very quite room. never been to a hotel with hot water instanty on tap. very confortable bed. over all a great hotel and great location.

This hotel went beyond our expectations. Our grandaugher was in Ft. Worth for Cheer tryouts at TCU on that Friday. The hotel made accomodations to allow them to get into their room around 10am instead of the 4pm regular check in time. This allowed her to relax and get ready for the tryouts. The Bed was very comfortable, Room was very clean and check in and out was very easy. We will stay here again.

We stay there for our daughters National Dance competition. Best location to the Fort Worth convention center. Staff were courteous, the room was large, the bed is very comfortable. Excellent overal experience. Looking forward to our next year competition.

My husband had a really great experience here for a bachelor party a few months back. He wanted me to book the same hotel for our trip to Sundance Square. I did and when we arrived our room was smaller than the one he had last time (even though both were 2 beds). He also had a couch in his last room and we only had a chair. This posed a problem because […] enough people were coming to take up two beds and a couch. The bathroom was incredibly small, no fan for ventilation and the bathtub didn't drain. Overall, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The problems we had this time won't prevent us from staying here again. We'll just know next time around to request a room with a couch. 더 보기

Perfect if you are attending a convention in Fort Worth. Good restaurants in the area. Very nice staff.

This was my first stay at a Hilton, and I expected a lot more! The location is great, the room was very big, the bed was comfortable, and the lobby and concierge was very nice. If that's what you need, then you'll get it. But, the room was HOT, A/C didn't work even after asking them to fix it 4 times (even in February, it was hotter inside that out). […] It lacked a lot of amenities of competing hotels (knew this going in, but thought it would be made up in other areas and was wrong). You had to pay extra for parking, pay extra for internet, terrible cable and only half the channel came in anyway. There were no bathrobes, and the linens felt like sandpaper. Nothing bad, but nothing particularly warm or inviting about the room. Like I said, it was horrible. That's why I gave 3 stars. But for the money you could've stayed several other places and got A LOT more for the money. Don't stay here just because it says "Hilton" or "historic" - you will be disappointed. Take your money and go just down the street, you will get a lot more out of it. 더 보기

Excellent location to other downtown venues. The staff was outstanding and honestly seemed to care that you had an enjoyable stay. The food is the weak spot. Extremely pricey (ridiculously so) and very mediocre.

i had stayed at this hotel before and had no problems. This time was way different, i called for towels 3 times and still never recieved any. The room service barged into my room twice even after i had the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. The valet guy was the icing to the cake. After my fiance and I had returned from a a night out we couldnt […] find the valet employee. Finally after 20 mins and 2 attempts of asking the front desk and being told twice "he should be out there" he came out and looked half asleep. He asked what we needed, i gave him a look like really? i replied, we need our vehicle valet'd. He asked if i had a bad day in a very rude & unproffesional matter, i just shook my head. He slammed my truck door and took off so fast and agressively that the tires on my truck were screaching. I tried reporting it to the front desk, or talking to a manager. They didnt care, it was very clear. I was so dissapointed in Hilton. If you can avoid it, find somewhere else to stay. 더 보기

We stayed at the Hilton for an anniversary getaway. It's nice to have the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse connected to the hotel. The staff was very nice and courteous and we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I loved our stay. Great hotel and service at a very reasonable price.

It would have been a great visit if the valet parking wasn't there. They charged us $20 a night and scratched up our brand new car...

I have stayed here many times because my daughters always have cheer competition at the convention center every year. This year was very disappointing. First thing is they showed that my reservation had been cancelled and I didn't have a room even tho I had an email from you showing I did. Then the people working there were not helpful at all and a […] little on the rude side. The elevators were messed up and after waiting 20 minutes and still no elevator I took the stairs up and down the rest of the trip. That is carrying my bags and all. Yes, it is after the Christmas holidays and New's Years Eve but the Hilton had some of the dirtest carpet and walls I have seen anywhere in a long time. Very surprised that this was "Hilton". Really nice hotel with a great location. Doesn't have free wi-fi or breakfast but the staff, location, and cleanliness of the hotel make up for this. Definitely recommend.

