Over all good, but some negatives, e.g., chaise long is badly stained; it seemed that each day saw a different minor flaw, such as, one day, only one plastic cup(instead of four) left in bathroom; another day, only one hand towel and wash cloth left in bathroom; bed pillows too soft to provide head support; enough covers on bed (comforter, […] blanket, sheets) for comfort in an igloo, but too much for a room that can be regulated for individual tastes. 더 보기

I had a great time in ATL and I didn't expect to spend much time in the room, but the room was gorgeous. The only thing that threw me off is that there was no microwave. I know this is not something that is really big, but after all the shopping and eating i wanted to warm up my food. The super 8 at least have a microwave. I was very impressed with this hotel. Very clean and the staff were very nice. Good location. Bathroom was nice. Room was great. The beds had nice down comforters. I would definetely stay here again.

This was the most awful Westin I have ever stayed. The hotel was a Dump, I was moved 3 times and each time the room got worse! left several messages for the manager to call he/she never did! The hotel spoiled my whole romantic getaway.

This hotel was great! The only thing I didn't like was the size of the rooms. I think they could have been bigger and the wall paper could of been done better but other than that it was a great hotel.

Overall it was a nice stay for the price I paid. The view from the room facing a huge fountain was amazingly beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.

I purposely chose Westin over others, as I'd not had a bad experience in one (until now). I understand this one has newly been taken over by new owners...I hope this review helps. The problems were as follows: 1) broken phone in room (there were 2, so at least 1 worked, so this alone would not have merited a complaint) 2) in-room movie option - broken; […] no way to distract myself with a movie...Previews played. But no way to order one as this function was broken (i.e "unavailable") 3) Shower/tub faucet broken (as was the tile around the tub part, affecting the water pressure in the showerhead...Can't believe the water leakage alone hasn't brought this to maintenance department's attention. I left word with the manager as i left, simply as a courtesy) 4) No mini bar. One of those small perks that you expect with Westin. They had such snacks as "potato chips" on the all night dining menu. But somehow paying a delivery fee and pre-determined gratuity makes this an unattractive option. Maybe they were just trying to drive me to room service.) The room service person WAS very nice. (I ordered a meal; not a snack...Again, this may be a part of their marketing) ...But it won't have me coming back anytime soon. For the difference, I'll just stop off at a convenience store and pick up some chips...save myself the $75 difference and stay at a Hampton Inn. 더 보기

we had a horrible experience at this hotel. we were booked for two double beds for my father and i. got there and they had us booked for one king size bed. they said they could bring a roll away up for us. we waited for five hours, until 11pm and no one ever came. we finally walked back downstairs and then they weren't even sure they had a roll away […] available. around midnight after i was asleep in the bed adn my dad was asleep on the tiny couch there was a knock on our door with the roll away. they never tried to compensate us for anything. would never stay here again. 더 보기

The hotel is really nice. Not like the Westin in Buckhead or on peachtree street, but it's nice. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. It's not to far from the city or good places to eat. I would reccomend staying here if you are on business or going for a quick get away.

I originally booked a room with two double bed room and they didnt have any available. So they upgraded it to bigger room with a king bed room and told me they bring me a extra roller bed but never did even though I called front desk twice and stepped down to talk to them in person. The kindness and friendliness displayed by every single staff person we encountered this past week end (Thanksgiving ) at Atlanta Westin Perimiter,Concourse Parkway, was impressive. If I can't always be "home for the holidays", I want to be at a Westin Hotel. Many Thanks. MP

This hotel was quiet, cozy and overall very welcoming. The staff is helpful, and accomodating. My favorite part was the dual shower head; to die for. Westin as a brand is top notch, and I would stay here again.

I was just a little disappointed that this hotel was rated 4 stars. The room set up was pretty awkward. The bathroom really tiny. The most comfortable item in the room was the bed. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Question: why did i have to wait forever to be checked in when ther was NOONE in front of me. I had to wait for several minutes while the girl behind the counter just stood there (doing NOTHING) for another person to run from across the hotel to help me. I think that the staff may need some finesse training. Also the room was dusty-glad I don't have […] asthma or other serious breathing problem! The lobby is fairly nice. The rooms and hallways are out dated and in dire need of renovation. I rented two joining rooms and both of the work desks were cracked. Granted they were real wood but both desk were cracked and terrible looking. If you must stay here, bring your slippers the carpets are terrible. Warning: we travel a lot and tend to be fussy. The lobby was a great layout and modern. Some of the upholstered furniture looked worn and need of repair. The glass front doors were very streaked and dirty. Our room was well laid out with functional furniture, but here again, it was quite shabby. The night stand was water stained and the finish partially […] worn off. Chrome desk chair had an oxide coating and was obviously never polished. The rug in the hallway was wrinkled and looked in need of replacement. The reception desk was friendly, efficient and very helpful. We accidently left documents in our room safe and they made sure we got them back (our son lives in the area and picked them up), even calling our cell phone to double check that we received an earlier voicemail. My wife and I went to Atlanta for our 10 yr anniversary. I wanted to take her to a place that had great views of the Atlanta Skyline and a little more upscale than a normal hotel. This hotel was located in a great location but the hotel stay was horrible. Me and my boyfriend went for a weekend getaway thinking that since it was in a nice area the hotel must be nice. Wrong!!!! This hotel seemed nice from the outside, but the bed I slept in did not have a sheet on the botom. The drain in the bathroom was majorly clogged with hair. The people next to us were loud and drunk, very little insulation. Drunk people were in the lobby and in the elevators going up, not a good example for children. Where should I start! I picked The Westin because I've stayed at their brand in the past. The hotel was horrible. It was outdated and VERY small! There was hardly any walking room in the area. My bathroom at Home is bigger than the entire room. The area is very nice the people were very friendly. This hotel is not near the downtown area. They don't […] offer shuttle service to and from the hotel. If you are looking for transportation, take the Marta. It was $2.50 verses the $37 shuttle fee we paid to go from the airport to the hotel. Coming from Los Angeles my wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It had really clean rooms, great customer service, and a relaxed enjoyable bar. The restuarant was great just dont go during peek hours, I think it was under staffed that day so replentishment of food was kind of slow. Overall great experience!

This hotel offers everything needed for a wonderful stay! The restaurant/bar is convenient, comfortable and provides live entertainment while enjoying a delicious meal. I have stayed at this Westin before and have great experiences each time. The staff is great and the rooms are spacious. Parking is convenient and at no additional charge, which is a nice change in comparison to the hotels in downtown Atlanta. The city is only a 15 min drive (traffic permitting).

Not sure what the issue is but Atlanta in general is lacking in the customer service department. I travel frequently and the one thing that is guaranteed is a reduced level of service/friendliness/attitude when staying throughout atlanta. The Westin was no different. The biggest annoyance was the stickiness of the floor in the downstairs restaurant. […] It felt (and sounded like) someone poured syrup in the mop bucket and they mopped the floor with it. I am not exaggerating, if I like my four year old go wild in my kitchen with syrup then walked around my kitchen.... I would get what I found in the Westin. 더 보기

Housekeeping knocks on your door vigorously at 8a.m. every morning asking to clean your room. It is impossible to send them away without physically answering the door. They will keep on knocking until they get an answer from you in person. Front Desk called my room 3:30 a.m. to see if I just called the front desk. Called front desk at 1pm as we were […] leaving the room to have them contact housekeeping to clean our room. Came back at 10:30 p.m. and the room has not been cleaned. When asking the front desk why my room has not been cleaned when I specifically called in to place the service order, they claimed that it must be my "Do Not Distrub" sign was hanging on the door.
