We stayed two nights at the Memphis Hilton. We were traveling with friends to visit Graceland and other attractions. The Hilton was lovely, from the lobby where we had some very good wings and drinks in the lobby bar, to the room which was comfortable and roomy. It was a reasonable distance from downtown and Graceland, so everything worked out well. […] I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone. 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay in Memphis. There was a prom at the hotel our first night there and we had to park extremely far from the hotel when we came in that evening. Very thin walls. Our neighbor fought with his wife/girlfrien every morning from 6:30-8:00. It sounded like they were in the same room.

My wife and I really enjoyed it. The employees were really nice and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Everything you need is close by or within 5 miles from the hotel. We will go back again.

We had to PAY for in room internet! It is free at a Red Roof! Someone's old socks were left in the room. The restaurant services was disjointed and uncomfortable. Beautiful hotel but the staff did not seem trained. High point was the lobby bar. Fun and the bar maid pleasantly got drinks for at least 50 people; made them, served them and went down to […] get food for people if they ordered it. Whatever she was paid was not enough. 더 보기

LOVED this hotel. Amazing service, wonderful rooms, beautiful lobby. The water pressure was insane, bordering on painful (and we were on the 12th floor). The front desk was overly helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions, extra toiletries and towels, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Would be convenient for microwaves and refrigerators to be in every room

I visited a friend for a couple of days and really enjoyed this property. The hotel was great. Location was good though I didn't spend a lot of time there as I was with a friend and we went downtown. Convenient access and a very nice property just all around. Looking forward to returning.

We stayed here for a wedding my husband and I had in Memphis to go to. The hotel staff met us when we checked in took our bags up to our rooms while we checked in and were incredibly nice. While we were there we let them know we were there for a wedding and they took care of us they opened the pool after hours, and let us stay out there however late […] we wanted, and they got us drinks after the bar/restaurant was closed and really treated us like we were V.I.P.s It was great would def. stay here again and rec. to anyone staying in Memphis. 더 보기

This Hilton property has changed hands over the years but is in suprising good shape. However, it is located 20+ minutes outside Downtown and serves the Germantown area east of Memphis. Staff was helpful; avoid $12 "well" liquor drinks in lobby bar; bar food very good.

Very clean and nice hotel. The cost was higher than it should be, There should be a free breakfast with the high cost of the room. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel common spaces were great but the rooms was incredibly dated and not very clean.

The view was so relaxing and calming a great place to go and escape from reality.

I stayed in the Hilton Memphis because the convention I was attending was in the hotel. When I arrived, my reserved room was not ready, I filled out all the paperwork and agreed to wait, when my room was ready I had to fill out the paperwork again and the clerk argued with me about what service I used to book the room, even though I had my Hotels.com […] confirmation email printed out. The only reason I would ever consider staying there again is if the convention is there again and the rooms are much cheaper, even then, I will look seriously at surrounding hotels. I did not spend enough time in the room to justify the cost coupled with the terrible customer service. 더 보기

Very nice place. A little far from most tourist attractions but it was ok to drive a little since the neiborhood was nice. I'll probably stay here again when in Memphis.

The hotel room was clean and well kept. But the bed was too hard. The location was the main problem, too far from the main attractions.

The staff was very friendly and willing to go out of their way to accomodate to my needs. I was traveling alone at the time and I had help loading my luggage to/from my car from both check-in and check-out, and they even placed my items for me in my room! The food and beverage coordinator was very helpful in locating restaurants outside the hotel for […] me to choose from. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean. Great view from the huge picture window. Beautiful hotel with very friendly and generous staff. I highly recommend and will most definitely go back if ever staying in Memphis again! 더 보기

Love Hilton's.... but not this one...The carpets were and stained and dirty, I wouldn't even let my pets walk on the floor. The plumbing was not functioning properly and this was in the "upgradeed" room. I wonder what the standard room offered?

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant stay, but only wish they had a indoor pool. Otherwise clean, well maintained, pleasant atmosphere.

Despite a delay in getting checked in, the room more than made up for that. The most comfortable bed, nice pillows, and wonderful view of the area around Memphis. I will not only recommend this facility to others, I will make every attempt to stay there on any further visits to the Memphis area. Nice place. Bar is expensive for even beer. Hot tub was not operable at time of stay...boo. Near theaters, shopping and highway. If the hot tub was working, the stay would have been perfect.

We had stayed at this hotel yrs. ago when it was Adams Mark, the service was great! Even after our meeting and the restaurant had already closed, we were able to order from room service, got our food very quick! The food was hot and very good! We will stay here again:) Thank you Hilton!

The hotel was nice but there were charges to my bill that was not expected. Even charge extra for water in your room. They also need to offer another type of pillow not everyone like a flat feather pillow.

Hotel staff allowed me to check in early. I was nervous about previous post about carpet and showers. However I guess everything has been corrected my room was great everything seemed new if I could get the deal I got with this reservation would defiantly go back and stay at this site.

Great Hotel. Friendly staff, and very kid friendly.

The Hotel was beautiful, very comfortable, great food, and superior hospitality. We have one concern and that is we had a very difficult time getting to the location. Very confusing directions and even with a gps, found ourselves circling the location many times. Your website gave a map, no written directions.

Loved the mattress

The Hotel staff had smiles and were very warm from the moment I walked through the doors. I have stayed at many hotels that claim this,but this staff went above and beyond to make myself and the others in my party feel at ease and enjoy our stay. We were in town for just one night but I guarantee if I am ever back in Memphis on any business or Concerts […] I will hands down be staying at This Hilton. Don't waste your time with other hotels that "claim" to have the service. I got every dime's worth from my stay and more. My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night during our trip to Memphis and stayed near Beale Street the rest of the time. We took one look in our room and decided to stay in that night because everything was so beautiful and they offer room service and just about anything else you could need. The only down side is its location if you are there for […] vacation, it is in the business district and to get anywhere you just about have to get on the highway and fight the very heavy traffic. This is normally a great hotel, but the room carpets need cleaning badly. Stains evident - just filthy looking. Hotel front desk agent said they are in the process of cleaning them. If stains don't come out and carpets don't come totally clean, they need to be replaced!
