when I extended my stay 5 more nights (from original 8 booked online. I booked on hotels.com and used […] a pre-paid credit card. When I checked in I had to pay for the deposit in cash because they wouldn't accept the same card (no name on the front of it) and the same with my extension of my stay. Neither their website nor hotels.com said pre-paid Mastercard/Visa are not accepted at the hotel. First room was great view of city but guests next door decided 4am was a good time to party. I called the front desk, security responded in 2 mins. At 830am the smoking and drinking started again (balconies are apparently smoking areas) so I requested a room change, they moved me and the rest of my stay was peaceful. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Denman with over 125 restaurants, a grocery store and many other services. The city has an excellent transit system, even so I found myself walking to Gastown, Chinatown and Stanley Park (only 10 mins walk) from the hotel. Would I stay there again? only if I got free internet and booked it online again. 더 보기

The hotel is well located, great neighborhood. It needs some serious maintenance and renewal of some things. Overall staff was very helpful and efficient. Not the best hotel I've ever stayed at but certainly good for the price.

Loved the view!!!!!

The location of this hotel is great if you want to be close to downtown, the hotel is older and is showing its age, but the price was right. We were on the 31st floor and the view was great. The front desk staff was courteous and polite. Overall our stay was good

We had a basic room with one bed. It was small, but had everything you'd expect in a hotel room, and it had a fantastic view of Stanley Park. The room was very clean, and cleaned once a day during our 4 day stay. The only real complaint about the room was that the bed wasn't super comfortable, and the sheets were a little too short and didn't completely […] cover the bed down at the bottom. The location though was amazing!! In downtown, within walking distance of Stanley Park, the West-End shopping, Robson St shopping, Granville Ave, Waterfront station, and pretty much anything else you'd want to do/see. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if I return to Vancouver and recommend it to friends. 더 보기

My husband attended a conference downtown and I was able to find lots of shopping within walking distance. It was very enjoyable. We enjoyed breakfast in the cloud 9 restaurant...great view and food. Both the parking rates and length of time was reasonable.

We had a great set of rooms, in a location where we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were clean, great views, comfortable!

Just needed a microwave and the stay would have been perfect!!

Parking our vehicle was a tight squeeze just getting into the parkade! We found hair in our bathtub, the bed wasnt overly comfy but it was ok. Found it a nuisance that they lock their ice room up @ 10pm, and the breakfast buffet was over at 10am!! However, front desk people were very friendly, the room was not bad, a good deal for the price we paid. […] It took us half hour to walk to Rogers Arena, a nice walk! This hotel has a great location near Stanley Park and within walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. There is also a terrific little Japanese grocery store a couple of blocks away. The immediate area seems to cater to Asian tourists and shoppers, but if you go about 3 or 4 blocks South, you get into an upscale shopping district with regular […] stores. The views from the higher floors cannot be beat. We were lucky and got a room on the West side of the 32 floor and the view of the bay was phenomenal. The room itself was clean, but dated. The bed linens were fresh and comfortable (no polyester duvet or anything like that. The chairs, TV and credenza were nice and recently renovated, but the built in cabinets, alarm clock, lamps and closet were definitely old and need to be disposed of. The bathroom was old and definitely needed a refresh. All in all, with the view and location, it was a satisfactory stay for the price. 더 보기

I had a unpleasant interaction experience with the person working in the front desk. He was impatient about my questions and was not willing to assign a queen size bed for me and my husband, although the contract said I could choose between a two-bed room or a queen-size bedroom. Satisfied, good rate.

The hotel is located a very nice and convenient area with a wonderful harbor view particularly from high level. The room is large and clean but the room price is attractive and reasonable.

People were so nice and accomodating, I come back every year. I wish my room had a microwave but we are so close to so much fresh tasty food venues who needed one. MUCH LOVE Vancouver!

Not far to walk to the main shopping section of Robson Street and Granville. Walking distance to Stanley Park and the water taxis to Granville Island. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Vancouver is just across the road and there are many other good restaurants close by. Hotel was walking distance to everything you could need, however the room was dark and almost grotty. It looks like the carpet hasn't been replaced in 20 years and the beds were hard as a rock! Hotel is fine if you're only going for one night and you're only sleeping in it (as we were) but I wouldn't reccomend for an extended stay or if you have children […] as the floors are so dirty! Also not child-friendly is the shower head, you could have blasted paint off a car with the amount of pressure in that thing! Was a slightly painful experience. All round, fine for a cheap 1 night stay but otherwise I'd look elsewhere (I certainly won't be visiting again!) 더 보기

Imperial Landmark is located on great area close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Sunset beach, Stanley park. Everything is in walking distance!

Everything was awesome, room was clean and comfortable with amazing views and superconvenient location. The only thing holding back a perfect review was the snotty service by a couple of the front desk team members. I dealt with 4 over my stay and a couple were really nice, but over the phone a couple were just a lil too high and mighty. Housekeeping […] was awewsome. I stayed here for a few days while looking for a place to live in the West End. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was, tons of space and a fantastic view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the location of the hotel is perfect, near Stanley Park yet right on Robson near everything you could want […] to be near. The food in the revolving restaurant isn't the best, but the view makes up for it. Maybe go for coffee and desert after hitting up a fab restaurant in Yaletown. One thing you need to know is this hotel does not have a pool or hot tub, so don't expect one and you won't be disappointed. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay and will definitely be putting relatives up there when they come to visit me! 더 보기

The room was adequate and clean but very dated . . Great views and a 20 minute walk from the convention center . The revolving restaurant upstairs was a suprise, nice views of downtown and the harbor, but the food was very expensive, dinner was good, breakfast not so much

The hotel room was cold - and I am use to a cool bedroom. I made one local phone call for which I was charged $1.12. I think the cost of phone calls should be mentioned to the clients. Otherwise for our one night the hotel was fine. Also paying for parking should be upfront.
