I was fooled by the exterior and the lobby of the this hotel. Once, I got upstairs, the sleep bed did not work, it reeked of smoke and then I awoke to find ants crawling all over my electronics. Stay far away.

The bar in the hotel was closed because the bartender didn't show up for work. That was a major disappointment. I had to drive to an unsafe neighborhood to purchase something to drink. It was awful. The only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor. I was on the third floor. The room was dated. The TV was from the year 2001.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is convenience of proximity to airport. The only reason. The room was clean as expected but no special amenities. We forgot shaving cream and there was none to be had, even for purchase. Thanks to FedEx, we got to hear planes taking off all night long. I loved it. wonderfull people.

We always stay here when we are flying out of the Memphis airport. You can leave your car here and catch the shuttle to the airport. The people are friendly and very helpful.

Arrived at the hotel and was told the restaurant and "bar" were open til 10P by the front desk. At 8;30 Waited 15 min at the bar for the very young server to get off her cell phone to take my order--only had 3 or 4 "beer only" choices despite hotel info stating otherwise.Three other employees sitting and eating at back of the restaurant. Most menu items […] not available to order "we don't have that anymore". 20 minutes after placing my order the server came to me to tell me they would wrap up my order to go because they wanted to close early. I told them to forget it since I ordered something I didn't want anyway and I would call out for Pizza. At 10P no hot water at all for shower. Sleep number bed would not work and maintenance couldn't fix so i had to move my room. Never received my morning wakeup call and missed my morning flight as well. We were very disappointed with the whole experience. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The room had not been cleaned properly with grime on the bedside clock/radio and tv remote control. The restaurant staff were watching TV when we arrived for dinner and made no effort to serve us. In fact they looked very happy when we walked out. Worst of all […] was no hot water in the bathroom. When we phoned reception we were told that if anyone else was taking a shower we would have to wait. Early the next day there was still no hot water! Any hotel near the airport will have some noise from the take off and landings but it was minimal. I was very pleased with the condition of the hotel and the convienance of the airport and auto rental with the shuttle service provided by the hotel and the auto rental firms which also drop you off at the hotel. Highly recommended.

All of staffs are very kind. I stayed at one-king bed room. It was comfortable and clean. I'd love it because it is located in memphis airport really close.

You cannot get any closer to the airport as the hotel sits on the hotel grounds. I do not understand all the bad reviews I had read about this hotel. The room was clean and the service incredible. Hotels.com misrepresented this hotel. It is not a Marriott Property. It is also inside the airport, you can hear the planes land and take off. The beds have stains. The rooms are poorly maintained. And the surrounding neighborhood is not safe for families.

I had heard that there were complaints about the planes flying over, but that was not a problem for us. They also actually provide ear plugs in the room. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and the hotel was clean and quiet. I have stayed there before and will stay there each time I go to Memphis.

Room had weird odor. Evening shuttle service was poor. Ate the best fried chicken I've ever had in the restaurant.

Couldn't be closer unless it was in the terminal. Nice people, clean room.

This is a friendly and comfortable hotel right on the grounds of Memphis's airport. Hotel was clean. People were friendly. Very close to the airport and free shuttle but you do have to pay to leave your car there.

The hotel was fine. I enjoyed a restful sleep each night although I never got the "sleep number" right. I did not use any of the other .hotel amenities

Your right on the airport grounds and at a very reasonable price. Beds are comfortable. Clean enough for a night. Good for business travel. Was pleasantly surprised.

Hard to get to and you are right at the airport,so a little noisy. We didn't arrive until after 2:30am and there were quite a few planes taking off but overall a great experience. We would stay again in the future.

A clean, friendly hotel about 10 miles outside of anything you'd want to do in Memphis. You'll be staying here for its low cost, not its proximity to downtown. A cab ride anywhere is about $30. If you're OK with the distance, this place was a good value. Nothing special, but worth the cost paid.

Location was convenient to MEM airport.5 minutes away from departures checkin. Room was clean and satisfactory. However could not regulate AC, too cold and blew directly on head. This was only negative. Great value for $.

Nice staff, Clean rooms, great location to airport

Very comfortable and very friendly staff!

The airport was a little noisy in the early morning hours.

no selection of brands, rude bartender, super expensive....

The bed was a sleep number bed, the mattress was very hard and the remote did not work to adjust it. The TV remote was broken - every single button, including the power button, only changed the channel down, we requested a new remote twice and no remote nor maintenance man ever appeared. The AC control panel could not be read and did seem to adjust […] -- we did not know what adjustments we were making and the room was very cold. We did not notice these things until very late at night, hours after checking-in so, while it was our choice not to ask to switch rooms, all three issues combined made for a stay not as pleasant as we were hoping. 더 보기

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the sleep was peaceful. The planes could not be heard taking off nor landing.

Great huge hotel. clean, friendly, pool... huge rooms, close to graceland, nice. breakfast not included. a little difficult to find when driving it is basically at the drop off for airport really really close, i thought i had missed it!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided suggestions for things to do in town. We would stay here again.

This was our first time staying at this location. It is right at the airport. We had a very large room with a California King Size bed. It is a older hotel but well worth the money. I will always stay at this hotel whenin memphis.

Close to airport; shuttle available; nice customer service; rested well

I have been to this hotel 3 prior times. But this time, they didnt serve coffee in the lobby like they normally do and the place didnt look as clean. Im not sure but it looks like a new owner took over or something, cause' this is not the same hotel i stayed in a few months ago.

Apparently the hotel had recently undergone a change in ownership, therefore, the service was not at good as it should have been. Noisy drunks having a party in the lobby, dirty room, cheap inflatable bed, no A/C in hotel, dark green pool 1/2 empty - you get the picture. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot.

Hardest bed I ever slept on or almost slept on. The pool was half full of water with green algae in it and the door to the room was very hard to open after you unlocked it. I thought we could park there for free to fly out and that is why I chose that location. That is not the case. They want to charge you to park after you check out. Positives: very close to the airport, friendly shuttle driver, quick shuttle service to & from airport. Pretty good outdoor swimming pool. Negatives: mildewy smell--cigarette smoke smell was also detectable, esp. in the hallways. The hotel feels like it needs a makeover. I can only assume that the carpet and blanket were clean since they were a dark […] greenish color (as I recall) rather than white. The mattress in my room was just ordinary-- nothing to write home about. I slept okay, but I think my couch at home is more comfortable. This hotel is the epitome of convenient for people flying out of Memphis early in the morning or flying in late at night. But staying by the airport has a downside too-- if you are a light sleeper and the sound of planes flying overhead disturbs your sleep. The cranky man behind the desk checked us in quickly, though, and we were able to get a nice […] shower in a frighteningly slippery tub in a bathroom with a gorgeous granite sink but that needed a good wall paint up/fix up. You don't often find hotels with full sized beds but in this case we were excited to find that they had sleep number beds. Unfortunately, the sleep number controls didn't work so it was a little like sleeping on a very nice, not-too-roomy air mattress. The shuttle to the airport was driven by a very lovely, gracious person who got us there in only minutes. All in all, we paid for a 2 star hotel and got what we paid for - a safe, comfortable room which was probably once almost a 3 star hotel....and is still very convenient. 더 보기
