Very nice accommodations and all the employees were very courtesy and helpful.

Everything was good, except the explorers lounge staff is lacking in the fine points of service, one expects bar tenders to not need the assistance of a shot measurer to make a drink. A hotel bar is a classic refuge and training wheels for your bartenders is unseemly and distrustful of you employees.

Everything was great except the ridiculous $13 per day per device wifi access fee and the $31 per day parking, which I think were out of line. My wife and I contracted bedbugs with resultant breakouts/ itching. We contacted the hotel the evening after checkout to report the bedbug issue with a promise that someone would call back, but that never occured. […] We weren't looking for money, just wanted the problem fixed for future guests. 더 보기

The stay was good but they need to give guest free internet even at slower speed then bussiness for guest not there for bussiness at the prices free internet was by nice.

Great place. Great Location. Walked/Water taxied everywhere. There were a few things in the hotel description that must be noted. The parking costs were more than twice the daily rate as posted on this website when we booked it. Don't even think about using the Valet. This site also stated that the pool was outside. Suprise, it was indoor and that was […] a good thing. Service improved over the first impression of 90 minute wait for check-in. They were very apologetic and compted the internet. I feel room was way overpriced and then when I arrive they are trying to get me to buy a more expensive room. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there myself again.

The hotel is located across the street from the inner harbor. The beds are comfy and the room was clean. The nob to switch from bath to shower didn't work well so I ended up having to take a bath but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall it's a nice place but the style of it kinda dated and stuffy. They are due for a renovation.

We upgraded to the harbor view room. The room was not available when we arrived. Manager said that the room was full of smoke and needed a 24 hour cleaning. My guess it that they gave the room away to some else. The manager was very nice and accommodating. They set us up in a normal room, which was nice. The gave us free valet parking, free bottle of […] nice champagne, free drinks and a appetizer at the bar so it worked out, ok. I would stay again. 더 보기

The main reason I picked this hotel was for the pool and it closed early...I was not happy about that. The food service was very very slow...

The staff in this hotel are very, very nice from the bellmen to the maintenance guys. We had a lovely visit!

This hotel was the perfect place to stay right next door to the dinner cruise of the Spirit of Baltimore. I especially enjoyed this because this is my home town and I don't live here, but the experience brought back many happy memories!

Auke and Nicole at the front desk are wonderful. and the doorman Don and Paul were excellent as well. i would recomend this hotel to ayone that would like to be pampered

Ovaerll, great locaiton right across from Inner Harbor. We went for New Years' Eve and the convenince was wonderful. The room's condition, amenities and overall quality should have priced it about $50 less than we paid, but I figure the difference is the location. One thing I DID NOT like was they auto-charged my credit card $100 upon check in for "miscellaneous". […] That's fine (I guess), since they refund after check out, but they should have told me upon check in. After I saw the charge, I called and complained. They said there was a sign at the front desk, and I politely pointed out that a hotel of the quaility SHOULD advise guest of the $100, refundable charge upon check in. They agreed. 더 보기

This hotel has really taken a dive in quality since being taken over by Intercontinental. Getting tattered around the edges of carpeting and wallpaper. Just looking down at the heels. Our bed was a saggy, uncomfortable mess, and the pillows were huge bricks. Stay at the Monaco - much more elegant and comfortable.

hotel overall is amazing great service clean nice comfy rooms. the only cons are the area at night can get a bit seedy, parking is extremely expensive and so is wireless internet, other than those 2 things highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is not only beautiful, provides excellent customer service, but most important will go above expectation to ensure a wonderful stay. You can't go wrong. Right place, location, and service. Thank u.

Hotel staff were very courteous and professional. The room was simply awesome! My wife loved the view of the inner harbor! Although it is downtown, it sits quietly off the harbor.

My Husband and I spent a wonderful weekend in Baltimore! We would highly recommend this hotel, it was fabulous!!! We can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful hotel, walking distance to Inner Harbour.

