메리어트 휴스턴 노스 앳 그린스포인트 (Houston Marriott North) - 휴스턴

Marriott is an older hotel that has recently been given a face lift. The hotel has nice facilities, including a gym and indoor/outdoor pool. Road construction on the frontage road of Beltway 8 makes the hotel more difficult to access at this time. Room was nice and clean although bathroom was small.

The room and overall hotel was far better than I expected. The room was extremely comfortable and even though I forgot that I had left the "do not disturb" notice on the door all day, the cleaning staff left a bag with clean towels and additional toiletries on the door knob. I was very satisfied and would gladly stay again.

Everything was good, especially the morning staff that runs the breakfast buffet, one hispanic lady specifically is truly a delight, loves her job and was exceptional, the morning staff is very nice. Bartender in the evening a gentleman looked unhappy and the waitresses and staff were not as friendly. The prices for water and cokes were outrageous I […] think 2.50 for a can of sprite and 3.00 for water didn't dare ask what M&M's would be, bring your own stuff like that. Guests flyin in from overseas arrive in the middle of the night and had TVs blaring at 3:30 AM on both sides of my room. I had to call the front desk. They gave me a new room.. it had one room with the TV blaring. I gave up. I should have expecte it, being so close to the airport.

Loved it and couldn't believe the price for a 4 star hotel. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub

Although I did not get the requested room of one King bed, the hotel itself was what I expected - maintenance, cleanliness, free parking, and close distance to airport. However, the entrance to the hotel is not clear to find in the evening/ night, so I had to drive far around to find the correct entrance. I believe the hotel should make a clear/ lighted […] sign to show where to take a right turn to enter the parking lot. Next early morning, I gave my friend a ride to IAH airport and came back to sleep more before leaving back to College Station. However, I could not have a sound sleep because of some hammering/ nailing noises that continued for couple hours... I wish they started the working After check-out time. 더 보기

We were very happy with this hotel. It was clean and well-appointed and the staff was very attentive. One staff member pointed out that there was a computer available beside the front desk so that guests could print out their airline boarding passes -- a real plus as we thought we would have to check in at the airport. The hotel is located in an area that has a high crime rate, therefore dangerous to be out after dark. All the rooms have extra metal strips affixed to the door to prevent someone from trying to jimmy or pry the doors open. Was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly, helpful staff.

The service was friendly and very good. All of the employees were polite and helpful, always with a smile. The building however, is at least 20 years old and the design and style shows it. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were small. The rates for the rooms were a bit on the expensive side for what you get not to mention the extra charges for […] WiFi in the rooms that was not very fast at all. Overall, wonderful service and obviously great management. The facilities could use some updating to warrant the price I paid. 더 보기

The only complaint I have was that there was someone's empty drinking water bottle by the bed but that hardly spoiled anything. Great hotel and ideally located for the airport, the immigration service and the freeways.
