위치와 직원들은 정말 좋았다. 그러나 그것은 지하철 위 8번가에 있었다. 거기로부터의 소음이 불쾌했다. 매3분 지하철이 아래로 지나갈때마다 벽과 천장이 우르릉거렸다. 그 호텔은 낡았고, 개선이 필요하다. 보안은 뛰어났고, 직원들은 친철하고 도움이 되었다.

이 호텔 좋아요!!! 매우 친철한 직원들. 완벽한 크기의 객실과 청결함, 최신식이고, 3개의 지하철과 times square에 가깝지만, times square에 있는 호텔들처럼 번잡하지 않다. 이곳은 내가 다시 이 도시에 올 때 머물 유일한 장소가 될 것이다! 또한 고객 담당자는 매우 도움이 되었다.

늦게 도착했다 - 음식과 음료 서비스가 없었다; 객실에 침대가 두개여야 하는데, 한개였다. 객실은 작고, 더러웠으며 담배냄새가 났다…이Hilton의 품질에는 터무니없고 지나친 하룻밤 가격이었다. 근방은 times square의 지저분한 부분이었다. 전체적으로 완전히 실망했고 나쁜 밤이었다. 또한 객실은 장애자용이었다고 생각한다 - 낮은 침대, 낮은 개수대, 낮은 화장실

새로운 PURE객실에 머무는 건 광고 이상 이었다! 강한 알레르기 및 환경 감성을 가진 사람으로서, 호텔은 종종 내가 있어선 안될 곳이다. 이 객실은 천국이었다. 향기가 없는 시트. 객실에 공기 청정기. Neutrogena의 비누 및 제품. 호텔 자체가 전체적으로 깨끗했고, 직원은 매우 친절, 지하철까지 한 블럭, 위치는 Times Square의 정신에 따르지 않아다. 보너스로, 객실에는 전자 레인지, 냉장고, 무료 인터넷이 있었다. 그것에 더해, 가격은 통산적으로 가장 싼 일부 가격보다 더 쌌다. New York에서는 특히 놀라운 것이었다.

뛰어난 위치! 지하철에서 가깝고, Times Square도 바로 근방이다. 객실은 4명에게도 충분할 정도로 크고, 매우 깨끗했다. 다음번 NYC여행때에도 여기에 다시 머무를 것이다.

객실에있는 퀸 사이즈 침대와 냉장고가 정말 고마웠다. 당신의 계획이 Broadway쇼를 관람하고 Times Square지역의 즐거움을 포함한다면, 이 위치는 최고다. 많은 뛰어나고 합리적인 가격의(New York기준) 전통 레스토랑까지 걸어서 갈 수 있다. 호텔에 인접한 Pigalle레스토랑은 정말 좋은 저녁 조건이다. 길 건너편 소방서의 소음은 그렇게 심각한 문제는 아니다. 사실, NY에있는 소방관은 거의 유명인사의 지위를 가지고 있고 어떤 이웃에게도 환영받는다.

Times Square와 Theatre District에 가깝다. 지하철과 레스토랑 이용에 편리하고, 대체로 머무르기 정말 좋은 장소다.

Hilton Garden Times Square호텔은 Times Square바로 안에 있었다. - 많은 지역 NYC사이트와 지하철에 걸어갈 만한 완벽한 거리다. 서비스는 멋지고, 친절하고, 전문적이었고, 협조적이었다. 객실은 NY 표준에 비해 매우 컸다. 부정적인 것은 단지 여전히 편안하지만 축쳐진 침대, 그리고 아주 큰소리가 나는 에어컨 팬 소음이었다 (각 객실용 팬이 아니라, 외부의 무언가의). 제 여동생은 그 호텔의 반대쪽 객실에 있었고 몇 대의 비행기가 오자 객실 안에서도 들을 수 있었다. 다행히, 나는 귀 플러그를 했다. 만약 소음을 신경쓰지 않는다면 확실히 권장한다.

매우 편안한 침대. 창문이 조금 밖에 열리지 않았다. 우리는 2층에 있었다. 거리의 소음뿐만 아니라, 우리는 지하철 위에 있었다! 높은 층을 추천한다.

