the employees are Wonderful. The setting is lovely and the hotel is kept very clean.

I spent the night to celebrate my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful weekend. The food was superb and the breakfast buffet included a waffle and omelet bar.

The rooms are too small, old and smelly. My child cut her foot on a nail coming out of the carpet. Manager not concerned no return call. Staff not helpful.

Nice hotel, but the musty smell in the room was awful and made it hard to sleep and enjoy.

I was most impressed with the staff. We forgot our I-Pad in the room. When we called about it. They put us in touch with Guest services. The guest services manager went to our room and found it. He then put it in the hotel safe for us to pick it up the next morning. Thank you Marriott Staff!

Great night sleep, room service was prompt and good, pool was great, hot tub huge.

My family and I will definitely be back. Great service, clean rooms, nice views. Even though it's on the north end of town and most of the activities we did were on the south, Colorado Springs was small enough that we managed to get everywhere pretty quickly and conveniently from this location. The room service was also good!

Well, maintenance staff responded promptly and fixed the TV, and the shower control - no hot water for the morning shower. Room service menu was limited, food was marginal. The hotel is rated on the website as better than marginal. On the bright side, the staff were absolutely wonderful - all of them.

Very nice stay here....I love Marriott beds and pillows and the view of Pikes Peak was a pleasure to wake up to! Great stay....even has a Starbuck's!

Great hotel and will stay again. The only negative was the dining room for breakfast. It was understaffed with an overworked hostess that could not find the time to seat you,and their menu was over priced. Call me frugal,but $3.95 for a standard cup of coffee in Colorado springs was too much!. The hotel was basic, good clean, ordinary and nothing special. The restaurant was average to mediocre, with marginal service. Unfortunately, this hotel is located some distance from both the town and the AFA. In summary the hotel was not good, but not horrible. Hence, the value all depends on the price one can negotiate.

Overall our stay was an enjoyable one. The staff was excellent and the rooms well kept. My only negative was no refrig. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

In today's market, charging $10 to access WiFi in the lobby is outrageous, as is the high charge in the room. The dining room staff was poorly dressed and the wait staff did not clear a neighboring table during our entire dinner. We stared at the earlier diner's unfinished meal for quite some time. We were very pleased about our stay at the CO Springs Marriot. The rooms were spacious and very clean, comfortable and new. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool area. My grandchildren loved swimming. We had an adjoining room with my daughter and her family and it was perfect. Would definately stay there again!

The hotel was very convenient for my travel needs and was very clean and well maintained. The views from the hotel are great and my room was perfect.

The hotel was nice and clean. Just a few things really bothered us. There was noisy family next door, not the hotel's fault but ask for a room with no one staying next to you if you can. The pillows are REALLY uncomfortable. And this hotel doesn't come with a free breakfast like some other hotels in the Marriott chain. For the price - the breakfast […] was really not worth it, just go somewhere else. We also had the Starbucks there, you minus well just drink water because it certainly didn't taste like coffee. Staff friendly and very accommodating as we requested a late checkout; very much appreciated with two small kids and a long day ahead. Hotel is in nice, quiet location (business park). Lobby is nice, and restaurant in the hotel was very handy. Staff at restaurant was great - gave each of my two small kids a chocolate milk and an orange to go (for free), […] after we enjoyed their breakfast buffett. Great one day stay. Staff was great; condition of hotel was excellent. Very enjoyable time. Arrived very late and staff was accommodating in letting us have a late check-out so we could enjoy the amenities of the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel would have been adequate had two of the three elevators not been broken in the morning prior to check-out, causing waits in excess of 30 minutes to get downstairs. The hotel staff acted indifferent to the problem and didn't offer any help to folks who were waiting to get their luggage and families out of the building other than "you're welcome […] to take the stairs." From the 5th floor, with luggage? I don't think so. We were also treated to a broken ice machine on our floor and a clogged shower drain. 더 보기

Overall the hotel is very nice with great views. I was not told when we booked our reservation that we would not be able to use the outdoor pool until after 7:00 pm because of a wedding & the kids were really looking forward to jumping in the outdoor pool after a hot day of sight seeing. After 7:00 was too windy and cold. Only 1 out of 3 elevators worked […] and there were long long waits to get up & down from our 8th floor room & too many people crowing in the one elevator. The supposed double beds in our room were so small that neither my husband or I slept well. Had we not had the granddaughters and each of us slept in a separate bed we would have been okay but they new there would be 4 of us when we booked. This was a high quality, and we enjoyed our stay. However, you have to pay $10 a night to use the internet. This is unacceptable in an age where hotels that are dumps offer free internet.

The bed was so plush and comfortable; the area was quiet and convenient; service was excellent; they have a Starbucks in the hotel (which is the only coffee I drink); pool was a bit smaller than I expected, but still nice; room was clean and comfortable. Overall this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the Marriott in Colorado Springs over Memorial Day Weekend. The hotel was very accommodating and gave my sister-in-law and I adjoining rooms when we called and requested and allowed us to check in early. The hotel was clean and our rooms were nice. The indoor pool was nice and seemed very clean. The only negative is that upon check-in I […] asked the front desk to look up my Marriott Rewards number and they told me I had to do it myself. I have stayed at Marriott's several times this year and the front-desk has always been willing to do this for me. That is definitely not a deal breaker, I would go back to this hotel again especially if they have prices like the ones we had. 더 보기

The staff was super friendly and happy and upbeat! We were at the hotel for my fiance's 10 year High School Reunion, so it was convenient to stay there that night. The staff was wonderful. The front desk people were very friendly, and the banquet staff at the reunion were even better. They made sure everyone was having a good time and were really fun […] and happy. The only drawback was that it was pretty much impossible to get food after midnight. The pizza places were all closed, as well as room service and the restaurant downstairs as far as we knew. Everything else was amazing! The breakfast at the restaurant was incredible! They had a breakfast buffet with made to order omlets and waffles as well as all kinds of things like scrambled eggs, potatoes, pork green chili, fresh fruit, etc... Other than the fact that when I layed on the bed and the mattress smelled like a sweaty person left their scent lingering, the room was spotless and very comfortable. To be realistic, I'm sure its very hard for housekeeping to catch every minute detail in the rooms they clean. The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly, and the mountain views surrounding […] the hotel were beautiful! The fitness center had machines that looked new but some of them definitely needed some maintenance. One of the treadmills kept doing this skipping motion while I was jogging on it, and then the eliptical kept making this pop-pop-pop noise and the only way I could ignore it was by blasting my headphones. However, it sure beat having to jog outside in the snow! Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and stay her again as the good certainly outweighed the bad. 더 보기

My husband and I stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and they were absolutely wonderful. Gave us an upgrade on our room and it was beautiful, great views of Colorado Springs. Will stay here over and over again!!!

Using Hotels.com I was able to make my reservation (non-refundable) at about half the price of what the hotel would have charged me. I called the hotel to confirm the reservation, but they couldn't find me. When I got there to check in, they found me right away and I didn't have to pay a dime. Everything worked out just fine.

Great location, easy access to major roads, quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. Enjoyed the weekend stay.

This was my first stay at this hotel. It was very nice and got a great rate through hotels.com. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Quite rural to charge $10/day for Wifi, other than that we hade an absolutely great stay.

Customer service was excellent and hotel is beautiful! Hotel is in the "business district" area but definitely worth the money. Will stay again!
