Easy entrance and access to your car, will stay again.

I was there with a friend for a girls weekend away, I found the staff to be very friendly and the hotel to be clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was about a ten to fifteen minute ride to the French Quarter which was easily accessible. Overall, I would definently stay at this hotel again the next time I am in town.

Very high end executive type hotel. Rooms were emaculate, beds were amazing with high end flat screen Tv. Only 10 minutes away from the Superdome and the French Quarters. Would stay there every time i go back to New Orleans.

When I made my reservation, I specifically made it for two adjoining rooms because I had two small children (4 & 6 years old) in my party who would be staying in the adjoing room. I was told this would not be a problem and on my confirmation it states "Important!! Adjoin to other room". At appox. 4pm of the afternoon I was to check into the hotel I […] called to make sure my rooms were ready and that there was no problem with my reservation. I was told the rooms were not adjoing but were next to each other. I told the hotel employee this would not work because I had two small children in my party and they could not stay in a room by thenselves and this was not what my confirmed reservation was for. Therefore I could not stay at this hotel. I had to then go find another hotel. I feel like I was mislead and lied to. In effect I was defrauded ! The tub was not very clean. We had people next to us VERY loud and inconsiderate. We had to call front desk on two differant occasions.Did not get a very good nights sleep.And A/C needs to be serviced.

We found this hotel to be very reasonable and comfortable. Getting to it was rather confusing due to construction on Causeway Blvd. It was better once we realized you could get to the parking garage by coming in a back way. The staff was very pleasant.

nice hotel,only this is indoor pool hours could be better and the location they give you online isnt very exact. the provided no refrigeraters or microwaves.

Rooms weren't as spacious nor elegant as the pictures posted. But overall, room was decorated nicely. No fridge or microwave in room. But there was a microwave at the front desk for guest use. Expansive view of Lake Ponchatration but with unsightly construction at the foot of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Job satisfaction was evident in […] their demeanor and I felt welcomed with all I encountered. Weekend parking is of no charge but WI-FI was only available for a fee. Beautiful, rooftop indoor pool with spa. Overall, I would say excellent choice for the price but only during the colder months, when an indoor pool is desired. Otherwise, a cheaper alternative is available, closer to New Orleans, but with an outside pool and charged parking. 더 보기

This hotel is a beautiful hotel to stay in on your visit to New Orleans and Metairie, Louisiana. Friendly, clean, and views of the local areas, high above the city.

Great hotel. Don't count on sofa bed to be comfortable. Booked a double got stuck with a king and a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable. Everything else was fine.

I was treated like a queen! I was always called by name. I felt like a treasured customer. Fantastic customer service. I ordered room service for this stay. The fresh fish was outstanding. Believe it or not it was my favorite meal in New Orleans. Definately recomend.

There was a lot of construction on Causeway which made it very confusing regarding which turn to make in order to enter onto the street in order to arrive at the hotel. The parking instructions are confusing. The entrance to the hotel is around to the back of the building - which is also confusing at first. After arriving late in the evening after a […] full day of driving I had to wait over 30 minutes for a luggage rack. There was another gentleman waiting for a luggage rack as well, he decided to go look on one of the floor to find a rack and saw one immediately upon opening the elevator on the ground floor. No one seemed interested in locating one and brining them to us. The room was very small for it to hace two double beds. The throw pillows seemed a little over used (minor staining). Overral I think I paid way too much for a 4 star hotel when I really received 2 1/2 star quality. Out of ten stars I give it 5. 더 보기

Although we found the hotel to be close enough to downtown to enjoy all the sights, it was conveniently located near a mall and other eateries that made it possible to avoid the crowds and still enjoy ourselves. The only disappointment was in the usage of the business center. We were happy that we got the room with lake view on request at the front desk. But the room had traffic and road construction noise. House keeping service was not so great. They did not vacuum the room floor, coffee/tea bags were not restocked. The coffee-maker was like a plastic toy and of no use. We will look for a hotel some where else for out next […] visit. 더 보기

WONDERFUL HOTEL, VERY COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT MY TOILET WAS STOPPED UP AND I WAITED FOR A WHILE BEFORE SOMEONE CAME TO FIX IT, I CALLED BACK TO GUEST SERVICES AND THEY SENT SOMEONE UP THE SECOND TIME I CALLED. OTHERWISE, IT WAS EXCELLENT

I must say that I've stayed at d Marriott downtown, and I found this hotel much better for the cleanliness and the style. Downtown is more convenient but for 8 miles drive I must say its worth it

Our stay at NOLA's Marriott at Metairie was fantastic. Hotel itself was beautiful in decor. Our room was extremely comfortable with an awesome lake view and the Super Dome. The hotel was apprx 8.5 miles from the Super Dome and as we were there in NOLA for a Saint's game it was a perfect location to stay, close enough to the Super Dome, without the priciness […] of a hotel downtown. At 6'2" I find many hotel showers to be uncomfortable due to how low the shower heads are. For some reason, the room I was in seemed extremely low. This, and the fact that the hotel bar never seemed to be open are my only real complaints.

The floor was quiet. I didn't hear any of the other guests. The room was great and very spacious for a king room. There was a red drink stain on the floor by the bed but the room was so clean you didnt notice it... One day housekeeping didn't clean the coffee table in the room. Bed very comfortable. Room seemed very clean. Small criticism: no safe in room. I was there for a conference and the quality of the continental breakfast was unimpressive.

We found the staff outstanding in every regard. The hotel itself was beautifully redone and the room we had was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We did not eat there because we were visiting friends in the area and there are many wonderful restaurants in Metairie. My husband enjoyed the fact that the fitness center is open 24 hours a day. The TV was an analog so no ability to see the screen. Very fuzzy and with two little ones, that was difficult. Lobby restrooms were not cleaned the night before and were dirty the next morning. Otherwise, great hotel

Enjoyed our stay . The front desk people very helpful. Was hard to find the right street to turn on. But the hotel was great

New Orleans Marriott Metaririe at Lakeway was a pleasant experience for my family vacation, The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was kept so clean and fresh, we almost forgot we were in a hotel room. We will be back . Paul

we had lot of problems- the 1st day we left in the morning and came back late at night, our room was not clean-it was exactly how we left it and we were having trouble with our key card- we informed the night crew and before leaving the next morning we informed the morning crew about the door/keycard problems- when we returned that night, we were not […] able to get into our room at all- nobody had done anything even the master security could not open the room-so after getting very upset they gave us another room and we had to sleep in the clothes we were in- very poor customer service and also our room included breakfast, they told us that their computer does not show that , so we did not even get breakfast. the staff was not helpful, or prompt. we were very unhappy with our stay and will never recommend that hotel again!!!! 더 보기

This was our first time visiting Louisana. We went for the Essence Festival and had a wonderful time. The hotel room was extremely comfortable and even provided a shuttle service to the show so we wouldn't have to drive. Had such a wonderful time we are definitely visting again.

Rooms where nice. Parking is difficult. It is in a separate building. Have to ride two elevators to get to room. Had a reservation that included breakfast. Hotel denied this, had to go to car in parking garage to get confirmation of reservation and they still did not want to do the breakfast after seeing it in writing. Finally they did.

This was a quick trip for us, just 2 nights. There is alot of construction around the the Hotel but no noise to speak of. Over all a great Hotel
