Hotel was fine for what we needed for a one night stay. The only time we were there was to sleep. The front desk ladies were nice and the one working during check in let us check in about 45 minutes early without a problem. Close to ballpark and was on the trolley route. Would have liked a bigger breakfast selection

The staff was friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast. Clean rooms. Safe area. Good location. Well priced Couldn't ask for more.

I was very disillusioned about this hotel. I have stayed in a Sleep Inn and suites before and was extremely pleased. This was outdated. Walls dirty from age, veneer peeling off around sink. And the main problem, NO BATHTUB!!!! I did not know that I need to start asking this before I book a hotel.

Staff was Friendly for the most part. Young lady behind the counter appeared agitated that I was checking in. It was the off season for baseball, the Cowboys were of course out of the running, and 6 Flags was closed which helped to make it a quiet and comfortable stay. Room was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was great, except that we requested an accessable room and were told they didn't have one as requested. All other aspects were great.

very inexpensive but very conveniant

The hotel was in within reasonable walking distance of Cowboys Stadium, which was why we were there. We've stayed there a couple of times and the walk to and from the game beats fighting traffic in our car. We'll stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was clean and nice, however the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the breakfast was pitiful.

The Hotel is within walking distance of Rangers Park and Cowboy Stadium. However, Arlington has no public transport, so you need to cab it up to Center Station and take the train into Dallas or Fort Worth. We weren't looking for a luxury hotel, because we only slept there. So if you don't care that you are getting great amenities, then it's a fine […] hotel. Hotel employee didn't seem to care that we found a large bug in our room. Otherwise, it was pretty clean. The location was great as well as the neighborhood.

Only compaint was that OU football was not carried on any TV channel.

Had stayed at other sleep in hotels with great satisfaction however, this hotel quality as far as cleannigness, room appearance,bathroom and shower were extremrly poor and would never stay their again

The place was absolutely what we wanted. It is within walking distance to parks. Hotel was clean and food was great. Microwave, frige, beds were all clean and comfortable.

Was very pleased...I had no complaints...I would stay here again!

the grounds & building maintenance was not good. the continental breakfast was minus most items most of the time the shuttle for the events was never accurate, could not get an accurate answer about arrival times. overall the serice was terrible.

Room was a typical hotel room, the tv was small and the hallways smelled like feet. Cops came to my room at 1:30 am on a Sunday lookin for me by name that the hotel shared with them, while my family was sleeping. Chose this hotel for the Rangers-Yankees series, and it's proximity to the ballpark is quite frankly all it has going for it, other than a very pleasant front desk clerk who was terribly overworked. Glad we arrived 2.5 hours before the game started because there was ONE person for manning the desk for check-in, guest services and taking phone calls. […] When I got to the front of the line (after waiting approx 30 min for 5 parties to check in ahead of me, as well as for untold # of phone calls she had to answer), she was pleasant but harried, so even though I asked about the schedule for the trolley to the ballpark, she did not give me the apparently essential trolley tickets. I can't really fault her, because the line of folks waiting to check in remained steady at 6-15 parties for a loooooong time. She couldn't catch a break at all, and apparently this resource scheduling was intentional - she was the ONLY person on the desk until 11pm, with no backup. Egregious scheduling for a beautiful Saturday in May, on a weekend when the Yankees were in town, and for a hotel that also serves Six Flags guests. The lobby was warm and humid, as was the elevator and the hallway to our room. The room was stifling when we arrived, but by the time we returned from the game 6 hours after checking in, it was nice and chilly, since we left the AC running full blast while we were gone. We had to walk back from the game (since we didn't have trolley passes), and when we got to the lobby, we tried to buy some water from the vending machine - BUT the vending machine was broken and not accepting dollar bills. The poor girl at the desk was happy to give us quarters, but we had to WAIT IN LINE because she was the only one there. Beds were old and swayed like a boat at sea when sitting, laying down, or moving at all. The room was at least quiet, and the shower was spacious with plentiful hot water. Next time I'll reserve a hotel further in advance, so I can choose a different one. 더 보기

Sleep Inn – Arlington is a great hotel for a cost-effective stay. The staff was courteous and the check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was clean, well-lighted and comfortable with all the essential amenities. The free internet service was an excellent feature of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice and the room was perfect for what we needed. The shower was the best part...stand up shower very nice.

