Everything was great, but entry light was burned out and the bed was a little uncomfortable. The location was outstanding as was the service.

We had to call to get a new room because the people above us were smoking something that wasn't too pleasant. My kids who were in bed were exposed... I am none too happy.

Loud people at the pool after hours. They were allowed to stay an hour and a half after pool was closed., even after calling (3) times! Carpet in halls ways were very dirty. Toilets in room were not clean. I had to push bell cart myself to my room with not staff member offering to help. Same for checking out. Charged twice on my Credit Card for room […] service only to find out it will take a week to recieve a credit? General Manager should have a meeting, very disappointed. 더 보기

I have stayed in many Hiltons. This one in the Houston Galleria area is below average. Many features in the hotel have been recently updated to the new Hilton style, but there were a disturbing number of maintenance items, so there was a mix of brand new and old and worn. The lobby carpet was very worn and stained. I took enough trips in the elevator […] with an abandoned luggage cart that I finally hauled it out to the valet station myself. The room privacy lock was very loose, with the screws almost falling out. There were quite a few marks on the room walls and the thin outer window curtains were shredded. The maid forgot to give us washclothes, and the bathroom mirror light was burned out. The parking gate in the garage will come down on your car if you are following another car too closely. We had a late checkout, but the maid was a real pest of checking every half hour whether we were gone. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful - parking garage, front desk, gift shop, etc. Hilton has other brands near the Galleria that are better choices. 더 보기

The hotel allowed me to push out my stay one business day. We could not get into Houston due to inclement weather. I had to be in Houston for my mother's stay at the cancer hospital and it was my wife's birthday. I decided to put my family into this hotel so they could have fun at The Galleria Mall while I tend to my business. It worked out perfectly […] for us. Good hotel to stay

We were staying overnight during a conference, and the room was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We want to go when we can enjoy the surroundings and have more time to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Quit nice hotel but a bit expensive, walking distance from the Galleria Mall.

Dining with friends in the immediate area. Very convenient and close to restaurant. Great and unique shops nearby. Very friendly staff.

a fine place and i would stay there again. i am tired of hotels nickel and diming the customers though; charging for parking on top of the room charge is crass and deceptive; charging for use of the business center is also a bit over the top; increase the room rate if you must but all of this a la carte charging does not leave a favorable impression […] with teh customer; 더 보기

Hotel location was great. The hotel let us check in at 1pm as we had just arrived into town. We used the valet service for our car and worth the $25 bucks a day! The car was out front and waiting when we needed it. I called down for 3 more towels and they were at my door within 10 minutes of calling. I will absolutely stay here again! The room was much bigger than I expected. Beds were comfy. The hotel was nice and very close to the Galleria. We got a great rate on hotels.com Would def recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and the view of the City was terrific. We were very comfortable there.

My husband and I had a nice weekend at the Hilton Galleria in Houston and we both agree that the best part was the Apple Pie Ala Mode we shared in the lounge Saturday evening. It was the BEST apple pie we ever had...bar none. A lovely hotel even though a wedding party with many little kids running down the halls on our floor caused some unrest. This hotel was such a disappointment! The room was very BORING and had no personality at all. I have stayed at this property before when it was a Doubletree and think it honestly was nicer then! I was really expecting for the room to be very plush and cozy as the rooms are large but instead the room felt very EMPTY! Furniture was cheap looking and just […] not up to the quality another hotel down the street is for a a lower price. These rooms need some work!! As for the service...never even saw anyone after checking in that spoke to me except the Valet, no doorman, no greeter, nothing...not 4 star quality service either. Two of the four elevators were inoperable the entire weekend. To make matters worse, there was a beauty pageant on the same weekend I visited, and the girls held the elevators captive! We were unable to use the staris because of the alarm.

This was a great stay...the only critique is cheaper parking...but outside of that it was great!

Very nice, have stayed there several times. Staff friendly. Hotel clean.

Hotel is a bit dated, but the room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel, but one thing about staying in a higher class hotel... they charge for every single extra... even to make a phone call! They charge for parking, which is fine if they had some parking available that you could park at for an hour without being charged... not convenient if you want to go back and forth throughout the day and not pay $50 in […] parking fees. Loved it and the whole area!

Generic convention hotel. Clean and comfortable. Small tv--not a flat panel. Chosen for location and price

The king size bed was extremely comfortable.
