Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Excellent and friendly staff. Room was good and we were able to check in slightly early. Unfortunately we had a room on the road side of the hotel which was quite noisey through the night with party goers. We would stay again.

This was an excellent hotel. The Conceirge was very helpful on directions and the use of the public transportation. The staff at the front desk were very professional. Our room was wonderfully furnished and clean. The location was convienent to a number of restaurants and stores as well as the waterfront and ferries. One point the hotel should consider […] is reducing the price for the breakfast. Very hard – or impossible – to beat this Auckland hotel for its combination of pleasing ambience, quality of features and extras, professionalism of the staff and overall value. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing hotel, great service, lovely clean room and a perfect location. We really could not have wished for anything more. The staff ensured our stay here was as comfortably and enjoyable as possible whilst the facilities matched that expected of a hotel of this standard. We arrived tired and were greeted by very accomodating personnel. They were helpful with our reservations in the city and the hotel was in an excellent location. The famed tower and the waterfront as well as shopping were just blocks away. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We would look forward to repeat visits to the Stamford Plaza.

Upgraded the room to superior. The room was great except for street noise and small piles of hairs in the corners of the toilet. Service was excellent. Would have been better if the gym had towels and hairdryers available for the changing /shower rooms. We had to use the small the gym towels.

Visiting from Canada. Great location, excellent service and accommodating personnel. It poured rain for 2 days but reception had umbrellas available. Would certainly visit again.

A great place to stay in the very middle of the city, accessible to bus stops and restaurants, and Queen St which is just a short walk behind it. The staff is very friendly & helpful as well, eager to accommodate everything from specific pillow requirements, to lending an umbrella for a walk, to taking care of the luggage while we were off on a tour […] and had checked out. overall very happy with this hotel, particularly their heated swimming pool and spa!

Overall satisfied with the stay. Good location, close to transport and harbour. The room could have done with a bit more cleaning especially the carpet and bath tub. The bed was comfy. The room was tired looking and in urgent need for a fresh look. Not much of a view from the room we stayed in.

It's a shame I only had one night here as it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't have done anything more for me. On my checkout day they had no spare rooms but allowed me to come back in the evening to use the fitness centre facilities to shower before heading to the airport for a long flight. The hotel & location was perfect. Front office receptionist James who checked us in was not as courteous or helpful.Needs a smile on his face to make guests feel welcome.

フライトの関係で、早朝７時前に到着したものの、すぐチェックイン出来、「なるべく上の階がいいですよね？」と、気をつかってもらいました。 口コミにあるほど、設備が古いとも思えず、確かに隣の部屋との壁が薄いと感じる事はありますが、隣の人が運悪く大騒ぎするマナーの悪い客でなければ、全く問題ないと思われます。 利便性は最高なので、おススメします。

Ett mycket bra och perfekt läge i Auckland. Hög standard och centralt nära hamnen och shopping gatorna.

　スタッフの英語の話し方は、アメリカ的でなく、紳士の国イギリス的な物腰と語り口でした。 　近所には、旅行者に必要な店があります。ＤＴＦやＯＫショップ、ラーメン、すし、てんぷら、居酒屋、など日本食、日本人スタッフ（ﾜｰﾎﾘの方）また、観光としては南半球１番高い展望デッキ２２０Ｍスカイタワーに近い。夜でも歩いてのんびりいけます。また、タワーの反対方向に行くと、ホテルから歩いて数分で港に着きます。チンチンon quai(波止場）人気バー＆レストラン。 　設備評価だけ４の理由は、たまたま、部屋のトイレのパイプから水漏れしていたからです。 　レンタカーは空港までは、国内線レンタカー返却レーンまで３０分。カーナビを使って。

A notre arrivée un voiturier vient vous ouvrir la porte et monte vos bagages directement dans votre chambre. Le hall d'entrée est bruyant (car un bar et un resto y sont implantés) mais le personnel est efficace surtout le concierge (merci à lui pour ses conseils)...L'hôtel est très très bien placé, à 2 mn à pied de la gare des bus (Britomart) et du […] début de Queen Street. La chambre est un peu petite mais confortable a condition de ne pas vouloir regarder la télé (car celle ci ne fonctionne pas). Toujours très propre. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine (froide pour nous) et d'un spa pool idéal !!! J'y retournerais sans hésiter 더 보기
