Staff was super friendly, all spoke english (for out-of-europe persons) rooms were clean, and beds were super comfortable. The bar is a little expensive but after our long drive it was well worth it. Beware of parking lot elevators, there are two sets, and the obvious one is not the one that leads to the hotel. Go to the hotel first (out the main entrance […] of the parking garage) and take their elevator from the inside down and you will be able to get your luggage up much easier. And on that note use the parking garage just to the right of the main entrance of the hotel and the parking lot for the Mercure is the last level on the bottom. 더 보기

Great location, lovely staff, nice rooms

Good location, close to metro, shopping, and grocery stores/restaurants. the fitness center needs an upgrade as the machines are old and broken.

Stayed at hotel for business visit, location was convenient. Could walk to centre of town. Room was spacious and could make own coffee. Bathrooms although clean need some renovation. One negative aspect is that WiFi is not free.

Great hotel and amazing breakfast buffet!

Close to all brand name shops in Louise / Stephanie. Hotel room is comfortable and good size. Breakfast is average but has enough choices. Wireless Internet at lounge is free. Handy to Tram 92 and 94 to most places for the cost of 4.50 Euro for a day pass. Need to ask people where to get the ticket though. Enjoy our stay.

Having got over the atrocious reception booking in experience, we returned to the hotel about 9pm on a Friday evening to find ourselves the only customers in the hotel lounge bar! We quickly found out why when the bill for four drinks was asked for! hotel was a conveniently located, we could tour most of Brussels downtown without taking a cab or metro

When we booked this hotel a few months ago, we booked the holiday inn Brussels centre, but were not told that the hotel had changed its name to Mercure, so there was a bit of confusion when we first arrived. But after we established we were at the right hotel we were fine. The hotel had part of an underground car park, which was good, costing 10 euros […] a day, although the car park was a little confusing. We had two rooms booked, and were pleased when we were given 2 rooms next to each other. Each room had 2 double beds in, so this made our stay extremely comfortable. The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom, so we had no complaints. Location was good, near to a tram stop which took you to the centre. You could also walk to the centre, but this was quite a way, and walking back was uphill. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 더 보기

Well I was "iffy" going with this hotel as I depend on the reviews, but it was a typical Holiday Inn. The rooms were average and we had only one problem with a TV remote and they came to the room right away and fixed it. The restaurant in the lobby isn't too bad, but the breakfast is pretty good. There isn't too much near the hotel but a short walk will get you to some side streets with many restaurants on them. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk or so from the metro. Parking is next to the hotel, but is public parking as well. There are designated slots for the hotel away from the public parking. The kasse to pay the ticket is in a weird spot. The hotel overall was clean and smelled clean. The staff was friendly and everyone spoke english really well. They even gave us a map and metro map to start us off. 더 보기

The quality you would expect from a Holiday Inn and a fairly good location as long as you take the metro, otherwise its a half an hour walk to the center. May be able to find something closer for the same price but nice nonetheless!

Nice and clean room. Comparable to american size hotel room. Large bath/ shower. All modern amenities. Only drawback was no complimentary parking. Parking garage attached to hotel, charging around $18 for 24 hours. Other than that, 4 stars in my book.

hotel bello, rapport qualitaà/prezzo molto elevato. unica pecca il lavandino che non scarica e ci sono volute 3 richieste per farlo mettere a posto.. ma alla fine è andato tutto bene. belle camere, bel posto.. da raccomandare

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist auch sonst recht komfortabel ausgestattet. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank für kleinere Mengen an nahrungsmitteln und ein Wasserkocher mit bereitgestelltem Tee. Auch ein Fernseher ist im Zimmer verfügbar mit zahlreichen ausländischen Sendern. Großes Manko war das Bad, dessen Armaturen in der […] Badewanne sehr rostig waren und dessen Fugen teilwese nicht mehr schön aussahen. Für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel sollte man in dem Punkt mehr bieten. Praktisch hingegen war, dass ein City-Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel befand und man so nciht unnötig suchen musste. Mit knapp 14 Euro pro Tag war dieses auch erschwinglich. 더 보기

Presque rien à reprocher. cet hotel doit se trouver non loin d'un commissariat , vu le nombre de sirènes que nous avons entendues à partir de 3h du matin dans la rue ! (chambre côté rue au deuxième étage) Literie impeccable. Bra läge på en relativt lugn gata med inte så mycket trafik, nära Avenue Louise. Spårvagnar skramlar förbi utanför då och då, men för att vara i en storstad är det inte mycket ljud som stör. bonjour, quel dommage pour l'image de cette hotel du groupe accord, car l'emplacement et central, qualité de l'acceuil néant, probléme de bruit chambre cotés rue avec un enfant de 3 ans on été face d'un bar de la rue qui ces emflamé jusqu'a 5 heures du matin,chambre 321 on n'a pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit, avec bien du mal j'ai réussie à changer de chambre, […] heureusement la manager de l'hotel a été trés professionnel et à l'écoute. 더 보기

The hotel is very good, however, there is no internet inside the rooms.

quartiere ottimo e tranquillo. con il tram 92 da avenue louise in 5.6 min si arriva alla grand place. la metro e' subito oltre la fermata del tram.in 5 fermate con cambio si arriva alla chiesa della magdaleine e subito a sinistra alla grand place. non concordo con chi pensa a bruxelles come ad una sufficienza. vale veramente la pena. centro affollato […] alla sera, gente cordiale e molto gentile. tanti ristorantini greci e turchi,birrerie con cantante alla chitarra e accompagnato da percussionista (all'angolo sulla sinistra con grand place arrivando dalla fermata della metro) very beauty! prezzi della birra e frites nella norma. andando verso la cattedrale, magnifica, di san michele un localino sulla sinistra prima del semaforo che fa delle gauffres deliziose con frutta e panna. solo 4 euro ma take away. il prezzo sale se vi sedete ai tavoli esterno locale. il Mercure lo consiglio e ci tornero', le receptioniste con cui ho parlato sono state estremamente gentili e precise.la stanza era come descritta in foto, il bollitore in stanza e' pratico per colazioni e tisane serali.. 더 보기

hotel bien placé, grandes chambres et literie ok mais on est très loin du standing attendu pour un 4*, l'hotel est vieillot, les salles de bains anciennes lors de notre séjour la climatisation dans la chambre était à fond, impossible de changer de réglage ( tout changement de réglage n'impliquait aucun changement de température)

o ar condicionado e aquecedor nao funcionam bem para um hotel tao caro, passamos frio. banheiro ruim e chuveiro ruim. recepcao nao sabia dar informacoes e nao tem frigobar no quarto.

Sijainti ja aamupala olivat hyviä. Huone ei vastannut kuvaa, vaan oli vanhempi ja huonompi. Pyyhkeitä ei ollut kaikille, hiustenkuivain ei toiminut, viemäri ei vetänyt, sängyn jouset kuluneet ja paukkuivat, liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseen, avainkortin toiminnassa ongelmia. Første inntrykket vsr helt greit, men når vi kom opp på rommet ble vi veldig fornøyde. Hadde bestilt rom med 2 dobbelt senger. Vi fikk et rom med 2 rom, stor gang og greit bad. Det var ikke innkludert frokost og den var dyr. Men dat var et veldig v\bra utvalg og når vi skulle gjøre opp trengte vi ikke betale for den. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.
