The music city Sheraton has no in room wifi so you cannot use your iPad or wireless computer in your room. I have not seen that limitation in any hotel in ten years.

Loved the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

We choose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub, but it was a little more expensive that we had planned but we worked it out. Once we arrived at the hotel and saw what a beautiful hotel it was, we decided that we got a pretty good deal on the room. Everyone on the hotel staff was very friendly and ready to answer all of our questions. They were […] more than willing to take a few minutes out of their busy day to tell us some sites that we needed to go see. On our last morning there, we had no hot water. This was very disappointing because we were getting ready to leave and had a 9 1/2 hour drive ahead of us. The hotel was very apologetic and was quick to offer us a fix to our problem. Very nice hotel staff.

hotel front desk was awesome! we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. one of the sheets had a dark spot on it but everything else was wonderful. would definetely love to stay here again if the price was right again.

Hotel is not too far from Nashville city center and a great mall close by, Opry Mills. Great outdoor pool area

On our arrival we were welcomed and told we would be getting an upgrade. The room was a suite instead of a standard room I had booked. We had a friut basket that was wonderful, bottled waters, sitting area,wet bar. The most wonderful king size bed with comfy mattress and sheets, We slept so good! It was very quiet and lovely view of the pool and courtyard […] from the bakcony. Couldn't have ask for a nicer stay! Will be returning when visiting family in Nashville. Nice hotel with some minor issues: Hot tub wasn't hot (the swimming pool was warmer), TV audio wouldn't work on digital channels. Other than those minor annoyances, it was a nice night.

The rooms were clean and the bed were comfortable. The hotel is big because my family and I must have walked half a block to our room after we got off the elevator. The hotel only offers Wi-Fi in the lobby. If you want internet in your room, it will cost $9.99. I did not like that one bit because I paid a lot of money to stay; other hotels offer free […] internet in the rooms. Just the principle and this is why I will not stay here again. 더 보기

We will definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were all very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The lobby and bar/restuarant area was very inviting, my room was clean and spacious, and I love the balcony. I was super impressed with the level of service this hotel offered. I ended up staying because I was bumped from my flight, as a consequence, my luggage went without me. The Sheraton Music City is a nice hotel. The staff is pleasant, helpful and jovial. Very professional in their actions and their customer service is excellent. We picked a loud weekend with children running rampant in the hotel, so please check the groups scheduled. I live here in middle TN but decided to stay at the hotel with my husband for a one night get away. I was attending an All Engineers banquet so we just spent the night. The service was fantastic! Extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside are the thin walls that make it a bit noisy at night.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to NashvilleTn.. The only problem is the shuttel service to and from the airport every time we arrive back at the airport in Nashville we have to wait a exstended period of time. We had to take a cab to the hotel the last time.

With the exceptionally reasonable rate we received, we were wondering if our deal was "too good to be true?" Well, it was true and the deal was great! Very nice and spacious room. Indoor, heated pool and a hot tub, located next door to the exercise/weight room. We will be back!

This hotel is outside of downtown and at the time I was there they were having a cat convention so there was kitty litter in the hotel garbage which was a bit off-putting. However overall great hotel. Really nice fitness facility.

This hotel was WONDERFUL! And it was a great place to stay if you have a pet. There was no pet fee and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. They were very helpful with all of our needs and questions. I would recommend this hotel to those who are traveling with pets and even to those who do not have pets. Nothing great about this hotel. The carpet was dirty not b/c it was vacuumed, just an old carpet. And some furniture was worn. I've stayed in better Sheratons before so I was a little disapponted. Next time I'm in Nashville I'll look for something else.

I'm not happy with the fact that the microwave and fridge are on the floor, the indoor pool is out of the way and hard to find with the layout of the hotel, that they advertise rooms with balconies and city views which I was told during check in that they do not have any at all that they all have court yard views only, rooms and hall ways are not what […] you would expect from looking at the outside and the lobby area of the hotel and the rooms are not as nice as they look in the pictures. our room had a burnt outline of an iron on the carpet and the wallpaper above the shower was dangling and peeling off 더 보기

I was a little worried that I was sacrificing location for affordable comfort during a recent girls' weekend. I shouldn't have worried. While we couldn't walk anywhere, the sites we wanted to visit (Opryland, Bluebird Cafe, Loveless Cafe etc) were all over the city and we could easily and conveniently drive from the hotel. Compared to downtown prices, what a bargain! A little more for taxi but felt it more like a resort than just a hotel. We will try to stay there again.

I stay here quite a bit and would recomend the hotel, This trip was a bit different I found the gals at the front desk on check in to be a bit difficult this time but it could be because of the volume of Holiday travelers, Hotel is a nice setting, I would expect the next time the service personel would be a bit more concerned to their guests needs.

This hotel in located on top of the hill in the middle of a business park. The foods and the food services were excellent. All my family including our dog enjoyed the location. It was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood after a long day.

Our hotel stay was the reason we had a wonderful Thanksgiving-conveniently located, clean as a whistle , comfortable and super hotel personnel-also the food was good.! Had two rooms and had a good price and no unexpected " surprises" We have all agreed our next stay will be there and we will book through hotel.com

Hotel was beautiful. Was a little out of the way and we had to carry the luggage up the stairs about 10 steps- we were told there was no elevator but that was not true! This hotel is not convenient for people with orthopedic problems.

Very comfortable great food great room service

Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed for our anniversary and were given a free upgrade to a king suite. Although the hotel is a short drive from downtown Nashville, it was nice to come back to a very clean and quiet room

The hotel has a great ambiance, great staff, everyone is helpful. The only downside was that we wanted to do things downtown and cab fare was about $20 one way for two of us, so rent a car!

Had no micowave or refridgerator. Airport noise made it hard to sleep. Pool closed, could not even layout by pool. Asked for ice got empty bucket. Asked twice more, still no ice. Had to get dressed and go down to next floor to get ice. Ice machine out of order on our floor. Then they had a lawnmower sale on front lawn. I'm here with my wife for our […] anniversary.