Great location, clean rooms and good breakfast. Be aware what you sign and initial at check in... You may end up with extra charges like use of safe etc. Would stay there again.

The hotel was a nice distance from Cowboys Stadium, Ranger Park and Six Flags. It was also right off the highway. Our room smelled a bit and the bathroom is EXTREMELY small. The tv was horrible. There were times we didn't watch tv because the picture was not clear. It was ok for the money.

If I was staying in Arlington longer than two days then this hotel might not have been my first choice. It was ok, not the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in or the nicest Sleep Inn but it definitely worked. I think my main problem was the sink to the bathroom had some paint peeling and something black in it that washed away. If coming in for a Game […] it was really close to walk back from. It's about two miles but took about 20 minutes to walk and several people are walking in that direction. 더 보기

This hotel in Arlington, close to Six Flags, Ranger Stadium, and Cowboys Stadium (all within 1.5 miles) was extremely helpful in all aspects. They allowed parking during the Cowboys game, which in most cases is unusual or there is a charge. Very people friendly. Will use in the future. Our last stay in a hotel was the Sleep Inn in Brooklyn.

close to Six Flags, Dallas Cowboy stadium and Rangers Stadium. Easy to find and right between Dallas/Ft. Worth off of I-30. Newer hotel than I expected.

I booked this hotel last minute. Because of the World Series and Cowboy games being played in Arlington that weekend it was about all that was left. I was able to check in early on Saturday afternoon. I went to the room and it smelled like pickles. No big deal, I like pickles. No worries, I was drunk. Passed out.. Woke up the next morning to realize the fridge was no longer working and the tailgating food was ruined. Again, not a total loss because I can afford to skip a few meals if you know what I mean. I stumbled into the shower, and I was really in need of a shower. To my surprise, no hot water. Hey, I can handle a cold shower every now and again. So, the moral to this story..... Do not stay here unless you really love pickles and cold showers. What a joke.. 더 보기

Great location to Rangers, Cowboys and Six Flags, plus shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and comfy. Only minor problem was the a/c was not on when we got to our room, it took all evening to cool the room and it was 90 degrees outside.

My wife and I needed an inexpensive hotel for a couple of nights to visit Six Flags Over Texas. The hotel was very nice inside and out. The location was good as well. You couldn't hear any passing jets form the airport while inside of our room. Great place to stay.

We drove in from shreveport to see the Rangers. Was able to get non-Smoking room close to elevator. The staff was very friendly and seemed to care about you. The free trolley was a big plus. It picked us in the parking lot and brought us back after the game. We were very pleased with our stay.

Hotel was near all vacation sites. Easy access to freeway, main roads, and great restaurants. Check in was simple, fast, and staff was excellent. Quality of the room was great, just enough extra space. Enjoyed the breakfast and cleanliness of the eatery. Trolley access was also provided. Our driver was was super hospitable. The room was fine. It's nothing special. But it does its job. The first room was a bit dirty...the bed smelled. But the front desk folks were quick to get me into another room. Probably not a huge deal, but the walls are somewhat thin. If I wasn't of age, I might have wondered what that guy was doing to the woman in the room next door.

grat place to stay for access to area attractions, hotel is clean, staff is friendly, room was clean. you can walk to six flags ball park or take the shuttle to any thing in the area. shuttle drivers are great.

PROS- LOCATION RIGHT NEXT TO SIX FLAGS CONS- UNDERSTAFFED BIG TIME. WAITED OVER 25 MINS JUST TO GET A TOWEL AT THE FRONT DESK . IF YOU CALL THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE . SHORTAGE OF TOWELS, IN THE ROOMS AND NONE AT THE POOL. STAYED FOR TWO DAYS IF YOU ARE NOT AT THE BREAKFAST AREA RIGHT AFTER IT OPENS YOU MIGHT AS WELL SKIP IT. AN HOUR AFTER IT OPENED […] THEY WERE OUT OF JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. THERE IS AN IHOP AND DENNIS NEAR BY.SAME SITUATION BOTH DAYS .SHOWER DOOR AND SHOWER HEAD BROKE, BUT MANAGEABLE. Hotel was decent, the room was smelly. After searching I found some old takeout in the fridge. I took it out, sprayed the room, no problems after that. Nothing to watch on the TV, but bed was really comfy. Overall good stay.
