Great hotel, felt very clean and the service was great. The breakfast you had to pay for and was so/so, but there are plenty of places in the area for food. If you do get the breakfast, make sure you ask for the waffle. It's included but kinda hidden, and it's delicious!

Me, my elderly mother and 23 yo daughter stayed here for 2 nights while we toured DC and visited family. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the pool and spa tub were very nice. The beds were sooo comfortable. The variety and service at the breakfast buffet were excellent. The hotel was fine with the exception of the cleaning staff not returning the ipod my husband left on the shelf. He called them several times, and they didn't return the call, then he called and spoke to someone at the front desk, they transferred the call, and 'nothing was found' was the reply. Clean and safe place to stay. The TV was a little difficult to get the remote to work and smelling cigarette smoke in the hall was strange when every smoker in the world expects to smoke outside. However, the location is good, the rooms were clean and the front desk was very helpful with a great attitude.

thanks for the club lounge pass...But no one had told me about this before and I am at your place a lot.

Since the hotel is set back off the main road, I think there should be a larger, well lit sign on the main road to make it easier to find.

Comfortable and quiet

and close to mall shopping. Just off Rte 50, a good stopping point on way to beaches. Good value.

The Sheraton Annapolis is a great hotel. One small critique - the lighting in the rooms are really low and not bright at all. The rooms have a dull low glow. Otherwise, this is a well run hotel with bar, indoor pool, great gym....T

When I checked in the hotel they swiped my credit card for oncidentals and said they would not put any charges on it. When checking out they said everything was fine but when I checked my credit card statement I found out they put a $30 charge for pening cherges but I had to call my credit card company and now I have to wait 8 days for the hold on my […] account to be lifted. Our stay was great. The staff could not have been nicer. The room was clean and we would stay here again.

The beds are extremely comfortable. The mall is right across the street with plenty of restaurants to eat at in the area.

ac/heating unit kept me from a good night's sleep

The area immediately around the hotel closes down very early. Very little going on past 7pm. The coffee shop across the street was closed all weekend and coffee at the Hotel was hard to come by. That said, the staff was excellent, the room was clean, very little noise and a good experience.

This hotel was overbooked so I had to argue with the front desk person for 10 minutes until they gave me the room I reserved 3 months prior. When I tried to call the front desk at different times during my stay, the line was ALWAYS busy. I called once in the morning, once near lunchtime and once in the evening throughout the weekend. Always busy. Never […] got through to anyone. The food served at the breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting and cost $15. Not worth it. Go out for breakfast people. To top it all off, this was one of the most expensive hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in hotels that have offered spa and dinner packages included in the price for less than what I paid for this hotel. I probably would not bother staying here again. 더 보기

Hallway smelled like dog vomit. Generally moldy smell in hallways and room. Lobby bar is nice. Definately my last choice of nicer hotels in the area.

This hotel is pretty convenient to downtown Annapolis and would be great for events in town. It was a little difficult to find as it is at the back of a shopping center. Try to get a room on the side not facing the highway as it is a bit noisy on the highway side. When we tried to add another night (Friday) to our stay, they very abruptly cut us off by saying they were completely booked up. Didn't even offer to help us find a room elsewhere. That was the only disappointement

HVAC unit sounded like a jet engine. After bringing to the hotel's attention, it was better but still loud. Fans on floor in hallway drying carpet. Fitness center closed for repairs. Stayed here for the MD Seafood Festival in Annapolis. The hotel was comfortable, clean and easy to get to. When we were hungry, it was really easy to just drive outside and were confronted with a lot of options.

about 10 minute drive to USNA or less, depends on construction in area. Close to mall, across the street and good food chains eg barbeque and gourmet burgers. Movie theatre in mall. Only complaint was the pool that was reported to be dirty and uninviting.

Hotel spa in the pool area was cold and the lifeguard closed the pool early, for her convenience, not the guests. Maid kept changing our key cards so we had to get new keys twice over a 4-night stay.

Great place, Won't go back because the pool was only open till 10pm.

the floor in our room was damp and sticky. so damp it made the room humid.

I'm not sure where the 4 stars came from; I wouldn't even give them 1! Room was okay but customer service barely existed - - absolutely horrible! Would never have believed this type of service would come from a Sheraton! The front desk acted like they didn't want to be bothered and the cleaning staff was knocking on the door at 9:00 in the morning on […] the day I was checking out; what's up with that? Did we have a hot lunch date or some other reason we couldn't wait until after I checked out? I suggest Sheraton Corporate send a "CLEAN UP CREW" in to straighten this place up ASAP! 더 보기

Stayed in Annapolis Sheraton for family reunion interrupted by hurricaine Irene. Rooms spacious, beds confortable, staff helpful and pleasant. Many local families booked with their dogs as power all around seemed to be out. We were snug and dry and had a great time.

THE STAFF AT THE SHERATON WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HEPLFUL WITH ANY REQUEST. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WE HAVE THE HALL WAY SMELLED MOLDY BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY FRESH. WE DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK TO STAY WHEN WE VISIT ANAPOLIS.

This hotel is about 15 min from the USNA. It is also near a nice shopping mall with movie theatres.

Nice hotel, friendly service and convenient access to downtown.

Except for the main lobby, mildew smelling on all floors. Had to try 3 rooms. Back of hotel is right next to 50 and can hear trucks and cars. The biggest problem I had was the A/C unit. It is very loud. Had set it for 70 and when it resumes to cool after temp is higher than 70, it sounds like a small plan taking off. To help, had to set it to 60 so […] it didn't stop/start. I didn't get a wi-fi username or password when I checked in even though I inquired about wi-fi availability, When I went back down to the desk to get one I felt like an idiot because both the UN and PW are the name of the inn. Couldn't that just be written on the sleeve that the room cards come in? Even though I booked the room in advance they seemed […] stunned upon my arrival and even said, "they had to hurry up and get one together". Which I found even more bizarre because it didn't even look like hardly anybody else was staying there at the time. The cleaning lady seemed unsure if I had everything in my room and was trying repeatedly to enter it with her card when I was initially arriving at my door. Then I had to explain to her that it was my room, she asked, "since when"? I mean really? Everything seemed to look in order but I later discovered that the bed smelled of somebody elses body odor and the towels didn't smell fresh and clean either. It felt gross sleeping on that bed. When I tried to get a workout in the cleaning lady decided to mop the exercise room. Nothing like inhaling cleaning products while trying to get some cardio done. The exhaust fan in my bathroom didn't work, I someone at the counter about it and she said she would let maintenance know. Having overpriced concessions made available was actually a perk, and the free cup of starbucks was nice. I only stayed there one day, and it pretty much sucked. I wont stay there again. 더 보기

We came to this hotel from the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore and the difference was overwhelming. The Sheraton room was musty and the carpet felt dirty when walking on it. The furnishings were old and the bed was uncomfortable. The worst part was that we paid more for the Sheraton than we did at the Hyatt. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly, but our room poorly cleaned and literally smelly. We found a dried, dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain, a half-used packet of face lotion behind the coffee maker on the bureau. The room smelled when we entered, and when we called down to ask for another room, they informed us the hotel was full. Not up to the expectations i had for a Sheraton Hotel. There is no exit off the main freeway to get to the hotel, so that was the first adventure. Only about half the staff there was helpful, the rest are there to enhance their social life. The computers in the business center were down and when they worked were slow at best. The hotel was close to all Annapolis activities and offered a great price for the accommodations. The staff were friendly.
