메리어트 웨스트체스터 (Marriott Westchester) - 태리타운

테리타운 시내도 가깝고 비교적 여러가지로 만족합니다. 단, 인터넷 이용이 조금 불편한 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

The room was great...accomodations wonderful....staff awesome. Wish we could have dined at Ruth's..but the Tavern was perfect

i thought the room we got seemed a little damp, located on first floor adjacent from pool. i am very sensitive to molds., etc. and have been sneezing and coughing and ill since our stay. outwardly the look was great. ???

We had a very large room overlooking courtyard pool with a nice balcony. My daughter found cigarette butts in the planters on the balcony. Disgusting! Other than that the room was very clean, the price was right, the pool was big, the hot tub was hot, and the manager gives you his cell phone if you have a problem.

We LOVED our stay at the Marriott Westchester. The staff was helpful and extremely well versed in answering questions about the hotel and the area. The lobby and room were both lovely and welcoming. We plan to stay at the Westchester Marriott again and even plan to use their gorgeous conference rooms for a family party next year. Bravo, Marriott! We […] love your staff! 더 보기

Way to hot in room. Had to turn on AC to cool off.

Beautiful hotel and a great value! The pool and hot tub area were great! Looked like u were outside. Buffet breakfast was delicious as well.

We had a sick relative in the nearby hospital and checked in late after a day long drive. We kindly asked the front desk attendent for a quiet room away from noise. She was not polite and grumbled something under he breath. She put us in a room facing the pool. We were troubled by loud children at the pool and a a lot of door slamming by the maids early […] in the morning. Breakfast buffet was not worth it either. Food and coffee were both lackluster. 더 보기

I thought the mattresses didn't give proper support and seemed kind of worn considering the quality of the rest of the hotel. Other than that it was a great experience.

The beds were REALLY comfortable and the room was nice. Plenty of space . The only negatives were that there was a dog on the hall that barked periodically and the hallway had french fries strewn about! Where was housekeeping?

We had a wonderful stay. We were disappointed that the pool area did not enforce rules for the hot tub. The hot tub was full of small children, and the next morning drained and closed for the rest of the day.

Comfortable and quiet, has a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on site which was a bonus.

Extremely Comfortable and Beautiful Hotel!!! The only unfortunate thing we had happen was that the TV wasn't really working properly because of the snow (in October!). But it is not really the hotel's fault. My bored kid accidentally pressed something on the TV remote and ordered a movie, and a premium one at that! I tried to cancel it, but wasn't able […] to, so I ended up having to watch it :( That was kind of a bummer. Other than the TV thing everything was great. The food is Amazing! I don't think I have ever eaten a better breakfast at a hotel!!! I do highly recommend getting the breakfast included with your room - even if you are 2 people, you will save money on including it with your room reservation. And don't forget the bathing suit, like I did! It would have been nice to take a dip in the inside pool. Oh, and if you are traveling with dogs - no problem! Just an extra fee and your friend is a guest!!! How cool is that :) Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area! 더 보기

only stayed 1 night,room was very clean and staff was friendly, the indoor pool was nice. we had breakfast there and it was very good, only downfall was hotel bar was very pricey

meals are too expensive to eat there but overall everything else was very good

our stay was very good. the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful with information on which road to advoid. we had driven up from Roanoke Va. to help our son move into college. If you visit tarrytown you must visit the downtown area and have dinner.We will most likely stay there on our next trip to New York

We had two very relaxing and comfortable nights at the hotel nice restaraunts nice pool spacious room and only half an hour drive from the city.

Everything just as you would expect from a Marriot

The Marriott Westchester has one of the best equipped and maintained fitness center I've seen in a "standard" hotel. The pool, however, is smallish and very crowded. The restaurants for breakfast and lunch service well prepared meals, if a bit pricey. The bathrooms are much too small.

I was upgraded to a suite because they didn't have any more king beds. Except for the lack of a kitchen (there was a dorm-size fridge), the room contained couches, a dining room table, lots of closets, 2 televisions and other comforts of home. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the windows didn't open and I like fresh air in lieu of conditioned […] air. Also, the in-room coffee pot was tiny and inconvenient to use. I hate to say this, but My family and I had a very bad experience. Out of the three nights we stayed we had two nights of fire alarms in which no body could tell us what the problem was. We have 3 children which we had to wake up and take outside and wait an hour at 1 and 4 am. The hotel staff was unable to provide any comfort. DINING - Breakfast buffet and the service at the restaurant is great. The Tavern is horrible, dont go there! Ruth Chris is a definite plus but it's terribly overpriced. Nowhere else to eat around the hotel so you're stuck eating at one of these places. HOTEL - older building and it shows in spots. We're certain that only two of the 4 elevators work. […] The rooms are on the small side. We had reserved a double room but got stuck with a king + pull out sofa room. When you pull the super unconfortable bed out on the sofa it hits the king bed.. POOL - Chaos in the pool area, gaping holes in the ceiling above the pool which let water (when it rains) in all over the place. STAFF - Less than attentive staff. Very hard to find someone to assist after 11p. It's obvious that their personal lives are much more important than yours so you'll stand there waiting for them to acknowledge your presence and will then give you attitude when you try to purchase an item from the little store area. As you can tell we didnt have a good time here. Family of four, two adults and two toddlers. We would not recommend this place to anyone. 더 보기

From the staff that was some of the friendliest I have every encountered, to the roominess and comfort of the room- this is a great hotel to stay in. I chose this hotel, as I have had bad experiences with downtown NYC hotels, and wanted to stay someplace a little cheaper, and I can park my own car (so it doesn't get damaged being parked by NYC hotel […] staff!). V the area for a family event, we suddenly needed an additional room for our daughter near midnight. Staff was helpful on the phone and then went out of their way to get us a room near us. Morning buffet was outstanding.

This was a very nice bargain, the hotel had a marvelous gym, the rooms were well appointed and all in all it was a wonderful stay. I'd go again, and again.

Nice to check in early and no problems and the breakfast buffet was great. I liked that we did not have to travel far for meal options.

I recently attended my 50th HS reunion and everything promised was there.. The hotel went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable and taken care of.. There were 4 weddings in addition to our event and you would never know it.. The staff is very organized and accommodated us in every way possible.

If you need a break, a quiet getaway or just some fun go to the Westchester Marriott. The food is wonderful and the portions are enormous! Room service is quick and efficient. And the choice of pay per view movies is current. It was the best!
