There was blood on the pillow, another substance on the bed sheet, the shower had mold/mildew on the walls, the metal doorframe in the bathroom was rusted, the wallpaper in the bathroom was gross with pieces missing and other pieces of wallpaper STAPLED onto the wall to replace other pieces. Everything needs updating (rooms, carpet, ice machines, soundproofing, […] elevators). My window faced the freeway and it was very loud. The shower knob label for hot/cold had been wiped off so we could not figure out how to get hot water. They sent up the security guard to fix it. 더 보기

Lety at the front desk was the best!

The hotel was easy to find and right off the freeway. It's an older hotel but very quaint. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn't really stay much at the hotel so it was good for the price.

Everything I needed to do what I needed. I had to leave before I could try the breakfast each morning for meetings but the service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic. The TV was small, but I wasn't there to watch TV anyway. Right off the freeway but on the far side of the hotel and couldn't hear any traffic. Was a little worried when we came up to the hotel because it was right off the freeway and it seemed a little older. But when we got inside the room was clean and I did not notice any traffic noise. There is a shopping mall and resturants nearby. The pool was warm.

The staff is tiny but friendly. The vents are tied to the smoking rooms, so your NS will smell like stale cigs. The airconditioner/heater is a joke (it as two settings, basically, kinda cool and kinda warm). The room was clean and had a huge window. TV picture was awful. The shower was either boiling or freezing and I swear I felt it everytime someone […] flushed a toilet on my floor. Beds are lumpy but passable. i went for a funeral so i wasn't looking for all the extras,but to my surprise from the start the price was great the people were polite security we felt safe,perfect spot for us made it easy to travel,when i do go on vacation the ramada will be the first place i will call thank for making it easier for us.

I only had three minor complaints: 1) we registered 4 adults and had to ask each day for additional towels. Wish they had taken care to make sure there were enough for each adult/each day of our stay. They did give us more upon request. 2) Breakfast was wonderful, expect for the Styrofoam bowls which melted in the microwave. 3) Hotel.com did not […] tell me there would be a deposit on a microwave in the room. 4) The hot tub was cold. we were very satisfied with the overall quality. the room was very clean and spacious. this hotel is a very good value and only about 10 miles from the zoo / balboa park.

The female check in clerk did not look too happy to be there 12/24. The male check out clerk on 12/25 was very pleasant.

Our stay at the Ramada, was a pleasant one, as everything was working perfectly well, the reception, elevator, staff members and over all surrounding was decent, siren and conducive. I recommend others to give it a short.

Very professional service. Outstanding crew, spencial mention to the front desk clerk named JR. He was very professional with amiacable personality, assisted us in our needs when there was no maid service available on the 25th of December. Outstanding service!

I arrived quite late, the front desk lady was very nice and although she wasn't from that area, she was able to guide me where my next day event was. The check in was fast. The room was old, the comforter had holes, the decoration in all was from the 80s and therefore not very fun, but it was clean. The Ramada Inn San Diego South location fit the bill for our purpose. We drove in from Los Angeles the night before to preposition ourselves to cross the Mexican border for a very early flight out of the Tijuana Airport. The location provided a walking distance to a choice of three restaurants, a Mexico Insurance office, and easy freeway access for […] a straight shot across the border with about a 15 minute or less drive without downtown congestion or I5 traffic. I had higher expectations for a Ramada

I have stayed here before and have been very satisfied with the service. They are always expedient and friendly. The only change I would want is the Check In time to be sooner. The room was clean and just what we needed within our budget. I will be staying here again in the future.

It was a great room for the price I paid, total value for money,. They even offer a very good free continental breakfast. The staff in the evening was very friendly and helpful.

Not be able to have the right temp.of water in the shower. Seem likes it is broken. Cannot bring any breakfast out of the room. Why not? If a customer wants to have a breakfast while working in the room. What are they going to do with the rest or left over? The employees will bring home, won't they?

