The only complaint I have about this hotel is the parking. There were work vehicles in the parking lot and taking up all of the handicap spaces, even though they were not handicapped. We had to drive all the way to the back of the lot and walk quite a distance. Even in the "check-in only" parking, employee cars were parked there, so that wasn't even […] an option. This was the worst "hotel" I've ever considered staying in and I did not stay! Dirty and scary!

Hotel being renovated. All decorations removed. Drywall in hallways. Only one elevator functional. Great for overnight stay, price reasonable. Could be nice in a year or so. Central location in old section of Binghamton.

This Days Inn was not only outdated (a '70's style decor) but was not clean. Strong cigarette smell although we were told it was a non-smoking room, dirty walls and carpet. When I requested an extra blanket for the bed I was told none was available because of a shortage in the laundry department.

The people at the Days Inn were great. Unfortunately, that didn't make up for the condition of the place. Also - the pool has been out of service since September and apparently they have contacted Hotels.com to update the website and that has not been done. The reason we booked the Days Inn was because there was a pool. I totally blame Hotels.com for […] not having current information. That killed the trip for all the kids. The rooms stank like there was a smell being covered up - like fabreze or something. The bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. Just not a good experience overall. The neighborhood was questionable - I wouldn't have wanted to return to the hotel late at night and have to walk around to the front of the building to get in. 더 보기

hotel dirty..."beautiful indoor pool and spa" void of water and unusable, room freezing, hallway smell of smoke and noisy, breakfast closed down early and inept staff except for" Krista". They don't deserve to have her......

The room was great for the price and very close to the bars, stores and the highway. The room was nice and quite.

Hotel could definitely use serious updating. Everything seemed run-down and old with makeshift fixes. Still, the location was very convenient to downtown, which I needed, and the price was not too much, so it worked for my stay. It wasn't awful, but I've stayed in much nicer.

Dirty - popcorn kernel on bedspread. Dirt on dresser, table etc. No remote for television. The building is an absolute maze. It is obviously the result of multiple expansions over the decades. Great deal, great location. Would stay there again.

This definitely seems like the type of place an overnight trucker would spend the night. I did not enjoy my experience. Even though i was in a non-smoking room, the air quality was poor. I left with a sore throat the next day. Overall infrastructure was poor. My bed comforter had a hole in it. The bathroom was probably the most clean part of the room. Stay was great. The two desk associates were very polite and made me feel like friend. The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was that the room temp. was a bit on the cooler side and the fridge did not work. But over all great stay. Charlie

While the room was adequate for my one night stay, I have to say that the cleanliness and condition of the hotel was extremley poor. In fact, the phrase that kept comig to mind was "What a dump". Me and my son slept over one night for a local wrestling tournament. The check in and check out was fine. The elevators are ancient though ( we took the stairs to save time) The neighborhood was actually creepy at nighttime. as far as comfort the bed was great which is what really matters, however the ice bucket had filth and hair stuck in the lid so […] we just used the plastic bag. And we found beer caps and candy wrappers under the bed and in a drawer (They were not ours). They do give you free phone calls in the us which was nice, and the coffee was good but the free breakfast never seemed to be completely ready. But again we werent there for a luxury vacation or anything so for a quick one night sleepover it was fine. one other thing the alarm clock in our room had all kinds of grease and stuff stuck to it, i actually had to wash my hands after setting the alarm. That just seems like an old hotel that needs to clean things a lot better and more thorough. I would only recommend this place for a quick stay its definitely nothing fancy. 더 보기

I cant complain too much for the price I guess. The hotel maintenance needs some attention. We didnt get two full sets of towels for the second night. You can only enter through the lobby but the majority of the parking is in back of the hotel. The staff was polite. As an busy business traveler I've spent many nights in hotels. This "King Sized bed, Executive level" room was half the size of a typical regular room at twice the price. Next time I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Bathroom not clean. Temp control unit very loud. Had college students on floor up all night. When mentioned to desk clerk in morning her response was that you have to understand that they (students) where away from home. I was too.

The hotel smelled dirty and parking was very poor and I felt very unsafe leaving my vehicle there. I was there for only 1 night and was concerned about my vehicle. Front desk staff was pleasant, and helpful.

Could not get anyone at the desk to turn the pool lights on and the pool was freezing. Garbage was in the hall way by the elevator. The elevator was dirty. The room was clean.

Not recommended for several reasons. Management is clearly cutting corners on staffing, cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The breakfast was disappointing and poorly stocked. Issues from plugs not working to insufficient towels to bathtub not draining properly. Simple fixes like cleaning carpets and washing/ painting walls could enhance the […] property. Nice Clean &cheap good deal !!!!!!!!

Even thou we stayed only 2 nights, the room was never cleaned, trash removed or our bed make. Had to call the desk and ask for towels, which my husband had to go down and get. Would we stay again. don't think so. I'm 72 yrs old and do not like this kind of treatment.

The room was a little small but for one person it worked out.It is an old hotel that needs some TLC . Staff very friendly and know great places to eat and they give you turn by turn directions better then my GPS.

I have no complaints about the Hotel cleanliness or service. However, the walls are very thin. The people in the room next to us kept their TV on all night and it was if the darn thing was left on in our room. I did not have a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was as advertised. I booked and sleep three nights from Aug. 18 to Aug.20. Elevator does not have sensor to open in case someone is still in door. It looked dangerous. I was moving some stuffs to my room. Even though I was in moving, the door kept on closing. I never saw this kind matter. For three nights, Next door was so noisy, but no one controlled. I was asking […] something to from desk.
