great hotel..very comfortable and very clean

Very nice hotel but a car is needed to get to downtown Boston (drive to Alewife station, park for 7-8 USD/day and take the subway), great breakfast at Summer Winter restaurant (10-18 USD), nice pool with hot tub

The room was small, the toilet was in the way- but otherwise it was nice- just too small for two people

The hotel was great except for their thin walls. The hotel paid a lot of attention to the design of their rooms and the rooms are indeed very nice. However, a well decorated room means very little when you are trying to sleep and you can hear your neighbors' every step, sounds of each door slam, and even your neighbor snoring.....while you are wide […] awake! I was also disappointed that we didn't have free access to the Internet from our rooms. That seems to be a basic service in most hotels these days. 더 보기

Nice hotel. Clean. Near Hwy and shopping.

Had a great stay at the marriot. The room was beautiful and staff friendly. Wish I had a chance to dine at the Summer Winter but apparently it closes on Sunday...how inconvenient. Maybe next time....

It was great experience. However, the restaurant did not open on thanksgiving day (maybe normal?) and we were charged for the pay per view even though we just watched TV. We did not watch any movie that asked for extra charge... Anyway, it was very good except that.

A very well maintained property. Quite elegantly appointed. Room Service was Fast, and the food was excellent.

Hotel was over priced. Room was small. Towels small rough and appeared worn. Only reason we stayed there was every hotel within 60 miles sold out due to major power outage. I have stayed at lower tier hotels with better rooms.

With traffic, it took up to an hour to get back from Boston, which I wish I had known before planning a weekend trip. Online, it appears to be less than a half hour, but I don't think we made it in less than 40 minutes, even on the weekend. It's also not close to trains so you basically have to drive if you want to go into Boston (or take the hotel […] shuttle to the mall to catch a bus to the train station to take the train into the city, where you'd likely need a cab to your final destination). Otherwise, the hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed, so if you are not concerned with the city, this is a great place. 더 보기

The hotel is great , service is top-notch - what you would expect from a Marriott. The added bonus of the early morning Starbucks in the lobby was very helpful. We were in Boston on the busiest moving weekend of the year with U-hauls everywhere - filled with students trying to figure out how to navigate the city ... and how to fit a 12 ft. cube van […] through an 11.5 ft. tunnel!! Not the weekend to drive in Boston! There is a hotel shuttle to take you from the hotel to the mall nearby which is great if you want to shop. We wanted to go downtown and misunderstood, thinking the shuttle took you to the T-line. It actually takes you to the bus stop at the mall to get to the Red Line. The added 40 minute bus ride felt a bit long at the end of the day. You need to balance the time with the cost because it is definitely less expensive to stay outside downtown. We did eat in the pub at the hotel one night - the food was fine but I would have preferred a bit more choice. 더 보기

No negative feedback. This hotel was extremely nice. Good on site facilities, clean, friendly staff and 20 minutes from Boston. All in all exactly what I would have wanted. We have a daughter in Boston at college and plan to stay here again.

The hotel itself is very nice and for the most part the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the restaurant was lovely. However, the neighborhood itself isn't all that exciting. We stayed here while visiting Boston and the commute was very long and inconvenient. The hotel was nice, and the service was pretty good, but the double rooms are VERY small. One Major complaint is we ordered a roll-away bed when we booked with them and we got a blow up mattress. when we got there they said the bed would be there, but it wasn't and we had to wait until about 11pm to get anything. But on the upside the food breakfast […] was good, and the check-in was really fast! Despite our making a reservation two weeks in advance, no rollaway bed was available for our party so one of our kids had to sleep on the floor. When I tried to call the front desk to discuss, no one answered the phone for an hour and a half -- from 8:15 - 9:45 p.m., so not what I would think would be a terribly busy period. My sister, niece and I stayed in your hotel and just loved it had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to our family and friends. The staff was very courteous and very acommadating. The rooms were very clean and the decor was simply beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nice quality / price ratio : nice pool / spa, and room was clean and pretty. Pretty silent too. My only gripe is that internet access was paying in the room, while it was free in the lobby (in my case, I used one of the computers available in "business room").

Exelent hotel. Very clean and family oriented. We had a wonderful stay there. Definitly we will come back.

Room was fine (clean and set up was fine),and location worked for us, however, there were many children staying in a few rooms on our floor. In and out of the rooms, slamming doors, running down the hall, etc, until late. Parents did nothing, in fact, they were in and out, also. A/C was not optimal, room was stuffy. Pillows flat and not comfortable. […] We'll think twice before staying here again--maybe we just had bad luck on this night, but it really put a damper on the stay. 더 보기

the area is nice but the hotel is not that good. thier internet policy is from noon to noon so if you purchase the connection at 1130 you only have 30 min before it shuts down. however, there is a nice business center with 3 computers for free. it was packed when we came and the bell man did not help us. i carried seven bags on my own, plus i had to […] wait like 20 minutes to get the bell cart cuz another guest was using it. 더 보기

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great distance from downtown Boston. Will stay again.

I was extremly happy and impressed with this establishement. The grounds were clean, the lobby was elegant and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. The only complaint I have is this; I made a reservation for a non-smoking room with 2 beds. I was one of the first to check into the hotel that day and was told that all the rooms with 2 beds were taken. […] .(The front desk allowed me to check in early) I didnt understand how this could be for two reasons a. I made a reservation. Whats the point of a reservation if you will not uphold the requests. b. Since there were two people not of relation staying in the room we needed two beds. I was told at check in that a "roll away" would be brought to my room immediately. I waited and waited but was forced to leave becuase my party and I had tickets to the Red Sox game that afternoon. Thinking that the bed would be there when we got back that evening we didnt concern ourselves too much. Hey, its a Marriott they are the best around. I guess they are not the best becuase 6 hours later when i returned to the hotel, the roll away bed was neiter in the hallway or the my room. I called the front desk to inquire about the bed and was told that all roll aways had been given out and I was out of luck. "Out of Luck?" Really? I was one of the first to check in and all beds are gone? What happened 6 hours ago when I requested the bed? Much to my dissmay the hotel said they can do nothing to help and I was left to sleep on the floor while my guest with a bad back enjoyed the oversized bed. I hear that it was very comforrtable however with all the trips I make up to Boston and as much as I liked the ambiance of the hotel I refuse to stay with a company who tells me I am out of luck. The hotel is directly off Hwy 95, 10 minutes away from the end of the Red Line to downtown, very nice mall 1 mile away. Buffet breakfast seemed a bit pricey $18.95

The hotel, while in all other respects very good, had issues with noise coming into the room from the corridors. I don't know if my fellow guests were just particularly loud (no matter if at 1pm or 1am) or if the sound proofing between the hallway and the room is deficient but both nights I was awakened at least 3 times by VERY LOUD talking outside […] my room. 더 보기

It was wonderful, that bathroom was a little small, but I would still give it an "A" The staff was very nice, and the room was well designded, making it a pleasure to stay it