I will list several reasons why I would not recommend the hotel 1) lied during the reservation process 2) Strong odor of cigarettes in the hotel 3) Water stains on the ceiling and walls 4) Unfriendly staff 5) Spa broken and I was uninformed 6) They police the continental breakfast 7) Black stains around the air ducts Bottom line....they take your money […] and then let you deal with the situation. 더 보기

Hotel beds very uncomfortable. Air conditioning did not work properly. They offered continental breakfast but when I tried to take food up to family they wouldn't let me out the door. I paid for a room its not like I was taking all the food it was three servings. Would not recommend it and definately would not stay there again.

The room key system in antiquated. My husband was unable to get a key when I was out shopping. They had to have my key in order to provide him a key. Why arent you using the upd\-to-date card system for room keys where you can issue as many keys as the guests need. When we came back to our room the blankets and bedspreads on the beds were wet. We did […] not notice until late that night and were to tired to complain. We also could only get 2 extra towels when we needed 4. Apparently the hotel did not have enough towels for all their guests. This was a horrible experience and I will not stay with Ramada hotels again. 더 보기

Great location.

Their a little stingy with the towels and had a bit of a communication issue with some of the staff, but overall not a bad experience as far as hotels go. Was there for Comicon and cost of hotels during that span is higher than I normally like to pay, but it definitely beat downtown.

Ramada - Good Hotel. Need to rent the microwave and fridge which was all rented out when I went. Clean - Does the job for Sea World and San Diego Zoo. Ok for kids vacation nothing spectacular but again does the job for a GREAT PRICE!

My family, a family friend and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and we found it rather comfortable. The rooms are a little small but not too tiny...and the other room's bathroom was smaller than ours so that was weird. I am contacting Ramada Inn Corporate as the front desk staff needs a lesson in customer service. No where on the reservation or on the site is check - in at 4pm. We had to be at a meeting at 4 and needed to change and a shower would have been nice. We got there at 3 and because of the computer we were told that there were no rooms until 4. There were […] 4 other groups there trying to check in. The desk was rude and pointed to their sign on the counter. We had also booked and paid for a non smoking room which was not what we had been assigned. When we got back from our meeting and got to the room it smelled of old smoke and room spray. Uncool. We saved a ton of money and the hotel was much better than we expected. We were mostly planning on just sleeping at this hotel so we didn't want to spend a lot of money. I was very surprised at the cleanliness, hotel staff, amenities, breakfast etc. The hotel was very clean, the hotel staff was super nice, the even got us a microwave and fridge for […] our room upon request. Usually I don't sleep well at hotels, but for whatever reason, my whole family slept well. The beds were very comfortable and in good condition. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no noise from the hallways. We were right above the pool area so there was some noise but not enough to keep us from falling alseep and it was done by 10pm'ish. I am a huge breakfast person so I was super excited about their continental breakfast - it was definitely more than I expected. There were hot sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwiches, cereals, 2 kinds of milks, breads, pasteries, juices, oatmeal, toast, yogurts, and coffee. All 4 of us in my family enjoyed it. Hotel staff not very friendly or helpful, breakfast limited options, water temp hard to adjust either hot or cold. Probably wouldn't chose, but it was closest to where we needed to be at reasonable price.

Hotel could use some freshening up. It was very quiet and overall was a good stay.

I don't think I can recommend this hotel. One big issue my wife had was that there was black mold all over the shower tiles and grout. I tried scrubbing some off with a wash cloth, but was not successful. The bathroom sink did not drain well at all and really needed to be cleaned out. Not good for a family of 5. Hotel is not clean, I was not able to sleep because of smell that is coming from bed. Intener was very very very very very slow........

Front desk staff not friendly, air conditioning not working properly--room never got cold despite putting on maximum cold, shower head water was cold even though warm water was felt before lifting shower handle--my kids said water was too cold. Had to run water over 2 minutes (what a waste of water considering they want to conserve water), didn't like […] smell of room, wasn't informed of complimentary breakfast, no Ramada Hotel book to inform hotel guests of what they or community have to offer. The Hotel met our needs for our vacation. The continental breakfast lacked a protein, which is a problem for a diabetic. Average room for the price.
