Everything at the hotel was excellent, check-in was easy and rooms were clean, rather large and ready for our arrival. The deskclerk was polite and very informative. We could not locate a place to eat within walking distance and didn't know where to go by taxi at 11:00 p.m. A map of the area or a fast-food listing would have been very helpful. Staff was friendly, but rooms need renovation and surronding area is pretty rough. If staying there try to get room facing pool. I stayed in room on backside of hotel and afternoon sun shines directly into window.

Great price and the room was very clean. The towels were clean and very soft and absorbant. Bed was excellent and I couldn't be more pleased. Will definately book here if I travel to Yuma for business again.

I was just traveling through, needed a place for the night. There are many hotels right along I-8, but this one is several miles off, adding valuable time to my trip. I've stayed in a Howard Johnson once before in TX, and swore I never would again. Based on the ratings on hotels.com, this one seemed decent for the price. I was wrong. The room was so […] dirty and run down. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and I woke up several times as a result (and I'm an easier sleeper!). They do have free breakfast, but it's about the same as anywhere these days. Wifi internet was slow and I ended up just using my cell phone data. Advertises breakfast, when it is continental. Faucet leaks. Shower trickles & pours out the bathwater. Advertises hors d'orves Hors d' orves one of 2 nights with no beverages at all either night. Bed uncomfortable. Employees very friendly. K & J

This hotel is ok is you are on a low budget. Although smoking is no longer allowed the rooms still smell of old cigarettes. It is an older hotel...not many people staying when I was there. Ok location, room was ok, pretty clean...worth the price I paid but I probably wont stay there again. Hotel staff member was very nice and courteous.

Was close to MCAS Yuma and was extremely reasonably priced for a spacious and comfortable room that was a little weary with age. would stay here again.

Very dirty, very noisy, lots of traffic nearby, almost deserted with very few people staying there, dead & alive bugs in room. Not worth the money paid. Would never stay there again. Should be closed down.

The Inn exceeded my expectations. It provided everything that I needed better than I hoped it would.

The Howard Johnson in Yuma,Arizona was perfect for my mini vacation. I will be back next year.

First off room was disturbing. Not too bad to where I would walk right out, but to the point I would not stay again. Room odor....dry and stale Bathroom...Where to start? Well first off how bout a nice big cockroach that is also ready to shower. How about getting in and realizing that someone just took a shower and left their hair still on the wall […] of the shower. This hotel is cheep for a reason.. I wasn't sure what the reviews saying "could use updating" meant... Now I do! The hotel is in the middle of a rundown neighborhood that was at the least unnerving.. However it was cheep, super close to where I was doing business, and walking distance from the best resturaunt in Yuma "natures express" but that being […] said I'm still not sure if the $40 bucks I saved by staying here was worth it.. Overall everything was nice with one exception our mattress was too hard my wife awoke with a sore back

The hotel is on the main drag in Yuma, and I knew this when I booked the hotel so a little traffic noise was expected. However this doesn't bother me, along with an occasional emergency vehicle passing traffic noise wasn't very notable. Old part of town run down. Staff was friendly and helpful though. The room itself was well cleaned and maintained. We would stay here again. Do not let the outside appearance detour you away from a good nights rest.

Arrived early and was able to check in early! Room was clean and very acceptable for the price. Slept just fine and breakfast in the morning was great. We were then on our way to our next stop.

This is not a high class hotel, but is livable. The personell are pleasant and helpful. They need to learn to cleanup messes and junk so the facility does not appear to be a dump. The shower was the the best flowing that I have ever seen in a motel. The free breakfast was nice. I would recommend asking fro a room away from the 2 outside roads.

Hotel was old and dirty. My room was not even cleaned after the 1st nights stay. When I called the front desk to at least ask for clean towels they said that they would bring them but no one ever came with the towels. I had to get towels myself. Room was noisy due to traffic and television and wi fi reception was horrible. Howard Johnsons needs to review […] this property and re think thier affilliation. I booked this hotel online with a non refundable rate or I would have checked out after the 1st night. I was trying to save some money on my stay but made a mistake with this one. Convenient to shops, Starbucks and groceries across the road. No noise between rooms. Good internet. Really clean room and good breakfast. Bed okay, pillows awful.

This is an older motel which could use some updating, but overall it was well worth the price. We arrived too late for the hospitality get together, but even missing the free drinks and snacks the experience was pleasant. This location is convenient to those going to Algedones for a doctor or dentist visit.

We stayed here because the price was lower than others in the area. The room was clean, although the bed was not very comfortable. The hotel is located away from everything. In the future I would pay more to stay near the mall, restaurants etc. Very dark. We were given a room on the back side because the woman at reception said the hotel was nearly […] full...but in the a.m., there were still only a few rooms there. It would be a good place if you were driving long and simply needed a place to crash for the night. 더 보기

Very nice motel for the money. Very nice staff.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in town. It has a surprisingly good breakfast and friendly staff. Nice pool area, too. For what you pay, it's a good option.
