하얏트 리젠시 시카고 (Hyatt Regency Chicago) - 시카고

river뷰를 신청했는데 게스트룸이 3층입니다. 앞의 건물에 가려 아무것도 안보입니다. 카펫이 좀 더러웠습니다. 신발을 신지않으면 안될정도였습니다. 냄새도 좋지않아서 환기를 너무 하고 싶었습니다. 화장실과 방은 엄청 큽니다. 무료 드립커피도 방에서 마실수 있습니다. 그건 좋았습니다.

이 호텔 정말 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다. 특히 수진이라는 한국분이 아주 친절하게 첵크인을 해주었고 방도 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 물론 전망도 끝내주었구요. 수진양이 추천하는대로 business up grade package를 구입해서 잘 묵었습니다. 3500개나 되는 객실관리가 매우 힘들 것은 이해가 가지만 굼안에 있는 전화가 2대 모두 불통이라 프론트에 말했더니 080으로 시작되는 외부전화번호를 주면서 전화고장을 신고하라고 해서 시도해보았는데 로미해간 전화라서 저녁시간에 잘 안되었습니다. 몇차례 신고를 하고 언성을 높이고서야 보수담당 매니져가 왔는데 그때 시간은 벌써 12시가 넘고있었습니다.. 이 일로 전체 performance를 […] 평가하기 좀 무리가 있을 것 같구요 전반적으로 아주 좋은 호텔임에 틀림이 없습니다. 제가 운이 좀 나빴던거죠. 저는 다시 찾을 것이구요 첵크인 하자마자 이런 room instrument부터 첵크하고 다른 일을 볼 것입니다. 마음 써준 수진양에게 감사합니다. 더 보기

Very crowded with large bus loads of tour groups, very slow valet car check in, very expensive parking at 52.00 night. Room was comfortable but the floor was dirty. Probably will stay elsewhere next time.

Our overnight stay at the Hyatt Regency was very nice and romantic. The best part is that the hotel was within walking distance of evryrhing we planned to do. The Hyatt is definitely the perfect place to stay if you are looking to shop and sightsee.

This was our first time staying here. This location was great for shopping and eating. It was just what we were looking for, and being right on the river was an added bonus! the hotel was in a great location but really didn't have any stand out features. The bed was comfortable but the room was average and the bathroom was basic.

Awesome hotel - well worth it to buy the Awaken breakfast package. For the small additional fee, you get a huge buffet with excellent food - we couldn't have gone to McDonald's for the small fee I paid! Wish I would have known that the rooms with a river, lake or city view would cost extra....the reviews of those rooms said they were great, but I wasn't […] about to pay more just for a view. 더 보기

enormous facility but well run so you don't know how big it really is- that is lines into restaurants for meals were short and crowding was minimized by well placed staff. Rooms are quiet for such a big place. Valet park your car and eat the high costs - so easy and convenient. near everything. asked for a new shower curtain - they were up in a minute. […] when the hotel did screw up, they were quick to fix. 더 보기

Great hotel for the money. Great amenities with exceptional buffet! The lobby bar was always hopping. Plenty to do. Easy to get anyway you need.

Had a wonderful stay, excellent service. Had a city view, wish the bed was facing the window so you can see the view lying down. Otherwise the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The service wasn't that great. Very slow check in and it was hard to find anyone to answer questions. Our room was right next to the elevator shaft so it was very loud. We also did not get the room we were told we would have so we were disappointed.

Our stay was great. Hotels.com did a great job booking our room with free parking and breakfast. A perfect 2 day getaway!! The hotel was very neat and clean and the staff was great.

Very nice hotel. Clean with a courteous staff. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do and walking distance to Millennium Station.

I stayed at this hotel with my 2 toddlers who drink a cup of milk every day in the morning and before bed time. I tried to buy a small jug of milk and store it in the hotel mini-fridge. The next day they left a note saying the fridge is reserved for refreshments sold by the hotel, they removed my personal things from the fridge and if I put anything […] else there I will be charged $25. I can also request a separate fridge delivered to my room for a fee of $25. So my alternative was every night and every morning to go down to the lobby and pay $10 for 2 8oz milk containers. At the end of my stay when we were checking out, they had several $25 minibar charges and I had to argue with them that we did not use anything from the fridge or store any personal belonging there. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore, charging to store things in your mini-fridge is ridiculous. 더 보기

This was a mother/daughter getaway for us and was our first stay in downtown Chicago. Great location ~ great value ~ our only disappointment was that I requested and had received a confirmed reservation for an upper floor (30 to be exact) We were given a room on the 4th floor ~ assured that we had a nice view of the lake and river but no explanation […] was provided for this mix-up. ~ but we were a bit disappointed. My girlfriend and I recently visited Chicago. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for two nights. The location was great. We walked to Navy Pier, Michigan Ave. and Millennium Park. However, the service was poor. Every time I called before, during and after our stay I was continually cut off and put on hold. No one at the hotel seemed very welcoming. We called […] for extra towels and waited 45 minutes for them to show up. Their valet system is confusing at best and wasn't explained at all. I even called to ask about parking and was given several different noncommittal answers from different people. At the end of our stay we had to go two floors down and wait half an hour for our car to be brought to us. On top of it all, I just found they charged me for parking ($52/day) even though our hotel package included parking. Everyone there seemed confused, rushed and rude. It was a nice hotel, but with customer service that bad, we won't be staying there again. 더 보기

My daughter and i stayed during spring break. We were able to take mass transit to all of the campuses we visited. We went to DePaul, Loyola, NorthWestern, University of Chicago and Elmhurst all by train or bus. The staff were so pleasant and helpful in directing us in the best route and mode to take. Room was not ready till 7pm. No comp or apologize . Drinks at the bar high $ rude bartender..... Nice hotel , never going back tho!

This hotel was beautiful. The room was excellent just like the view. I would highly recommend this place and stay there again. I however did not like the check in. When in Chicago, stay at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Chicago.

Apparently the reservations department overbooked this hotel on Easter week. We had booked 2 queen beds, but got one king since all the others were taken. we were frustrated, but the staff did everything they could to make it up to us. We'll be back.

We chose the hotel because of the location. We would NOT stay here again! We checked into the hotel around early evening, by that time the only rooms left were Kings...we reserved a Double through hotels.com. Staff arranged for us to have a Murphy bed with two small sofas.
