This is a standard, low budget hotel. The front desk attendants were very nice and accomodating. The room itself was clean and the complimentary fridge and microwave were great. However, the bed itself was very uncomfortable (too hard; itchy sheets). Also, the room was poorly insulated from sound -- you could hear other doors closing, tvs from neighboring […] rooms, and everyone's footsteps up and down the hallway. Manager was very friendly and helpful even though she had a lobby full of people and a bus checking in. Kids loved the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the hot additions to the breakfast buffet. Thank you.

Hotel is older but was good for a family stay, especially if you are mostly out and about around town. We felt safe and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES WERE GOOD & HELPFULL, THE SECOND & THIRD FLOORS SMELLED LIKE AN OLD ASH TRAY, NOT GOOD!NOT THE EASIEST PLACE TO GET TO. BUT FOR PRICE NOT BAD.

It was convenient off the freeway. It was quiet and clean. They had good breakfast items. Nice place. I'd stay there again.

A little dated but great place to save a buck!

Was not pleased with this hotel at all. Couldn't wait to check out. The hotel smelled badly from the entrance to the room, with the room being the worst. It smelled like an old, musty, mildewed basement. I even changed rooms and the second one was the same. The bathroom had mildew in it. The beds are probably 50 years old. No accessible plugs for electronic […] charging. The only pluses were free Internet the staff was nice. This place needs a some upkeep and remodeling big time. 더 보기

I have stayed in many hotels over the years and I must say this one is at the top of my list. Having a Shuttle to transport us to the airport was super and having complimentary parking while gone on our trip was really top of the list. The personel we had a chance to meet were very nice and helpful. The lady at the desk(cannot rember her name) was so […] helpuful. Convenient to many things, easy access to interstate, resonable priced, and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Spent two days in St Louis and was very pleased with this hotel. It is in good location, was very comfortable, & very affordable. I would definitely stay there again.

We liked the hotel, it was nice for the price, we would have liked to be upstairs at least another floor up, but it didn't happen. We could only get into the hotel by way of the main door, when we parked on the side. For the price, this hotel was awesome.

Well, this hotel was ok. It is definitely a older hotel as you look at the aesthetics of the hotel. I stayed there for a week while visiting our corporate office and it was conveniently located though because of the road construction it wasn't as easy to get to. One thing I though was a nice bonus is that there is a shuttle that does airport pick up […] and drop off and also will take you to locations within 2miles of the hotel. I just wish they would upgrade there rooms. One of the main things that I didn't like was almost every day when I returned to the hotel in the evenings there was an awful stench in the hallways...This is a pet friendly hotel and I really think that the dogs (because there were plenty during my stay) played a part in that. 더 보기

In well over 100 nights with Hotels.com, this is the first hotel I have not recommended. And it's not all their fault. The street on which the hotel is located was being repaved, necessitating a 1 mile, well- marked detour. Beyond their control -- but still a nuisance. The very nice check-in clerk told me, "The elevators are right over there." But […] the elevators were temporarily out of order! Hadn't she been told? (They were back on an hour later -- but then again out of order three days later when I left.) Perhaps my biggest complaint is that there was no desk in my room, and no outlet where I could conveniently plug in my laptop and work in the room. I ended up sitting it on the bed and using that as my desk. I also received a room which had obviously been smoked in. The good side? One of the nicest showers I've ever experienced in a hotel -- although obviously meant for short people. There were several youth baseball teams staying at the hotel at the same time, and they had them appropriately segregated so noise was no problem. In fact, it was nice to see the young people and their chaperones interacting (& to interact with them on several occasions). I'm an "easy" evaluator, and this hotel had me going back and forth about whether I would recommend. It could be that most rooms have desks in them, and that when the repaving of Lackland Avenue is finished, this hotel would be a gem. But if I were going back to the area next week, I would schedule elsewhere. 더 보기

room was nice, clean, and well worth price. attendant was great at desk. location was perfect.

road closure made it almost impossible to get to. bathtub was dirty. hallways & elevator were suffocating hot!

Comfortable rooms

The only reason we did not rate this hotel all 5's was that it does lack a frig and microwave in the room. It was very quiet even though we were on the first floor near the lobby. We were even more surprised that we did not hear a large group of teenage boys who were playing hide and sek in the hotel one evening when we returned. Continental breakfast […] was good. The staff was nice and friendly. Will stay there again when we are in the St Louis area even though getting back on the main interstate was a little akward. 더 보기

When I checked in all I wanted to do is take a showe. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. I had to wait until the A.M. The elevator had problems and there was a musty smell in the 3rd floor hall and in my room. The bed had to be ancient, it slopped to the middle and had more lumps than I could count.

We were thrilled to be able to book on such short notice when we decided to celebrate our anniversary in St. Louis! The business suite turned out to be one room, but did have a large desk, a fridge, a microwave, comfortable chairs, and very comfortable beds. 'm old, so I was new to free WiFi and had to ask for help. The help was easy to understand, […] and the helper was very kind. I think what impressed me most was how sweet the lady at the desk was when I asked for help with some toiletries I'd forgotten to pack! 더 보기

The hotel was older but clean. Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was a great convenience,

Price was fine. Place was fine. One exception was that we did not have a full-sized chair in the room; just two table chairs. There was space for it, and we asked, but "none was available." Room was very quiet.

THE BAR WASN'T OPEN EXCEPT FOR PRIVATE PARTIES

The rooms needed updated and the shower head was for very small people. The breakfast wasn't much of a breakfast really didn't have anything.

Fan in bathroom was not working.

The only bad thing about the hotel was the halls & elevators were hot, otherwise would recommend it & stay there again.

It was fine except for a barking dog.....also the beds were full not double queen. Breakfast was ok nothing special.

For the price we paid for the hotel, checking in on a Wednesday and out on Sunday, I have no complaints, more of just an FYI. The beds are extremely firm. I like a firm mattress, but this one was like sleeping on a rock. Of the 3 mornings that we were there, housekeeping only came in 1 day. My only suggestion is that if you want fresh towels, coffee, […] the garbage taken out etc, that you HAVE to call to front desk to make sure that someone comes up to your room. I do have to say that complimentary breakfast was a huge plus. It wasn't a full breakfast buffet, but they had bagels, muffins, fruit, make your own waffles. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were no vending or ice machines anywhere except in the hotel restaurant. There were no refridgerators in the hotel rooms either which made it even more difficult to have anything to drink in your room. We stayed for 3 nights and on the 2nd and 3rd night my cardkey didn't work at all and had to be reprogramed.... we […] were on the 4th floor at the end of a mile long hallway so going back to the front desk to be able to get into my room was somewhat frustrating especially when it happened the 2nd day in a row! 더 보기

Excellent hotel for the price. When we travel, the only time we spend in a hotel is for sleeping so I judge hotels on mainly just two criteria: is it quiet at night and is the bed comfortable (not too soft). I do also expect the staff to be friendly and everything to be clean. This hotel was very quiet all night and the bed was great. The staff was […] nice and everything was clean. overall a good place to stay, would be nice if sink/counter was separate from the shower/bathroom, also would be nice to have a small fridge &/or microwave. The pool was nice. The continental breatkfast was good.

This was a great place for the money. Front desk help was very helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Westport area has lots to do. It was a little bit of a drive to Busch Stadium, but with the great deal we got and the nice hotel, I'd definitely do it again.
