The breakfast was very comprehensive and good quality. The Spanish restaurant however wasn't anything to write home about, but there were some very nice restaurants close by.

I give this hotel an average *** of *****. The location is excellent - close to both transportation and fun. The hotel itself, however, has some faults. The lobby is impressive, a truly 80s Cold War Era-like, at least for foreigners - although Finns would call it Scandinavian baroque minimalism. The rooms are ordinary, but should function well. What […] disturbed us in our stay was that the room's air condition didn't function at all; we slept in 25*C the whole night, and some other guest seems to have tried to force the window open - there were marks of this in the inside pane. We are sure that she/he who did those marks has complained, but obviously the hotel considers it too expensive to fix the air condition. That would not happen in a true **** hotel! 더 보기

We stayed one night in Helsinki on our way back to UK after lovely christmas and new years break in northern Finland. We chose the hotel based on the location and we're pleased with that but the hotel itself was a little let down. The reception area was nice enough and service was nice and polite. We were initially allocated a twin room but got it changed […] to a double (small double bed) upon request. The interiors of the hotel, especially the corridors and the bathroom were very dated and felt very 80's. Bed was comfortable enough with only one duvet though.. I guess it was meant as a single room as the bed was small. Again, the breakfast was nice but the choice was not excellent and the room felt very crowded. Would not stay again unless the price was greatly discounted. Felt we payed a bit too much for the room considering what we got for the price. 더 보기

I stayed here for 4 nights while in town for a conference. Check-in was a little burdensome- the staff are pretty slow and you have to fill out information that they should already have from the reservation. But after that point, the experience was excellent. The rooms are moderately sized but laid out very efficiently so they feel roomy. All the details […] that make things pleasant were taken care of nicely: a great iron and ironing board, a good hair dryer, great bath products, nice hangers, enough power outlets in the right locations, and a great shower. The internet is reasonably fast but a little annoying to repeatedly log on to. The breakfast is pretty good as well and keeps nice and long hours. The hotel is in a great location, next door to Kamppi but just slightly off from the center of the city so there's less noise from the crowds on the streets at night. I would definitely stay there again for business. If coming for pleasure, I might try to find something a little less expensive. But all the well-thought-out conveniences of the hotel make it worth the price if those things are important to you. 더 보기

Yövymme tulevaisuudessakin hotissanne!

"Just another Sokos-hotel". Odotimme Hotelli Presidentin olevan kuntotasoltaan parempi. Taso oli kuitenkin kuin mikä tahansa Sokos-hotelli. Presidenttiys ei tuonut asiakkaalle sinänsä mitään ekstraa. Etenkin kylpyhuoneen kunnon epämääräisyys ei vastaa "Presidentti" -tasoa.

Muuten hyvä, mutta olisimme kaivanneet minibaariin esim. jotakin snapsia. Nyt oli vain olutta ja viiniä. Ja tyynyt oli ehkä liian korkeat?

huone oli kylmä. lisäpeitto olisi ollut tarpeen. Samppoo oli loppu. Ja amme on huono asia. Vanha ihminen ei pääse siihen. Muuten olimme tyytyväisiä. Palvelu oli erittäin hyvä ja neuvonta ja opastus oli todella perusteellista ja ystävällistä.

Tycker att man i ett tvåspråkigt land som Finland bör kunna bli bemött på svenska åtminstone i receptionen som är hotellets kärna. Under dagtid fungerar svenska i receptionen ok. Kvällstid inte. Tycker inte det är god service att be kunder som pratar svenska byta till engelska. En så enkel sak som att checka in och ut borde personalen kunna hantera […] på svenska. Hotel Presedenti ligger centralt i Helsinki. 50 meter fra stort shoppingcenter og 5 min fra jernbanestationen. Hotellet har lille svømmingpool og sauna :) Morgenmaden har alt hvad dertil høre. Rigtig fint hotel til prisen.....

Siisti ja rauhallinen.

Vuode vanha ja kulunut, ilmastointi liian kovalla, meluinen, aamiainen oli hyvä.

Centralt beliggende, stort - og det bærer ikke mindst morgenmadsresaturanten præg af. Gode værelser - men lidt slidt. Dejligt med hotelværelse med trægulv - fremfor tæppebelagt gulv. God service - desværre var saunaen ikke åben på tidspunkter, hvor vi kunne bruge den.

