It was okay the rooms were nicer than I thought they would be given the older outdated look of the hotel. They didn't have the room type I reserved but not a huge deal. This hotel was just ok. Nothing was special about it. The bed was very comfortable but everything else in the room was about 10 years old (fixtures, shower, carpet, etc). There are several others in the area that are much better for right around the same price.

I stay in this particular hotel when I''m in town for work. It is in a convenient location for me. However, their refrigerators never ever work and the hotel is very badly in need of a total makeover. Carper is old and stained... Ceilings are pitiful, etc. Bed is comfortable and tv works. The hotel itself is unattractive in the lobby and restaurant area but the rooms are clean with lots of room. Overall could use some updating.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Clarion Motel Shreveport. The motel was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, cozy and clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Very convenient to main areas of Shreveport if that is what you need. Hotel is in desperate need of new carpet and some overall LOVE> The ice machines/vending machines operate on random floors. In the yeares I've been staying here that never has changed.

This hotel was very close to the work site that brought me to Shreveport. The room was clean, and well attended. It featured pillow top beds and a fridge. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Downside- The hallways. elevators, and corridors were not air-conditioned, though indoors. This made for uncomfortable passage from room to room. […] The area outside the conference facilities that opened onto the elevators was constantly crowded with attendees, making movement with luggage difficult. Very nice and clean hotel. Would definately stay again.

The beds were very comfortable. The rest of the hotel looks old and run down. The place is in need of a facelift!! Disappointed in the fact that breakfast was not complimentary. I've stayed in much less priced hotels which served breakfast!

The hotel was very well kept and the room was excellent. Parking was plentiful and access to room was convenient. Hotel is near a shopping center with numerous restaurants and shopping venues. I would definitely stay there again.

I stay here due to the convenience. Every time I stay there something is amiss. This time, the refrigerator did not cool and my room key stopped working. Neither of those are a big deal but there is always something.

I stay here once a quarter and I doubt I go anywhere else. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Many places to eat nearby and prices are fair. Even though the hotel is somewhat old, it is in nice shape. Just wish it offered continental breakfast for guests.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and it has been updated since the last time I stayed there. Very pretty and comfortable rooms - new bathrooms, new comfy beds, etc. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Our room was adjacent to the elevator and a group of kids was staying there for a boxing tournament. They trampled up and down the hallways like a herd of elephants and up and down in the elevator during the evening until one of them pulled the fire alarm at midnight and woke up the entire hotel. We did not go back to sleep the rest of the night and […] my 10-year old was registered for a State Invitational Gymnastics meet on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. Breakfast was not to be had because of all of the kids in the lobby - so we went to McDonald's. 더 보기

Friendly staff, decent location, but peeling paint and crumbling ceiling are crying out for a renovation. No Complimentary Continental Breakfast option also makes it hard to compete with other chains nearby.

The hotel was old and the staff not super friendly. The cost was more than what I would typically pay for a hotel of this condition. The bed was very nice, everything else mediocre.

The rooms were nice. There was a odd smell in the hall way but most inclosed motels do unless they are new. Over all it was a pleasnt stay. The only thing I did not like is that you can hear every thing going on in the hall way. The door ways let in a lot of sound.

first of all, we called to ask if had a handicap accessable roll-in shower. we were told yes, but only had hand rails on side of a tub. i couldn't bathe. room also did not smell clean and was smoke-free room. walls must be made of cardboard because could hear next door rooms tv like was in our room. even their conversation was crystal clear. i don't […] like to say anything negative but this place is bad 더 보기

The hotel rooms have been updated and are very comfortable. The smell of the hotel, however, was not so appealing. That was hard to get over...

The hotel has been recently renovated, but still maintains an old and musty feel to it. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the air conditioning unit did not cool the room well and the humidity in the room was almost unbearable (and I am from Southern Louisiana). Only select individuals working the front desk appeared interested in offering assistance […] over talking with friends or looking down at their computer. Roaches were evidenced in the rooms. As other ratings state, you may have to drive through a bad area to get to the hotel (the hotel is about 1 mile from this area) and I didn't feel terribly safe walking to/from my vehicle at night. 더 보기

The gentleman at the front dest was extremely courteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, I was able to get some good sleep.

the bed I slep in was horrible my husband had to sleep on the couch the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. this place does not even offer a free breakfast was way too pricey for what i received