It was day 7 of the trip and we were tiredof looking forward to a nice hotel and being disappointed. THEN, we got to the Hilton in Ft Worth. I was greeted by each staff member as if I were family, the historical building has been magnificently remodeled and the entire hotel is commited to the memory of JFK's last speech which he gave there. Overall the Hotel was fine. Left for an hour in the restaurant, twenty a day for valet, and use was mandatory, and twenty more for internet use. Seemed like a lot of hidden charges. They did refund the pet deposit and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Fast Friendly Service Great Location.

We booked our room for New Years eve as it was close to where we would be celebrating with friends. We have stayed here before and everything had been great. Our checking went smoothly and all was well until 1 am. The room next door began to have a party...a very loud party with people coming and going. I called the front desk when the screaming began […] unbearable. They said they would send security. No security ever came. I called four more times and by 5 am the party died down. Security never came and we never slept. Will not be going back. Complained to the front desk the next morning. They were apologetic offering me free breakfast. Breakfast was already included in our stay though:) the manager came out and after talking for awhile said she would send us a free voucher for a free stay. I am thankful for that and will be looking for that in the mail, but it still can't replace the sleep we lost or the lack of faith in the Hilton front desk. 더 보기

The hotel was wonderful! The staff in the dining room went above and beyond. They were very hospitable and friendly, and went above and beyond. The entire staff at the hotel was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Really enjoyed stay. Only draw back was the limited time I had to spend at the Hilton. Easy access to the Stock Yards made this for sure a must stay next time in Cowtown.

Very nice hotel and a great price. They should make people aware that it is a valet parking only....which adds an extra 20.00 a night plus valet tips.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here during Christmas for 3 days. The service we received is TOP NOTCH! The hotel staff pretty much bent over backwards for our every request. They were all friendly and went the extra mile. The rooms are nice and very clean. You can get a great night's sleep here. Every thing was nice with the exception of the valet parking. I thought it was excessive to charge per night.

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at the Hilton, Ft Worth and a delicious meal at Ruth's Chris Steak House. The only thing we would mention is that the hall ways in the hotel smelled old and musty.

Very comfortable accommodations. Staff was accommodating. Location was very convenient to most places we wanted to go to in Fort Worth. Many restaurants were within walking distance. We felt comfortable on the streets around the hotel at night. City crews kept the streets very clean.

We stayed here when we went to visit for a Dallas Cowboys game. Great location for Sundance Square and also there is a bus that picks up right outside the hotel to take you to the game for $10. Service was also great and the people are very friendly!!!

We stayed at the Hilton downtown Fort Worth for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and the concierge service was something we had never experienced before. Best service ever! We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!

Every employee we were in contact with was extremely courteous. I've stayed in historic hotels before and the Hilton is in excellent shape; you don't feel you're accepting less comfort for the ambience.

A great, historic old hotel. Well kept and updated. Comfortable, clean. We've stayed in downtown Fort Worth hotels at twice the price and been less satisfied.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Ft Worth, great location, within walking distance to Sundance Square. Plenty of shopping and great food. Hotel staff was excellent and very welcoming. Our weekend was very relaxing and peaceful thanks to the Hilton facilities and staff. We will definantly visit again.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've stayed at the Hilton and it continues to be my favorite home base for nights on the town. It's within walking distance of Sundance Square but just far enough away to not deal with all of the noise. Parking is more expensive than I'd like and the phone for self-checkout always ends up going to someone's voicemail, […] but it's still the best bang for the buck downtown. 더 보기

The entire hallway and our room smelled like smoke. They claimed they didn't have a designated smoking floor but they could come spray something in our room.

We stayed here for five nights and although the hotel was supposedly fully booked, the atmosphere was quiet and sedate, we never had to wait for an elevator and the service was at all times pleasant and accommodating. Our only tiny complaint was that the bathroom had only one towel rack, over the tub and not easy to reach.