Hotellilla on hyvä sijainti keskellä Helsinkiä. Hinta-laatu-suhde on hyvä. Aamiainen on todella monipuolinen. Liikenteen melu ei häiritse. Hotellissa on saunamahdollisuus, mikä on mukava plussa. Huoneissa on perusmukavuudet. Paljon venäläisiä turisreja oli majoittuneena erityisesti loppiaisen aikaan.

завтраки богатые, комнаты чистые, постельное белье хорошее, Очень жалко что в номере нет одноразовых тапочек и туалетных принадлежностей. парковка сразу под отелем платная -29евро/сутки, Отель окружен торговыми центрами,ресторанами, музеями. Рядом все вокзалы и метро.

Iso ja vanha hotelli todella keskustassa. Ajetut kilmometrit jo näkyvät mutta tyynylle kelpasi pää kuitenkin painaa. Ilmeisesti kovasti itä-turistien suosiossa.

Siisti ja asiallinen hotelli keskeisellä paikalla Helsinkiä. Paljon oli asiakkaita, jopa ruuhkaksi asti sisäänkirjautumisen aikaan iltapäivällä lauantaina. Olisin odottanut hiustekuivaajaa hotellihuoneen kylpyhuoneeseen.

Saapuessa kohtelias vastaanotto. Esittäessäni kopiomani Hotels.comin tilausvahvistuksen ja varausnumeron vastaanottaja halusi lisäksi myös hotellin oman vahvistuksen yöpymisestäni. Minä en ollut sellaista saanut. Vastaanottaja jäi selvittämään tilaustani,koska meillä oli kiire ja tullessamme takaisin kaikki oli kunnossa. Erinomainen sijainti, hyvä suurikokoinen hotelli

Отель требует ремонта, причем очень скорого. Номер не понравился - кровать стаяла сразу же около входной двери. Уборку за два дня не производили, правда не знаю должны были убирать или нет. Хотя номер был улучшенный. Стояна при отели удивила - заехать внутрь мы смогли, а вот места там не оказалась. Расположение отеля отличное - центр города. Это единственное, […] что понравилось. Hotelli on monessa mielessä parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, vaikka yleisessä siisteydessä ei moitittavaa olekaan. Ympäristö ei ole erityisen aistikasta nähtävää, mutta sijainti on mahtava.

Fine hotel, close to the railway station and the city centre. Good staff, great breakfast, very pleasant room. Though room and especially bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Lot of dust on top of things (cupboard, shower cabin) and some dirt in the edges and ridges of the bathroom.

Sisäänkirjoittautumisaika ko. hotellissa alkaa klo 15.00, useissa hotelleissa klo 14.00. Tästä olisi hyvä informoida asiakasta ennakkoon. Saavuin hotelliin klo 14.20 ja sisäänkirjoittautumisjonossa odotin 50 minuuttia, sain huoneen klo 15.10. Hotellivierassauna vain su-to, olisi mukavaa, jos iltasaunamahdollisuus olisi myös viikonloppuiltana. The reception personell are professional and very helpfull. Good internet service for those travelling without PC. Negative: Housekeeping to keen to clean up. Knocking on doors long before check-out time. Knocking sound coming from the watersystem. Good hotel with a warm environment in the center of the city with easy access-

I just stayed for 1 night this time and it still has the high standards I enjoy. The facilities are all good and the breakfast is clearly a high rank meal. The location is really outstanding, walking distance to major points of interest and communications. Be sure not to miss the A21 bar....................... Sisustus kaipaa uudistamista = kulahtanut. Kylpyammeessa edellisen asujan hiuksia??? Aamiaisella tungosta ja huonot valikoimat. Makeiden osasto puuttui lähes kokonaan. Tarjolla oli vain pari piparia.....ja kaupan rasvainen donitsi.

В целом, отель неплохой. очень хороший завтрак и удобное расположение. Однако нас не предупредили, что парковка будет платной. За сутки парковки мы заплатили 42 евро. Также при бронировании просили кровать Double, однако нас поселили в Twin.

Всё великолепно, в центре, номер превосходный. В следующий раз хотим туда же. Удобная парковка, удобный проезд. Всё рядом.

Ett centralt beläget, väldigt trevligt hotell. Stort och ganska "affärsmässigt", vi var där med barn och kände oss lite "ensamma" om det ;) Fast de hade ett häftigt lekrum, barnsängar, potta och barnstolar så det var absolut anpassat!
