2012년 크리스마스이브에 숙박하였습니다. 그런데 객실이 너무 낡았습니다. 호텔 내의 로비도 생각하였던 것보다는 좋지 않았습니다. 위치도 유니언스퀘어에서 걸어오기에는 언덕이 있어 힘들었습니다.

좋은 호텔이지만 가격이 조금 비쌌습니다. 주변 지역은 훌륭했습니다. 그런데 호텔 객실에서 바깥의 경치가 좋지 않았습니다. 이곳은 업그레이드 된 곳 이었습니다.

이곳에 숙박하여 정말 좋았습니다. 캘리포니아 케이블카가 호텔 바로 앞에서 운행 합니다 - Ferry 빌딩으로 쭉 내려가면 됩니다. 부두나 북쪽 해변까지 가는 버스 노선이 한 블록밖에 떨어져 있지 않습니다. (Stockton 에서 잡으세요) 이곳에 묵는 것은 정말 우아하고 부티 나는 느낌 입니다.

이 호텔에서 두 번째 숙박이에요. 먼저처럼 이번도 좋았어요. 객실은 티 하나 없이 깨끗하고 서비스는 최고에 가격도 좋답니다. 이 호텔에 모든 것들은 수준이 높아요.

지내는 동안 모든 것이 환상적이었어요. 직원 분들은 아주 친절하고 잘 배려해 주셨어요. 아래층에 체육관은 최고에요. 매일 사용했답니다. 주차장은 비싸지만 거리에 주차할 곳이 없답니다.

Mark Hopkins에서 짧은 하룻밤 숙박이 너무 좋았어요! 더 높은 층으로 업그레이드도 해주었어요. 경치가 좋아요! 크리스마스 때라서 도시가 아주 마법처럼 멋있고 기분도 좋습니다. 숙박을 추천 드립니다. 저희는 좋은 가격을 받았어요. 아름다운 장식, 고상하지만 편안했어요. 직원 분들로 아주 친절하시고 SF경험에서 꼭 가야 할 곳이네요!!

We spent Memorial Day weekend here for a "stay-cation." The staff were courteous and helpful. It's within walking distance to many locations, so we enjoyed the accessibility to various neighborhoods. We did feel the price of the Sunday brunch was outrageous ($80/person), so we went elsewhere. Drinks at Top of the Mark were enjoyable and much more reasonably […] priced. This is a first class hotel in an excellent area with 2 trolley bus lines close to the hotel. Staff were excellent & nothing was too much trouble. We moved to a higher room after 2 nights as there was some noise from our lower floor room at the front. If the fitness room amenity was upgraded the hotel would have everything covered. The fitness room is undersized and overstated for this level of a hotel.

Needs stricter dress code for Top of the Mark. Most comfortable beds ever slept in.

Great hotel, room was large, extremely clean and luxurious and service was great. Location not terribly convenient and rooms on the street side are noisy but would stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights at the Mark Hopkins. I would say for an intercontinental that the decor was perhaps getting a bit dated and tired, but I couldn't fault the staff at all for their friendliness and they were really helpful. Stayed at the Mark Hopkins for one night. The hotel is beautiful. Word of advice, don't attempt to drag your luggage up the hill...unless you want a serious workout

Discounted room rate got a noisy, low level room facing the street -- but saved a few bucks on a 5 star hotel. Professional staff. The ICH Mark Hopkins is a nice Hotel but all in I didn't see the value. When paying over a certain amount per night there are somethings that you shouldn't be nickel and dimed on IE:Wi-fi. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The Top of the Mark is definately is a must see

Excellent hotel...great service, great bed. Amazing bar with a few of the entire city. Next time we are in the city...we will be staying here!

They were fabulous. They treated my Grandfather so good, made him feel like a king. He and my Grandmother who is dead used to come to the Mark for drinks when they were young so it was great for him to come back see it again expecially with the way he was treated. I will definately coming back to stay here.

Went to SF for a conference and the reason to choose the Intercontinental was: 1. rating by hotel.com; 2. location (conference 1 block away). This is such a disappointment: very noisy room; no refill for coffee, soap etc for 4 days. Bathroom not cleaned. Slow room service. I had a wonderful week at the Mark Hopkins... the hotel has a great location, lovely rooms, amazing beds, plenty of amenities, and a nice gym. I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is the $12/day charge for wireless... I spent seven nights in the hotel and it would have been great if this had been free or at least discounted.

Very nice overall. Loved the bar at the top of the mark and the entertainment was great!!! Only downside was that one of the front desk employees recommended a new trendy restaurant was was very disappointing.

Very close to transit; China Town and within walking distance from many sites of interest. Safe and clean. Room was simple relative to price; though bathroom was palatial.

Love the location. The room was small, as small as or smaller than others we've stayed at that don't have the Mark Hopkins name. Service wasn't any better or worse--it was very good. Nice view of the bay from the 3rd floor; higher floor would be a better view. Having the Top of the Mark in the hotel is cool. But the brunch is $74, and room service is […] over the top in price too. Nice to know that it's a seriously overpriced hotel that we got a good deal at thru Hotels.com. A fun experience but I wouldn't recommend it if you're paying more than we did, $180/night. Oh and parking on the street was easy, saving $50.
