amazing beautiful hotel with incredible service will definately be back

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel with my children while we were in the area looking at universities. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful. I could never get a Wifi signal in my room and when I called I was told that even if I changed rooms that they could not guarentee that the problem would be solved but […] they did offer me free service in the lobby. I had to go sit in the lobby to check my email which was not nice since I was trying to set up appointments and was traveling internationally so did not have data roaming on my phone. This is far and away the best hotel in Santa Barbara, from its location right on the beach, to the beautiful and immaculate grounds and amenities it offers, to the absolutely perfect service! Everyone there treated me like I was the most important guest they'd ever had. I hosted a small birthday dinner for my wife there, and they treated us like a full […] blown wedding reception.. .and for a very reasonable cost. The price tag may be a little higher than other resorts, but dollar for dollar, this was an absolute bargain! 5 stars. If I could give 6, I would. 더 보기

A short version of a long review is simply this - I arrived at the hotel at 6pm and the next 12 hours were simply heaven - from the grounds, to the staff, the bar, foom service, food, to the spa and massage. I could kick myself for not getting there earlier or staying longer. I will be planning another stay in the future

I was in Four Season hotel at Santa Barbara on Dec 2010 and unfortunetly, my experience was terriable because i thought this is five star hote but air condtion was not working proper also, my sink at restroom was plugged in my room, even i was talking with management of the hotel but nothing change, funny thing is, i was in Best Western hotel and the […] room they provide me better convenince than the room which i had in your hotel. A beautiful Spanish style property, formerly the Biltmore Hotel, now run by Four Seasons. Outstanding location, spacious accomodation, helpful professional staff. We wish we had stayed longer!

What a view we had from our room and breakfast patio! The facility met its billing insofar as views, services, menus and holiday decorations are concerned. We missed an early morning complementary cup of coffee (the room cost deserves at least one such comped cup!) and room service didn't arrive until late in the afternoon just as we arrived back from […] an exhausting day shopping State Street which wasn't too pleasing. A truly amazing experience at this large resort hotel. We were given an upgrade without request to their premier executive suite with every luxury provided. Great sevice from all staff and had outstanding bar, leisure and pool facilities. Dining on patio overlooking the Pacific was memorable.

The grounds here are so gorgeous! This is a first rate resort, and I have no hesitation in recommending it highly. We were able to stay here with our 2 pups, and they were quite welcome by all. It's too bad they won't let you dine on the patio with the pups, though...seems sort of silly to exclude them. Additionally, if we are going to pay this much […] for a room, at least provide complementary coffee in the mornings in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and unpretentious. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Ask the front desk for a printout of the history of the hotel. The who's who of Hollywood have stayed here over the years. As you would expect the meals are expensive but fantastic quality so don't short change yourself and […] miss out on at least one meal on their patio by the ocean. My husband and I loved this hotel and evrything it had to offer. We had booked a getaway a few months in advance and about a week before we were to go, our beloved Golden Retriever passed on. We decided to go anyway and the hotel was a good distraction for our sadness. The grounds are beautiful, we were given a room upgrade and had a fantastic experience […] at the Spa. I have been to many spas in my life, but this spa had the most beautiful treatment room I have ever experienced. The spa services were fabulous. We loved the Ty lounge for drinks and atmosphere...the Coral Casino Club was beautiful as well. Anyone hotel employee we interacted with was smiling, happy and helpful, especially the concierge. OUTSTANDING ..

Could not have been nicer -staff were courteous and professional-We took advantage of the Health Spa and Pool. One night we had dinner, the waiter was a bit lazy and not very attentive. Other than that amazing.

This is a first class hotel with great service and if you don't mind dogs in the hotel it's a great place to stay.

The Four Seasons Santa Barbara was an A+ experience. The hotel and surrounding properities were just beautiful. The service was exceptionable. We hope to be able to visit again in the near future.

we arrived on a cold rainy day and we had one of the warmest rooms in the hotel. Fireplace, heated floors in the bathroom, steam shower, rain shower, sunk in tub. At my request, they brought us a tea maker, very soothing. Beautiful grounds, nice people, hotel room was wonderful ... could have been a little quieter, we could hear upstairs footsteps, but not too bad. The staff was fabulous and personable, which does not always happen in high end hotels. Can't say enough about the beauty of the grounds. It was the perfect romantic getaway.

We spent our honeymoon here and returned to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed, we upgraded to the Mariposa suite, the whole experience was amazing. The Biltmore is truly a superior hotel.

What a place. The resort and the property were amazing. Would go back in a minute. In fact we added an extra. Day to our stay after the first night. Perfect place

このホテルは元々別の用途で使われていたのをFour Seasonsが買い取り改装したのか、設備的にはFour Seasonsぽくないという印象を受けた部分がありました。部屋もちょっと物足りなかったです。もちろんFour Seasonsに対する高い期待との比較ですが。 食事はおいしかったですしサービスはGoodです。

Das etwas abgelegene, ausserhalb von Santa Barbara liegende Hotel hat - neben den schönen Gebäuden - durch die "verspielte", phantastische Gartenanlage voll überzeugt. Pool wie auch Wellness- und Fitness-Center sind auf dem neusten Stand - einfach super. Feines Abendessen im schönen Restaurant. Sehr gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer!
