멜리아 화이트 하우스 호텔 (Melia White House Hotel) - 런던

여러가지로 전 그냥그랬던 호텔입니다. 위치는 옥스포드 스트릿과 도보로 15분쯤 빠른걸음입니다. 그냥 버스타시는게 좋아요. 2정거장이지만 꽤 긴 구간입니다.

Euston역으로 오시거나 그곳에서 출발 하시는 분들에게는 좋은 위치에요. 객실은 좋지만 작네요― 소음이 좀 있지만 위치를 고려했을 때는 생각했던 부분이에요. 근처에 식당이랑 펍이 많아요 - Triton Square에 있는 New Diorama는 구경 갈만하네요.

The White House 호텔은 지나간 시대에 캐릭터들로 가득 찬 훌륭한 곳이네요. 리젠트 파크에 가까워요. 이 호텔의 좋은 바와 식당을 안 가시면 안 됩니다.

여러 번 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 수준이 있고 지하철 타기에 편리한 위치에 있으며 West End까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 표준 객실은 잘 구비되어있으나 아주 작습니다. 아침은 매우 비싸고 내용이 아주 부실합니다. 아주 괜찮은 이태리 식당, Demartino,가 Gr Portland street에 있는데 걸어서 5분 걸리고 양질의 아침이 제공됩니다.

아내와 저는(미국 부부) 2011년 11월 8일에서 12일, 화요일에서 토요일까지 런던을 방문했습니다. Melia는 Regent Park 근교에 있고  Great Portland 지하철역이 반 블록(2분 거리)에 떨어져 있는 지하도에 접근 용이했습니다. 반대 방향에도 5-8분 거리 내에 다른 정거장 2개가 있었습니다. 더불어 호텔 바로 앞 200피트에 Original Tour 관광버스가 섰습니다. 객실은 킹 베드가 있는 superior 더블이었는데 편안하고 미국의 괜찮은 다른 호텔과 비교할 만 했습니다. hotels.com에서는 전자레인지와 작은 냉장고가 있을 거라고 했지만 여분의 음식을 수용하지 못하는 미니바 냉장고만 […] 있었습니다. 여느 유럽 호텔에서 그러는 것처럼 본인 목욕용 수건을 가져오세요. 더 보기

About 2 min walk from regents park station. 15-20 walk through the park to London zoo Very nice hotel food was very good in hotel Pizza and 24/7 tesco 2 min walk Did really see many close restaurants but didn't really explore. Bar was very nice but pricey. Would def stay again

The Melia White House Hotel offers a comfortable stay with professional and helpful staff. Only two areas I can suggest for maintenance: during my short stay, the elevator to which I was assigned did not work. Also, the computers in the business center need an upgrade as they couldn't open email attachments. Otherwise, the stay was great.

This is a perfect hotel for those who like quaint neighbourhoods and like to walk to all the good shopping areas, cafes etc. It's located near a park, the tube, great restaurants, etc. The food is good. Rooms are small but very typical of Europe. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Location wise is perfect, right opposite the tube station. Staff are incredibly helpful, polite and can't fault the service overall. However, we booked the classic room and we had not expected it to be slightly bigger than a ship's cabin. We found the room rather small, not to mention the bathroom.

This is a great hotel just off the top of Great Portland Street. The hotel is well presented and a 10 minute walk from Oxford Circus. The rooms are well furnished and very clean and well maintained. I've stayed at the Melia WHite House on numerous occasions and it's best quality is it's consistency. It's always clean, usually very efficient, and despite being a bit chaotic, has one of the best breakfasts in London.

You can't fault the hotel for the standard of the rooms and the quality of the room service is particularly good. However I had to wait 25 minutes to check in and when I got to the front of the queue finally, there was no apology from the reception staff - to me or to the other people checking in - who were also visibly frustrated. Good sized rooms for London, with minibar fridge. Gym had a range of machines and free weights. Convenient tube links and a number of restaurant options within 5 mins. Deserves it's 4* rating.

The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. I liked the products in the bathroom and the staff were friendly. Check in needs improvement - so slow to check out I ended up filling in an express check out form, so yet to see if the receipt turns up. Gt Portland St tube is v close by.

excellent, we found the staff all very courteous particularly in the porter and reception area. we could however have done wilthout a phone call at 12.30 at night querying a bar bill , we had arranged a £50.00 credit which more than covered the cost. The breakfasts were somewhat mass produced and heaven only knows what was in the sausages - but it's "buyer beware" with those these days anyway. The minute you enter the premises, you get a feel of "upscale"; and it is a lovely furbished establishment that is high-tech. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms were a reasonable size and comfortable. The bar/lounge has a relaxing atmosphere, particularly with the evening entertainment. The best rates are when you pay in advance of your […] stay, but of course there is always a risk, should you need to cancel. The downside is that if you make use of the fridge (which is small), there is a PNDS15 a day charge. Oh, and be careful of the minibar (fridge) - which is well stocked I might add - it is computerized; so immediately upon taking an item out of its slot, you will be automatically charged! I made use of the gym which was relatively nice and clean. Location was convenient; about 8 minutes by taxi from St. Pancras Station, and there is also a tube station about 150 yards away. I feel after our stay that this hotel really just wants you to upgrade as the standard room we had was quite poor. The hotel has a lovely reception and bar but the room we got was a far cry from this standard.

It was my second time staying at the hotel. Very close to Carnaby, Street, Oxford Street, Regents Park. I especially like that the hotel provides natural toiletries without parabens - it's a very cool extra.
