버스로 시내에 들어가고 나오는데, 큰 문제가 없고 공항에서 숙소까지 무료셔틀이 운행이 되므로 시애틀에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 시애틀관광하기에는 무리가 없습니다. 무엇보다 가격이 저렴하기 때문에 숙소를 단지 자는데에 의미를 두는 분들은 가격대비 좋은 장소가 될 것입니다.

시애틀 공항 이용시 매우 편리한 호텔입니다. 유일한 단점 1가지는 화장실 소음이 엄청납니다. 다른 방에서 샤워하면 잠을 깨야함

"Hotel Murano - A Museum!"
Beautifully designed hotel with major glass artists featured on each floor and stunningly lobby. Restaurant was excellent and well-priced. Have never felt like interacting as much as I did (actually went to most of the floors to check out each artist's work. Highly recommeded!

"More than expected"
A friendly, helpful staff, a great view of ships at anchor, excellent food at a good price, AND the joy of seeing fabulous glass art and reading about the artists in lobby, and on every floor. Beautiful.
"Too Pricey"
Way to pricey for what the Hotel has to offer...should be complimentary provided parking but they charge for addtional parking for their guests. I do not think that what they offer in Hotel amenities is worth the overpricing...maybe location which is not worth it as well. Everything else as it should be with a hotel room.

"Not impressed"
I expected much more from this hotel since I'd stayed here before, After this visit, I felt like it was a complete waste of money. I had to visit the desk three times after check in because my room key didn't work. It took housekeeping and a maintenance guy trying to use my key only to figure out the lock must have been dirty. There was pubic hair […] in the shower...UGH I ordered room service and yes, I did expect to be charged quite a bit for that, but really...my meal was 15 dollars and I was automatically charged over four dollars for gratuity...really. Seriously, I paid more for taxes, delivery, and gratuity than I paid for the meal...ridiculous. I used to like this hotel, but after this visit, it is no longer on my list of favorites. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and the hotel is decorated beautifully 더 보기

Our room was clean, modern and beautiful, with a great view overlooking the museums and the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. All the staff was pleasant, the food was excellent and the themed floors were a kick! We will definitely be back!

Room was very nicely appointed, with comfortable bed....being able to order different firmness pillows was a nice touch. TV was good size for room, but was not HD. Plenty of outlets for charging electronic toys. Major complaint is that the sofa and desk chair were the only pieces of furniture.....and they were NOT comfortable. A softer office chair […] and a less stiff /straightback sofa would be more comfortable. A couple of nice soft overstuffed chairs would be much more comfortable for relaxing in the room. Overall space was smaller than usual for a king room, but chairs in place of sofa would be better. Finally, staff was terrific, friendly, responsive and pleasant . "Amazing artsy hotel in downtown"
Great hotel that I finally got to STAY at. I've been going to Murano for years for events and to their amazing bar. It was my engagement party and we wanted to step it up. The choice was easy: Hotel Murano. The staff was great to us as well as our dogs. I enjoyed the personal art in our room and liked how each floor had character. "hotel Morano was wonderful"
This is a great hotel. The food in bites was really good, as was the service. Easy walk to museum and college campus. I would definately stay there anytime I return to Tacoma.

Had a convention there, restaurant-kitchen, way under staffed for the event and guests. Even out of menu items. Overall wonderful though.

We pulled the blackout curtains and didn't wake up until 1pm! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! When I picked up the phone to ask about checkout time, I was very politely informed that it had been at 11 am. They very graciously gave me over an hour to checkout. Then all I had to do for an express checkout was pick up the phone and request it, to […] which they answered, "thank you very much for staying with us" and it was done! "Valet"
It would be nice if they had a price chart for the items in the rooms. Plus I was charged $18 for Valet. I was not informed of this upon pulling in to have my car parked or I would've just parked it myself.

"Christmas Stay"
Given that I had to be traveling on Christmas night--I decided to treat us with a stay at the Hotel Murano. The Hotel Murano is a beautiful property.

We stayed one night at Hotel Murano. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet so we didn't venture around the hotel to explore. We ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel. "Simply Fantastic !"
I travel frequently and this place was simply fantastic. Excellent room of high quality, friendly and attentive staff, and a great location. A solid 10 in my book! I can't wait to go back and I love all the art work
The actual Hotel stay was great...people were nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very nice. As for the restaraunt....we had 2 different unpleasant experiences and 1 good experience. The first....we wanted to eat lunch at 11:00am and there was no one in the resteraunt but they would not serve until 11:30 so we left. They would not budge […] at all even thought they had NO GUESTS at the time. Then the next...the staff was not very freindly at all. The last....we had a nice server and the food was good. Our stay was lovely, convenient to downtown First Night festival. Comfy beds, warm robes-but had to enjoy a long bath when the tub stopper won't stick, so marks down for maintenance. We have stayed at this Hotel on a couple of special occations. This time the foom service was seriously lacking. From no room service to having trays of food left in the hallway for more than 18 hours is not acceptable for the price we paid. Now this was a completely new experience for us at this Hotel as our previous visits were first rate. "Horrible service!"
The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. However, the service was terrible. We checked in about midnight and tried ordering room service right away. The phone in our room kept cutting out and shutting off. The girl who was working room service was rude and did not try to help resolve the phone issue. We finally had to go down to the front desk […] to order our food, where the front desk attendant was not helpful or apologetic. Also they advertised a 20 dollar food and beverage credit, but we only received one card for continental breakfast, which had an 8 dollar value. The stay and the staff were excellent. We stayed in a King Deluxe room. Had a nice clean bathroom, clean room, and soft bed with lot's of pillows. There was also a long glass desk at the window with a office chair with no arm rests. The chair was not comfy at all which only left the bed to sit or lay on. That was the only critique that I have off the […] stay and the service. We also ate at the Bite restaurant inside the hotel. They were smaller portions with a exceptional price. But I've grown accustomed to that in hotel restaurants. Not much can be done about that. 더 보기

Great hotel, great service. However, I had booked our "King" room through Hotels.com and when we arrived, there were no "King" rooms available. At first we were told there was nothing that could be done since we booked through Hotels.com. "Modern and clean"
Very happy with the ambience, a little dissappointed in the eggs benedict we ordered from room service but our expectation is pretty high!! Would stay again.

The facility and staff were great. Deborah, the bartender, was terrific helping with restaurant suggestions. Just north of the hotel are many antique shops and cafes. "Mura-NO"
It was rather expensive for a room that has paper thin walls, we were woken by our neighboors above us and on both sides of us. When people where in the hallway you could hear them as if they were standing in the room with you. I will not be staying again. All though I would say the room was very comfortable and very clean. "Murano"
Liked the hotel and location. Nice gym and restaurant. The only drawback is the self parking process. You have to check in, get a pass, then walk back to your car. They can't automatically bill you.

"Coolest hotel in Tacoma!"
Loved this place...great vibe, terrific facility, good location, etc. Highly recommend it! One negative is self parking not connected to the property via indoor means, nor accessible via elevator/escalator (challenging w/ 3 bags on stairs), but wouldn't let that piece change whether I stayed there again.