It was a great location! I was very pleased to be surrounded in Time square at walking distance...practically next door. Not so happy about the room accommodation. Although our room was comfy, stylish and clean....I had no choice but to stay in a double bed room when I had specifically requested king size bed NOT two queen beds. Then they give me the […] story that there is no other rooms available with just one bed. It don't matter though....I hardly used the room...Too much to do in the NYC that I hardly even slept. But in the future.....pay close attention when guest are being referred by hotels.com and give them the correct number of beds!!!!! 더 보기

We often stay here and we go to New York a lot. The rooms are larger than most and there is good closet space and drawers enough to put away whatever you bring. The location is on the edge of the theater district (walk to theaters, Carnegie Hall, even Lincoln Center is possible if you have comfortable shoes) with tons of good restaurants and with great […] subway service. The rooms are pretty quiet too. Internet is free and there's a fridge in the room. That said, don't expect luxe. The rooms/hallways are a bit worn (not run-down, just not daisy-fresh.) It was awful. I was on the 2nd floor. When I got to the room and saw complimentary ear plugs, I should have gone back and asked for a higher floor. The Subway and Street Noises broke through the ear plugs and high volume white noise machine. I was aware of every minute of the night. Awful sleep if any. I normally don't fill out these surveys but my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn truly deserved a formal review. The customer service was extraordinary and by far the best i have ever experienced at any hotel! We have been going to New York for years this was the 1st time we had stayed here.Location was great there was parking right next door,it was close to the theatre.We had a great experience I will go back.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful I definitely will return to Hilton garden inn

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic location to broadway and all the major attractions. The only drawback if you could call it that was that it didn't offer a guest laundry facility which when you are travelling for an extended period of time is convenient. The free internet was fast and reliable.

For price this is a great hotel compared to others that I have stayed in New York. It is very close to Times Square and the subway is just across the road so it is convenient in getting to many places. This hotel was so great. I took my two little boys (6 & 9) and wifey to see NYC for a few days. Hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Right around the corner was TIMES SQUARE! In the perfect location for the theater area 1 block From Times Square. Helpful staff and large Rooms. We could not have been more Pleased with our stay.

We had 2 fire alarms, a bit before 6am and then one around 30 minutes later. The alarms were bad, the subsequent 'all clear' messages took a long time too, so the sleep (we arrived very late night before) experience was not great to say the least. There was no apology, never mind any offer of any kind of discount, vouchers, etc., and the alarm had been […] false on both occurences. This hotel is very close to everything. We walked every where except China Town but the subway station is very close. Nice fresh market next door. You can eat every meal there for cheep plus buy snacks if you want. Everything was a walk away. The hotel was very clean and comfy. The staff was great and I really liked that you cant just walk in at night […] without showing your room key. That just made us feel safe. The only thing I did like was that our view was into an office in the next building but I guess thats New York! We could see some of the street but thats it. This is a great hotel for visitors to Manhattan. Close to area attractions (i.e. Central Park, Times Square, theaters, restaurant row in Hell's Kitchen) and the subway system. It's close to many great restaurants and pubs. The hotel room had queen beds, which was a wonderful feature since one of our companions is 6'8". Staff was pleasant and check in […] was easy. From the moment me and my fiance checked in we were taken care of and treated with kindness, respect and attention from the staff. We were in an AMAZING room the views were breathtaking (and I live in NYC and have seen the sights all my life but still was impressed by the views from the hilton) We decided to rent a hotel room to watch the premiere of […] "mad men" and when we checked in we ran to the tv and were sad that they didnt have AMC, the channel it would be playing. I even called from the fitness center asking "is there AMC on this TV?" and the guest service agent responded "you wanted to watch madmen too Im terribly sorry we dont have that channel" Her friendliness made me laugh and I completely forgave the hotel for not providing the channel. You would think since that was the reason we rented the room we would be disappointed however the night spent at this hotel was one of the best experiences ever. The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and set a romantic mood for me and my love, the hostess even lent us champagne flutes to bring up to the room where we enjoyed a bottle. This turned out to be a fantastic evening, it was super quiet at night and the bed was rediculously comfortable, best sleep we have ever had at a hotel before. This was our first experience staying overnight in NYC so we were quite excited. We were disappointed to have to wait in the hotel lobby for an 1 1/2 with 2 small children. The location right by Times Square is wonderful. It's just steps away from the sights and sounds- but it's not right in the heart of the action which is nice because you aren't bombarded by the crowds when you walk out of the hotel. There is also a great Food Emporium next door where you can pick up some great pastries, some fruit, or bottles of water […] for your hotel room. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room and felt very comfortable as far as space, and cleanliness. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. 더 보기

my hotel was right were I need it to be right close to everything. Time square,broadway shows,sightseeing tours,the USS Intrepid which I served upon 1972-74. Lady Liberty did not let me down. Conviently close to Times Square. Easy to get in and out of. FRIENDLY staff.

Very old rooms..old carpet , low and uncomfortable bed

Room was comfortable and nice size. Staff was great. Very good location for Jacob Javits conventions....avg $7 with tip cab fare. Walkable anywhere in Threatre District...

one more chair in the room would have been nice for a couple.

Well maintained with a great staff. Skip the so-so breakfast buffet.
