My room smelled like cat pee. I was stupid and didn't say anything to management because I spent so little time in my room, but I have hard time believing housekeeping didn't also notice the smell.

Our stay was very nice. A short weekend get-away will now always include the Marquette. Handy parking (average fee ) great staff, awesome location. If you want a property that has a great "feel".. this is the one. I will be staying here for every trip in the future. Would recommend the "Alcove King" room. Great location easy walking distance to many places or catch a cab for $5

Spent 6 nights at the Marquette and found it was ideal for many reasons. Located in the heart of town close to shopping, light rail and great restaurants. A little disappointed that there was no pool or shared access to one, however the fitness centre was top notch. I will stay there again!

No microwave, no mini fridge and a shower that leaks.

We were very pleased with the hotel, we will even consider it next year in March. An added note, the free bus ride to the Convention Center offered by the bus lines was fantastic. Love what else is all close by to enjoy. Next time we will need more time.

The room was big and comfortable....no complains....will visit again!

We enjoyed the hotel and the quality of room was great. The only problem was the noise that the vents made when the heating kicked on. It sounded like a gun shot; and woke us up throughout the night. We MUST have been upgraded. We got a great deal on the room two days in advance, which we booked for a spur of the moment business meeting. We ended up on the executive level and the room was wonderful. Large, nice furniture, desk, huge shower and bathroom. We really enjoyed it! We enjoy staying at the Marquette anyway because it is hooked via skywalks […] to all of the downtown malls. I had a good time shopping while my husband attended his meeting. Hotel was nice, cheap parking is in the attached garage with in/out privileges (or vallet). Clean, very spacious rooms with attractive executive desk in king rooms. Coffee was of good quality and overall we were very happy.

We always enjoy staying at the Marquette Hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. We continue to have exceptional service every time we stay there.

Nice hotel, attatched to shopping. My husband and I stayed for the weekend away from our kids. We would come back.

Great location, nice room, right incenter of action

Very nice hotel, Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only complaint would be the neighbors loud voices / fighting, which woke us up at 7 am when we were hoping to sleep in.

My husband and I are locals but we decided to spend a romantic night downtown. We typically stay at the Marquette because it's close to the places we frequent, modern, comfortable and has wonderful service. Once again, they did not disappoint. We stayed on the exective floor so we could have access to the exucutive lounge for drinks in the evening and […] a great breakfast in the morning. I needed a room that was centrally located downtown and just randomly picked this hotel out of the mix. I was very pleased with everything. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very informative and friendly, and the building location was perfect for going out later in the evening. Restaurants were scattered in various places around the hotel; there […] were fancy places and then some more casual dining. Also, parking was very convenient. There was a parking ramp directly under the hotel. It was 15 dollars for the day and you could actually leave your car there until 6pm the next evening. No complaints here. The elevator system was the only annoying hotel related item to our stay. We could hear it going up and down all night and our room was across the hall and three doors down from the elevator system.

We loved this hotel! Extremely well located for walking to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Very clean and extremely quiet rooms. Loved the updated bathrooms and the invigorating showers! The rooms were large as well as the bathrooms. Only disappointment was the size of the "double" beds. They were actually more like a 3/4 size. No way 2 people could […] sleep comfortably in them. Next time we would definitely size up to the king beds and there will definitely be a next time! Parking was also very convenient and easy in and out. Great location. Our go to from now on when visiting Minneapolis

Nice hotels are all over, but nice hotels that have exceptional service and staff, are harder to find. My stay was perfect, everyone was great, and I actually got tired of saying everything was fine (I was asked by everyone if there was anything I needed) Special note Matt at the front desk was amazing!!!

Absolutely lovely hotel and the staff is very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great location and awesom service from the whole staff

Short walk from the light rail. Convenient to many downtown attractions. Room was nicely appointed, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

close to public transit for getting to the airport and Mall of America Nice big room with large desk to get work done and prepare for meetings.

Poor service, had to go down to lobby for service, valet wouldn't answer phones, front desk was understaffed, mini-bar not refilled so we couldn't get water, and the ice-machine wasn't working on our floor. We stay here when ever we can because of location and quality of hotel. The rooms are large and you can often ask for upgrade to corner room and view is excellent. The bed and pillows are the best and large bathroom. there is nothing we don't like abou ths hotel.

The Marquette's downtown location allowed us, in our 4 day stay in Minneapolis, not to have to rent a car. We were able to walk to two baseball games at Target Field, walk to downtown restaurants and sightsee the downtown and Mississippi River areas. The hotel was also only a short walk to the light train which we rode to the Mall of America and back; […] as well as, leaving for the airport upon our departure. The hotel room we stayed in was very nice, with comfortable furniture, especially the kingsize bed and pillows. The room was large with many windows so we could look out over the city street. The room's price was a bit higher than than what we normally would pay; but, not having to go through the car rental hastle off-set some of the cost. The staff were accomodating and friendly. We do have one complaint about hotels.com. We live in Canada; but, we also have a U.S. credit card. We booked the hotel with an american hotels.com representative and told the representative we were paying for the room with a U.S. credit card. We received our credit card statement showing the credit card had been converted to Canadian dollars which ended up costing us an addtional $30.00. We used our U.S. credit card so we wouldn't pay the exchange and ended up being charged the exchange on our statement. We contacted hotels.com three times and got the run-around, so we said the heck with it - we will never book through them again. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Minneapolis and the Marquette by Hilton; however, we will not book through hotels.com again. 더 보기

The staff and hotel were amazing. We had parking in the hotel garage and did not have to worry about a thing. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazingly clean. This hotel is wonderful. Very close to Target Center. We walked over to the game and hit the clubs on the way back. Wonderful location.

i thought this hotel was wonderful. it was pretty. it was CLEAN! (even the corners of the carpet in the hallways!) the shower and tub were amazing. we had adjoining rooms at the corner of the hotel on the 16th floor, so the view was great. we had 4 kids with us and they loved running between rooms and standing on the ledge to look out the windows at […] the city. the front desk staff were extremely courteous, helpful and patient. they even hailed us a cab and recommended a local eatery; which turned out to be very good (despite the less than friendly service). there was a delicious breakfast in the executive lounge on the 19th floor. good, strong coffee. secure parking was only $12 for the night. this was, by far, the overall nicest experience ive had at a hotel. one thing: it took me 30 minutes to find a cab that would actually take me back to the hotel from my venue. apparently they dont like to go downtown Minneapolis. 더 보기

This classic downtown is a great place to stay, right in the heart of the shopping, entertainment and sports complexes Minneapolis offers. We enjoy Basil's restaurant especially for breakfast. The evening hors doeuvres on the Executive Level were a disappointment, but the breakfast there the following morning was generous. Underground parking is difficult […] to access, with the maze of one-way streets and pedestrian only throughways that surround the hotel, but once in the parking is spaciaous and well-lighted. We live in the Twin Cities and still enjoy this hotel for an over-night downtown experience. 더 보기
