This is a pretty nice place to stay while visiting El Paso. The bedding was standard and comfortable. The bathroom is very small. There is work going on that will hopefully give the hotel a nice place to congregate, but that is lacking until the renovation is finished.

It was a shame that I didn't get to spend longer there, I was very satisfied with the accommodations that were provided to my family and I

The service was null! No one greated us @ front desk, but we did see everyone else greeted. The room was way too small! We put in for 2 adults, 3 childre ranging from3,12,15 years of age and all we had were 2 double beds! My 12 year old was in a basketball tournament that weekendand none of us rested at all

My wife and my 7 yr old daughter enjoyed the stay and want to go back; need I say more?

From the evening we first got there till check out the staff & all employee's were great. we loved the room & the entire hotel. The next time when we go back I will never stay at another hotel, except the marriott. I would have never asked anything better than our stay there. When we checked in, we were given a certificate for a free dessert -- on a Sunday, when the restuarant is not open in the evening, so the certificate was no good.

Overall, this was a great hotel. Only two complaints (both kind of minor in the big scheme of things). [1.] the TV remote control batteries were dead upon check in [2.] they charged way too much for computer service on the business center computers. If I were to go and stay at this hotel again, I would bring my own laptop vice using the business center […] computers. Two thumbs way up for the breakfast buffet! You pay for it, but it was worth it. Also...the gym was great! I like how they provide earphones you can use to watch TV when doing cardio. All in all, our stay was good. That said, the HVAC in the rooms smelled moldy and there were a bunch of dirty filters in the hallway (outside rooms) upon our arrival. Two sports teams (college-aged) were staying in our hotel. On our final night, the men's team created such a ruckus that hotel management moved us to another, quieter floor. Although management […] was apologetic and our second room was much less noisy, other patrons and I were curious that they did not kick the unruly guests out of the hotel -- just repeatedly asked them to keep it down (to no avail). In the future, I would stay there, but would ask to be placed in quiet section of the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre and pricey. 더 보기

Great place to stay

I enjoy my stay at this hotel staff was friendly and the service was great.

Great hotel, friendly staff and very clean. Suitable for smaller families with a max of 2 kids. Deluxe rooms with only one king size bed and no sofa beds or other alternatives. toilet with delayed emptying but functional. Wonderful breakfast

Needed breakfast meal prepared for child with special needs and allegies. Asked kitchen manager to mix 1 cup of rice to 3 scoops of oakmeal and bring to a boil. At first less than helpful. When they finally did it. The oatmeal was not cooked. My daughter could not eat it. Very disappointed. The rest of the stay was just like this.

This hotel is very comfortable, has a nice resturant, lounge, workout room and is very comfortable.

Extemely comfortable bed and room.

My biggest complaint is that this flag ship Marriott located right next to the airport did not offer Hi-Speed Internet Access as standard. In this high tech environment most folks expect free connectivity in 3 star and above accomodations.

Great hotel stay with excellent rooms and amenities. The staff was very polite and right there if I needed anything. Definitely will stay again at this hotel.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet even though very close to the airport. Would stay again.

todo excelente, solo que dicen tener i cama king y 2 matrimoniales y solo es una u otra, no especifican y es enganoso.

en la reservación quedo establecido el desayuno para 2 Adultos y 3 niños y no me respeto el hotel el tercer niño y tampoco la habitación con 2 camas king y 1 matrimonial argumentando que no contaban con ese tipo de habitaciones

Cuando puedan hospedense en este hotel, bonitas habitaciones, excelentes camas, muy comodas y el servicio inmejorable. Sera una muy buena eleccion si te quedas en el.

El hotel esta viejo, el cuato que se dice de lujo para nada lo es, buen servicio de restaurant y buena ubicacion en relacion a la cercania del aeropuerto

el grifo de la tina del baño no funcionaba, las llaves del lavabo una de ellas no cierra corrrectamente y el tapon del deposito de agua del excusado no tapa correctamente y se escapa permanentemente el agua
