The Hyatt was centrally located to most of what we needed to do for business, so I appreciated that we could get to where we needed to go during the day without having to take a cab. The rooms are a decent size and are comfortable. However, housekeeping left our room service tray in the room - which was an unwelcome, stinky suprise after being gone […] all day. Also we had problems with the TV. We called the front desk and was told abrubtly "Call Tech Support" and was hung up on. Well, there was no number for tech support anywhere in the room. If it was on the TV, well we couldn't get access to that b/c the TV was having issues. So we had to call back to the front desk. This time we got someone else, who of course was able to transfer us right away to tech support. All of that to end up with that the TV issue was never fixed. All in all, I would say that the hotel is convenient if what you need is something in the downtown area. But the service leaves something to be desired. 더 보기

very close to everything. right in the middle of downtown and a ride (marta) away to the airport. no need to rent a car!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were disappointed that the bar was under construction. Buffet was a bit overpriced but the food was excellent.

The staff was great despite the fact that the hotel was full. We left our room in a mess one day and when we got back it was totally cleaned up. The only problem we encountered is that they ran out of wash cloths but we were not surprised because of all the functions that were being hosted. Great job!

Great hotel and service! They moved us to the International Tower due to being fully booked with King rooms in the main hotel area!!! Close to MARTA would recommend again!

Most all entertainment in walking distant to fox theater, World of Coke Cola, Parks, G/A, area food was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Upon leaving I shared with the rep at the check out desk that I was not satisfied with the hot wings (not fresh, but frozen) I ordered from room service the cost was deducted from my bill. I would certainly return when in the Atlanta area.

Super confortable bed and sheets. Awesome room service, and Bar in the lobby. Parking is a bit pricey, but your vehicle is kept in a secure underground lot. Definitely would recommend this Hotel.

Should have a shuttle running all hours. My flight landed at 11:30pm, and I expected to be able to get picked up after traveling for almost 24 hours.

Everything was fine. I would have been better if everything was upfront as far as extras. There was a sale on the room, but nothing including internet service was included. The sale rate was an excellent price for this very fancy hotel, but there was a catch. It was quite expensive to park the car. The refrigerator in the room was not working at all […] and the towels were scratchy. The location was pretty good, except Atlanta needs to do something about all these homeless people begging for money. Its an ok place to stay, but rememeber you have to pay $32 for valet parking or $18 for self parking and then you have to drag your luggage two blocks to the hotel. Additionallyh, note that the address on the Hotels.com web site is wrong. It takes you far away from the hotel,, and then I needed to call the hotel for directions. Everything was amazing about my stay at the hyatt. The only thing I had a problem with my stay is that some of the international workers were very rude. More specificaly the workers in the international tower gift shop. she was very rude and ignored me when I questions.

My room had some messed up curtains when I checked in. When I reported it, the staff moved me to a much nicer room without me even asking. I was amazed with their willingness to make sure I was a satisfied guest!

So many things were superb! The architecture of the atrium is fascinating, like being in an M.C. Escher drawing. The standard rooms are large with a terrace and a hallway separating bathroom & closet. There is a comfortable armchair & ottoman. Technological touches include two jacks for charging on the bed lamp and a variety of jacks for the TV monitor. […] The lobby has an excellent restaurant, Sway, with a chef-driven menu and attention to local sources. A very full breakfast buffet costs $19. The self-parking half a block away costs $18 in a covered garage or $10 per day in an open lot. I didn't have problems in the lot for two days. You can leave the car with a hotel valet for $32 per night. The hotel connects by a hallway to the Peachtree Center Mall and the MARTA light-rail system. Horrendous racket on Friday night coming from outdoor bands on Peachtree Street. Parking extremely expensive. Otherwise lovely hotel and lovely staff.

This was my second time staying at the Hyatt and I love the hotel. The rooms and beds are comfortable. They have the best breakfast all around. If you can get a complimentary breakfast included in your stay, I highly encourage it. You have the choice of ordering from the menu or doing the buffet. Last time we stayed we just retrieved our car from the same entryway that we dropped it off at. This time we were told to go down the elevator to the parking lobby. We encountered a long line when we did go down there. We'd already paid for parking at checkout but still had to wait just to get to the desk to turn in our ticket. Some people were actually paying at the desk which took longer as of course some people had a dispute about their bill. We checked out of the hotel at 12 Noon but didn't end up leaving til after one. The hotel was everything I expected and then some....Its great that I used the MARTA from the airport directly to Peachtree Station, which is connected to the lobby of the hotel....No need to step outdoors...Since it rained most of the weekend, this turned out great

Beautiful hotel in great location. Went there for a few days getaway to see the art museums, natural history museum, etc. Hotel was beautiful, well maintained, service was excellent.

No housekeeping service. Trash overflowing, called to inquire then had 2 towel deliveries but no other service. Very odd. Parking inconvenient & expensive & distant for self-parking, valet expensive as well (even for local market).
