Easy off I-40 and near I-25. Just stayed for the night. Bed was a lil springy but we slept fine. Area looks a lil shady but we found a parking spot right in front of hotel. Free Breakfast was a heat n serve egg and sausage... No thanks.. But got some yogurt and juice and fruit and pastries that were fine. Nothing homemade though. Perfect for an overnight stay on my trip across country.

This hotel is conviently located right off of the highway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an issue that had us checking in at 1am but they didn't cancel our reservation and gave us directions over the phone. This hotel was very disappointing. Our TV quit the second day and they tried to move us into a smoking room. They then moved us into a room in which the original bed had apparently been a king, but they had not changed the frame when they changed the mattress, so the frame stuck out underneath the bed skirt and I laid open my heel on it. After checking in very late on an extremely hot Albuquerque night, I discovered that the air conditioning stopped working or had never really been working at all. The room was hot and stuffy when I checked in and never would cool down. The hallways and lobby were the same. About 1:00AM I could stand it no longer and tried to call the front desk. The […] phone didn't work. I went down to the front desk and they found me another room to move to. It too was hot and stuffy, but finally cooled down after about 20 minutes of air conditioning. What a miserable night. Price wise it seemed like it would be a good deal on an "Unpublished Rate Hotel", but was not worth the lack of sleep and the neighborhood was a bit iffy. The hotel seemed to be partially remodeled. The bedding was newer but the carpet seemed dirty so I kept my sandals on. Also I noticed a wash cloth had little hairs on it which is just nasty. Also, the walls seemed super thin because I could clearly hear people talking & a dog barking until 3am. Our beds / mattresses were lumpy, too soft, and miserable for two people to share. Long night.

1 nite OK,rather stay closer and nicer in town

Our mattress was too soft, giving both my husband and myself back aches for the next 2 days. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

I needed a reasonably priced hotel near I25 with breakfast provided. This hotel was just what I needed. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. And the staff was very helpful when I locked my keys in the car.

We were very pleased with the rooms at the hotel. They were clean and very appealing. The breakfast was great with many choices.

Comfortable clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very isolated with no car - but the courtesy car was available to pick us up at airport and drop us off and then pick us up again, within a 5 mile radius during the day - very good service.

Room was very dated and needed to be remodeled. Carpet was dirty. Elevator was dirty and slow. We arrived with two sleeping children at 11:15 PM and the room was about 90 degrees. It took three hours for the antique air conditioner to cool the room to sleeping temperature. I had called three hours before arrival to verify reservation, and the lady had […] said that "everything will be ready for you." Apparantly they have never heard of cooling a room before a guest arrives. If I stay in Albuquerque again, I will look elsewhere for accommodation. 더 보기
