Great location, convenient to many attractions. Rupp Center is actually attached to the hotel, which is great if you're going to an event there - totally terrible if you're not. One of our rooms was enclosed in the atrium located above the restaurant and BAR! - Conventioners made it noisy until past midnight. Our other room was next to Rupp Center and […] the concert and revelers were also noisy quite late. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Well maintained! Very clean. I was attending a conference at the Lexington Convention Center and the hotel is attached. Lots of shops in the convention center and surrounding neighborhood if you like to shop. I realize every room doesn't have the same view, but our room overlooked the ice-skating rink. I had a wonderful stay. We loved our view of the outside ice skating. I would weekend in the big blue nation.

we purposely booked this hotel because it's attached to Rupp Arena. We went to Lexington for a UK game and when we got to the hotel valet parking was already full. This was understandable, being game day and all but the valet attendent was less than helpful providing us directions as to our alternatives. We ended up circling the block (not an easy task […] close to game time) and then had to lie our way into a restricted lot to get parked. We were NOT happy and now getting dangerously close to game time...... At checkin we did complain and we were offered two free breakfast vouchers which is nowhere near the same as getting valet parking at game time but at least its something. The year before we stayed here AND valet parked. It was easy , fast and CONVENIENT. I wish it would've worked like that this year but this hotel is great regardless. It was great to be able to stay that close to Rupp Arena for a game, but the rooms are definitely overpriced. They also charged us for valet parking and we did not receive valet parking. They reversed the charges, however.

We love our stays there, it is close to everything downtown. Very clean and everyone is super nice.

My husband and I was attending the UK/Arkansas game and staying at the Hyatt was perfect location. Enjoyed our stay.

All is good here. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar/restaurant. Free parking right across the street. Would stay again and recommend it.

Everything top notch, modern and operational Maybe the HIlton next door is as good, but I don't think it can be done better.

OUR STAY AT THE HYATT IN LEXINGTON, kENTUCKY POLISHED OFF A PERFECT DAY IN THE AREA. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, STYLISH, AND COZY. THE BED WAS QUITE COMFORTABLE AND MADE IT EASY TO GET A GREAT NIGHT'S SLEEP. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL BE BACK

Hotel was fine, but not for the price you pay for it. Bathroom was outdated and dingy, and the toilet ran very loudly sporadically through the night. The A/C was also very loud. Great location, disappointing amenities.

Excellent hotel and I enjoyed their fitness room. Personnel were very friendly.

This property is in a great location with access to downtown sights. However..... the exterior of the property needs maintenance.. tiles buckled and broken near the pool

Love the express check in check out Kiosk...quick, easy & no lines!

We love Hyatt's and this place is no exception! The only recommendation would be to warm up either the temperature of the pool, or the air within the pool room. It was too cold to swim comfortably in. The beds and the view that we had was great!

I highly recommend this hotel. Perhaps a once-aging property, the owner(s) have done a very good job renovating the property. Everything was as I expected and, although I was not in Lexington for a basketball game, I enjoyed that the hotel is connected to Rupp Arena.

Cramped rooms, dirty floors, slow service, the Hyatt name takes a hit here. The restaurant food was mediocre at best - the veggies rubbery, silver and plates missing and not replaced, coffee long in arriving and my request for refill completely forgotten - the culture of indifference reigns.

The room at this hotel was very nice. It had an updated comtemporary decor, with local photos on the wall. The set-up of the desk area was especially nice. The bathroom was nice and clean. My only gripes were that I had to go to four different floors before I found a vending machine that worked. Also, the first night, nobody came to get my breakfast […] order off the door, so I had to call it in in the morning. Minor problems, though, in the grand scheme of things. There really isn't much to do in downtown Lexington, though. I had problems finding places to eat at night, since it seems most of the restaurants cater to the lunch crowd (business workers). 더 보기

About what one comes to expect from a Hyatt. Rooms were nice, location was good for downtown and Rupp. Confernences and events will pack this place, the lobby was hopping. Still, you pay a good amount to stay here and they cannot give you free wireless. Something that is standard at most other hotels.

I really enjoyed our visit to Lexington and the Hyatt was an excellent choice, even though we were only there one night. We had a problem at check-in and were given a room with someone already checked in, and there was a computer glitch that wouldn't allow us to move. Another agent got it fixed and both agents were friendly and gave us a free breakfast […] coupon for the inconvenience. We asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and this didn't quite happen either, but it worked out. The hotel was not overly busy and the bed was so comfy I wanted to stay in for a bit.... Hotel bar was nice but the main thing for this place is the great location, right in the heart of historic Lexington. Very nice. 더 보기
