Very nice hotel, nicely decorated and renovated. Staff very professional, friendly, and helpful. Everything was very clean. The room was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The only negative was that when I booked the room via hotels.com, I chose the breakfast option, and it appeared on my reservation print out. When I checked in, the price was […] correct, but it did not include breakfast. I even showed them my reservation print out, but they did not honor it. I had to call hotels.com, then show the hotel staff via my reservation on my IPad that my rate and reservation included breakfast, then they honored it. I don't know who's at fault - the hotel itself, or hotels.com - but it was very disconcerting. 더 보기

When arriving at the hotel I was very happy with what I saw. The first floor lobby and pool area is beautiful but thing changed when I got up to my room. The room was very small and the 2 doubles beds were way to small for two people to sleep on. Also the bathroom was very small. A huge family event of some sort was going on at the hotel and the hotel was totally absent when it came to keeping the noise at a reasonable level in the halls. A very clean, friendly hotel. Especially enjoyed the restaurant that was casual after a long day of driving and the cafe the next morning that served Starbucks.

We enjoyed the stay. Free Parking and Laundry facilities were great. Just two small things - The sink in the en-suite had dropped somewhat from the marble top and didn't look great and the pools looked a little cloudy.

The hotel was kind of difficult to get to but I would imagine if you took the airport shuttle that it would be more convenient. The lobby was very clean. Nice and bright. And the free parking was a nice feature if you have a car. We found a side door on the exterior of the hotel that didn't lock, which was supposed to be key access only that concerned […] us slightly. Wonderful staff. Restaurant had really good food and waitstaff. Great bed and pillows. Unfortunately, it cost us $25 - $30 to get anywhere and another $25 to $30 to get back. Usually, about $80 per day. If you have a car, it will cost much less.

The pillows on the bed were too thick and firm. The maid did not clean our room when we stayed in it too long in the morning. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

By far the best service I have received in a hotel in a long time. Staff pay very close attention and are always welcoming everyone in and out of the hotel. As well as making sure your every need is meet. My only request would be that the water get hotter in the shower. It was hot just not hot enough for me I like to cook.

Much to expensive. We have stayed at just as nice of places cheaper, they included Free WiFi IN THE ROOMS and Free breakfast in the morning! We will not stay at this location on our way back through Nashville.

The rooms are clean an nice. We stayed and went out to downtown Nashville. It was a longer cab ride. The hotel had a very friendly staff and made us feel at home.

We stayed here for half business, half pleasure. For such a large hotel, I would have expected a much better restaurant and room cleanliness! We were gone for 13 hours for work and our room wasn't cleaned. The staff was all very friendly, but because of some strange work hours and bad weather we ate at the restaurant, Champions, 3 times, and most of […] the food was average to below average. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms need to be updated, and the cable selection was very odd - several news and sports channels, and no regular cable channels. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. My biggest gripe is that there was not free wifi. At this day and age, you've got to be kidding me?! I have to pay $15 for 24 hours of Internet. There are other options just as nice that are not as chintzy.

I love this hotel, because I spent my wedding night here many years ago. We return once or twice a year just to get away. I am very familiar with this hotel. iT WAS THE WORST STAY.They are remodeling,no lobby,no passenger elevators,no water,no wake-up calls(arranged the night before),and no taxi(arranged the night before).I asked for the general manager to call me the next day.Four days later-no call.

really convenient flying into BNA and catching the shuttle from the airport and to the Hotel just 8 minutes away. The room and staff were very good, but as a business traveler, I did not like the extra charges for use of in-room internet service, especially since the entire lobby was closed for renovations (where you could have sat comfortably for free). That lack of effort to accommodate for the inconvenience of no lobby, affected my view of the hotel.