Spent a long weekend with my husband and 5-year-old son -- loved it! We came to see a baseball game, walked right to Camden Yards. This is right in Inner Harbor by all the restaurants, science center, aquarium, shops -- perfect location. Hotel staff was lovely and the restaurants were really good. Clean, nice, cool. Not cheap, but worth it. I had expected […] a slightly bigger room with a separate area for my son to sleep - but they brought a rollaway bed and we made it sleepover style. Highly reco. 더 보기

This hotel is lovely, for those who want a classic atmosphere with paintings, antiques, etc. The location is fantastic, with the Inner Harbor just across the street, down from the Maryland Science Museum, and a purple line Charm City Circulator bus stop just down from the front door. The "courtyard" view is nothing to brag about, but take a trip up […] to the 7th floor to check out the views from the fitness room/tennis courts. Be sure to clarify where the hotel's self-parking is. We parked in the lot directly to the north of the hotel and later found out that is NOT the hotel's parking, and they charged us for 52 hours instead of the less than 48 we were there...a small thing, but a nuisance. 더 보기

This is a lovely hotel. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. We had booked an extra night and upon check-in requested to remain in our same room. To accommodate our request we were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with fresh fruit that was amazing. A chef was on hand to make omelets and the warm […] buffet was yummy, too. The waiter kept the coffee coming as we sat reading the free newspaper. Our sons were attending an event in the Convention Center located 2 blocks away. They were able to walk back to the Hotel after mid-night with no disturbance whatsoever. The Harbor views were lovely. The hotel was right on the Inner Harbor where the fireworks shows were displayed. Our room had such a wonderful view of the harbor and fireworks that we stayed in our room and enjoyed the show! The staff was wonderful, the only issue was that I had booked online and booked a smoking room for my husband. We didn't find out until we got there that the […] hotel is non smoking. A very good hotel with an especially good bar with great ambiance. The room itself was a bit sterile. Gym was good, but not great. One might want to consider the new Hilton downtown. While Hilton hotels often set the standard in sterile, the Baltimore Hilton is not one of those.

Beautiful hotel with grand staircase; professional, courteous, friendly staff; excellent food (breakfast buffet). Very comfortable room.

my wife and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary here. Wonderful, quiet, predictable evening; we enjoyed a wonderful, unique menu at the hotel and appreciated the kind and courteous staff during our visit.

A beautiful experience in Baltimore!! Location was perfect - directly across from Inner Harbor and walking distance to M & T Stadium (We were there for the NCAA Men's Lax Championships on Memorial Day Weekend.) The front desk was efficient and friendly and the staff was very helpful with directions and other information. The Winner of the weekend though […] was their restaurants. We ate in Brighton's (BEST CRAB CAKES OF THE WEEKEND!!!) and the Explorer's Lounge (delicious turkey club and a well poured Guiness). Neither restaurant seemed crowded and the servers did their best to make us feel welcomed. Our room was nicely laid out with a dressing area near the door, a very comfortable bed, reading chair, table, and desk. We did not use the Keurig, but bought large coffees in the morning from the coffee shop on the first floor - good coffee!! Even though it was a busy weekend, noise from other rooms or the hall was not a problem. It was hot and crowded outside but The Intercontinental Harbor Court was relaxing and comfortable - a very nice place to stay!! 더 보기

great location we were able to walk to the Inner Harbor as well as the Orioles Baseball game.

We've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Friendly, courteous staff. Always very clean and maintained. Delicious food. They helped to turn our weekend that started out horribly into a wonderful time. We recommend this hotel to everyone and will certainly stay here again.

My husband and I spent a lot of time looking for a hotel online and this had the best price for a weekend stay. The pictures online were very nice and it looked to be pretty modern. We arrived around 7PM on a Friday. The man that greeted us for valet service was fabulous. As we entered the hotel, the first thing I noticed was the horrible musty smell. […] The woman that checked us in was less then friendly. We were given our room number and keys. As we entered the room, we were greeted with an even more horrible smell. Sort of like that of a funeral home. The worst part was that it was too late to do anything and we were stuck there for the weekend. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The carpet was stained in several places. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room. The bed was too soft which I didn't mind, but left my husband with back pain. We went to "sleep" for the night. Good thing my husband sleeps through anything. There was a noise that sounded like a motorcycle. My husband said it must be the wind. I was awake almost the entire night with this noise because I am a light sleeper. It turned out that the window was not closed all the way which was the source of the sound. The following day we stayed out of the hotel until evening. We had dinner but were looking for dessert. There was a lounge with a woman singing, which had drinks only and the restaurant was closed. I was so happy to leave the next morning. We were greeted at our door by a bellman who was very nice and again were met by the man that valet parked us when we arrived. I would not suggest this hotel to ANYONE. There is nothing modern about it and the smell will make you sick. 더 보기

What a nice hotel. While it is a newer hotel with all the modern amenities, it had an old style classic feel to it. Our room had a spectacular view of the inner harbor. The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the inner harbor and all the sights and attractions
