클라리온 호텔 앤드 컨퍼런스 센터 헤이거즈타운 (Clarion Hotel and Conference Center Hagerstown) - 헤이거즈타운

I haven't been to this hotel in years and found out room to be very clean and newly remodled. I was very impressed with the beautiful decorated room. I slept like a log. Which hardly ever happens in a strange place.

Everything was great but the TV is an old cathode TV and the remote did not work. Cheap alarm clock, too. Get new electronics!

have stayed here before often, whenever we visit friends in Hagerstown. would like to see improvements in continental breakfast and get an oppurtunity to use the pool. perhaps keeping the pool open later for adults

Very bad odor on the first floor of the entire building, the staff allowed us to move to the second floor, whick was fine. This hotel is functional, that is all!!

Hotel was convenient to the ballfields. Pretty standard hotel for its price range. If your looking for pampering go elsewhere. Glad to see fridge and microwave in room. Front desk was understaffed at check in. A/C underpowered. Did not stay for breakfast.

Great Hotel, only disappointments: Pool only open till 9pm. There is no lifeguard, so I see no reason to close it so early. Bar at pool is misleading, it is only open for special occasions. Also maintenance people not available at all times. Had concern with toilet and had to temp repair myself since maintenance went home. Coffee was terrible. My only serious complaint about this hotel was that the pool closed at 9 and didn't open until 9 the next morning. This was clearly because they were concerned about the noise disturbing people on the atrium, but it meant that we couldn't swim on arrival and had to delay our departure to get the kids tired out before we left.

We were pleased with the Clarion. When we pulled up the hotel looked old, but upon entering the lobby everything was totally updated. Because of my mothers disability, we needed a handicap accessible room. It had plenty of room for her to get around, especially in the bathroom. The room was clean and updated. The hotel was very clean and the atrium with the pool was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and very well kept. They have done a remarkable job with this hotel. The hotel is connected to a nightclub. There was live music, with a great band, I believe they were called DIRT. If you stay at the hotel, you get in for free. Also, the food was AWESOME!

The previous reviews I read about this hotel were not very favorable. However, since they were from 2-3 years ago, I can say that the hotel management has changed since that time and it is a wonderful place to stay. Given the age of the building, it is nonetheless very clean and comfortable. When I walked into my room, there was a gentle sceht of flowers: […] air freshener or laundry detergent, doesn't matter, as it was a nice touch. I will definitely stay here each time business brings me to Hagerstown. 더 보기
