2013년02월15일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기서비스 품질 및 사용시설도 대체로 만족할 만하고 위치도 좋은 편임. 그러나 부대시설사용비용이 사용여부와 상관없이 자동으로 청구되는 점이 이해할 수 없었음. 호텔과는 관계없을수도 있지만, 주변 택시들이 미터기가 없이 flat rate로 요금을 받아서 (미터기로 같은 거리를 갔던 경우의) 두세배 정도의 바가지 운임을 씌우는 것도 불편한 점이었음.

Overall, this is a nice hotel and is very close to the Orlando Airport (which is what we needed for just one night). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly for the most part and we enjoyed a great breakfast buffet in the morning. Bed was very soft. Internet at $14.99/day is a joke and very uncompetitive. There are tons of good value hotels nearby that offer free internet. I booked this hotel for the proximity to the airport and park and fly option. This hotel has frequent shuttles to the airport for early morning flights. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was great, our rooms were ready when we got there, we could print off our boarding passes for our flight the next morning and there was a free shuttle to the airport. Great location, near airport. Airport shuttle service is fantastic! Room was clean, only problem was not enough condiments for coffee first morning. Drinking glasses used first night of three nights were never removed and replaced. Otherwise a great stay!사실 확인된 Hotels.com 숙박객 이용 후기

Great place to stay, restaurants within walking distance even though there was excellent 24 hr shuttles. Pillows were very uncomfortable but had a comfy bed. "Poor Service"
Hotel front desk could not pull up my Marriott Rewards account on their computer and instead tried to sell me the concierge club access that already comes free with my gold status. They required me to log in at the business center and print out my account information before accepting it, which was the last thing I felt like doing.
