I don't have any real complaints but I found the manager's "humor" during our stay to be a little annoying. On our second night, I went down to the lobby to request some extra blankets. I guess I asked for "quilts" and the manager replied, "Quilts? We don't have quilts. Do you mean blankets? I can't give you a quilt but we have blankets." By that point […] in time I was SO TIRED and had just finished putting my 5 month old to bed that I didn't see the humor. I've stayed here before and was pleased, which is why I chose this hotel again. For starters they would not award me reward points because it was booked through third party. When I arrived at my room the door was open, not because it was occupied but because the door didn't shut properly. When I went to place water in the fridge, I discovered a gallon […] of milk and old rotting lunch meat. When I looked at the expiration dates they were dated 3/29. My stay was middle of April. Not only was the room located a long distance from everything, but the exterior doors that required you room key to enter for safety and security reasons also did not shut properly allowing anyone to wander inside....thoroughly disappointed. 더 보기

While this hotel is a somewhat far from the center of things in Pittsburgh, it is a nice property in a pleasant area. The facilities are all well maintained and the room are quite nice and a good value. My only complaint is really more of a quibble. The staff at both check-in and check-out were rather abrupt and not welcoming. Everything with the […] front desk was very much a fast business transaction even though there were no other customers present. My sheets had stains on them. Everything else was clean but that ruined it all.

The hotel is located away from the big City. I want the quietness and peace of mind; that was why I chose your location. The only setback is that I wish you are equipped with indoor swimming pool. Please think about adding that to make your facility one of the best. Best of luck!

Room was very good. Beds were excellent and I'm over 300 lbs. Staff did a great job of correcting the problem from hotels.com. The hotel was not notified of our need of a handicapped accessible room with a roll in shower and 2 beds. They solved the problem and were great about it. I would stay here again any time.

Very nice hotel except for two things. The mattress was not comfortable and the drapes could not be drawn. Only a curtain gave some privacy.

Very nice hotel. Close to shopping. Front desk employees welcomed us immediatly upon entering building. Only stayed overnight so did not use restaurant however it appeared very nice.

Overall I'd rate this hotel experience as quite good. On the pro side our room was large, nicely appointed, and very clean (with a king-size bed). Wi-Fi was free, worked well and allowed multiple devices. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant and room service were very reasonably priced (food was average though). On the con side, the hotel is a […] bit distant from downtown (in the suburbs), though it is definitely cheaper than the downtown hotels (e.g., near universities). Our one complaint was the apparent thin walls and a neighbor that played the TV at 3AM (though a rude neighbor could be at any hotel). The rooms are a bit dated and in desperate need of a face lift but the staff and service was amazing - extremely friendly and the location is fantastic if you are doing any type of shopping.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the fitted sheet came loose during the night. In the morning my wife took a look and discovered the fitted sheet had been put on inside out. I use shampoo, but not conditioner, and the bathroom contained 2 complimentary size conditioners and no shampoo. These are just two representative instances of lack of attention […] to detail at this property. We thought it way overpriced for the value we received. The staff at this hotel were so unbelievably nice. I asked for a late checkout & they were more than happy to enter my checkout in their computer for 3:00pm however, I didnt get back to the hotel to actually checkout until 5:00pm and they were so nice about it. My daughter and I drove up to attend the football game on Sunday, November 6. After experiencing the traffic in the area, we were hesitant to drive from the hotel to the game. Lisa (I believe she was the manager) was extrememly helpful. She took us to her office, accessed mass transit information on-line, and guided us to transportation that was easy […] and affordable! She was great. She even gave us a plan 'B' just in case. Her suggestions made our experience in Pittsburgh much more enjoyable since we didn't have to worry about traffic or parking. 더 보기

This was a very nice, comfortable hotel. We were in Pittsburgh for parent's weekend at my daughter's school. Getting from Oakland to the hotel was a little challenging the first time because you must go through neighboorhoods. Great Hotel, Great Location, Decent Price. There is plenty to do and places to eat surrounding the hotel. Hotel restaurant is not fine dining quality but they do serve a decent meal for a reasonable price. It is located about 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.

I booked this hotel based upon the location stated in the hotel description. It states this hotel is 3.7 miles from the Pittsburgh zoo when in reality it is a 45 minute drive over about 18 miles away from the hotel.

The hotel is clean, the service is friendly. Nothing to complain about.

My two sons, husband and I were in Pittsburgh to see a pirates game. We picked this hotel because it wasn't to far away from the stadium. (about 20 minutes) There were a couple of malls and restaurants next to it which was great. The area was very nice. We liked the hotel alot. Overall it was very clean. It was a perfect place in most ways...except that the rooms really needed SMALL REFRIGORATORS! Especially for longer stays..

Very nice room and the resturant was very good.The staff went out of thier way to make sure your stay was a good one.

The hotel room was very nice and the staff were very accommodating (I requested a late check out). There was a nice mall within walking distance and it was a short drive from Pittsburgh.

We arrive at 3:30 am. The front desk had our paper work all ready. We went straight to our nicely clean and newly renovated room... The beds was comfortable.... The only problem we had was they were installing a new elevator and the banging started very early. The breakfast was good the staff was very friendly. Friendly staff greeted us, efficient check-in, and I like the sheer drawstring bag that held the toiletries from the hotel.....works for jewelry once I am home. : ) I joined the rewards club since I will be visiting with some frequency over time. I will be able to earn a free night occasionally.

The entire staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and well maintained. We'll stay there again. The hotel is advertised as pet friendly and our stay with our small dog couldn't have been better. The staff were all pet friendly people.

Got a tremendousnly comfortable nice sleep. Paid less than staying down town. DIssapointed the couldn't spend a buck and provide something for breakfast. They charge for the paper?
