Ok hotel , but the service could've been better. Extern expensive stay during the OTC

Was very disappointed there was No free shuttle to airport !! No fridges or microwaves.

16 a night self park.. 26 for valet .. Charge for everything .. Breakfast 18 a person

I enjoyed my stay here however the location wasn't exactly what I thought. It was right near the Galleria, however I didn't really find a lot if resturaunts. (Plenty of mall food) The staff was great and so was the exercise room. I would absolutely stay here again.

PROS: Location and service at restaurant. CONS: Bad service at check-in and don't even think about booking through 3rd parties, they do not like it and you get stocked with bad rooms. The walls are so thin, you can hear the neighbors, the air condition from next door, the elevator, everything. Had to choose room at 3AM and moved to a new room just […] to find that people next door were partying all night long! Beds are not comfortable and linens are old. We found some "hair" in the bed as well. Hotel is dated. No soy milk at restaurant. I know we were in Texas, but nowadays everybody should have some soy and hopefully some vegan options. Parking expensive, but seems to be the same everywhere in Houston. 더 보기

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and extremely professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Self-Parking was easy and convenient. It was quite a pleasant stay.

The common areas of this hotel are very well done. However, I got to my room and found that the beds were uncomfortable (old spring mattress with no mattress cover), and the plumbing made a lot of noise. The shower was really loud and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Parking was free, which was a plus, but charging for internet access is archaic. […] I only stayed overnight, but would not stay here again. 더 보기

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was first class and we were very pleased. If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again.

Free shuttle to Galleria and surrounding shops and restaurants. We stayed in a King, city-view room. It was nice, comfortable, and clean.

Parking prices are terrible!!! $26 valet and $16 self park a day.. why not just include parking in the hotel prices. Terrible!

I booked this hotel for my parents after a long drive from Dallas--upon checking in and getting settled in their room, the tv wasn't functioning and they had very loud neighbors. After a gentleman tried to fix the tv to no avail, my parents had to be moved to another room. It was late and cause a minor inconvience. AlthoUgh the situation was resolved, […] I would think that a quality hotel like this would try to make sure these minor details were fixed before a customer comes to the room. I've stayed at this hotel twice now when in the Houston area, and I must say it has never failed to meet my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly, and even recognized myself and my fiance when we returned for our second visit. Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

This hotel did not live up to the hype. For the price we paid I must say we were expecting much more! When they say standard that is what they mean. There was no microwave, there was a small space in the mini bar/ refrigerator for something. The tooth paste tube that we had to request was by far the smallest, I have ever seen. At 10 at night we had […] to leave the hotel and go to Jack in the Box for something to drink. One can of Sprite was $3.50 and a bag of M&M’s was $4.00. I prefer a hotel that is inviting not those that overcharge just because. The parking is $16.00 a day! To top it off our last morning we ordered room service for one which include: eggs, three sausage links with one patty, hash browns, orange juice, and coffee. This came out to be $28.00, so needless to say that was our first and last time staying! On a good note when checking out we got the parking taking off because we were not satisfied with our stay. I have stayed in nice hotels before but this one was overpriced for no reason. 더 보기

The hotel was great, the issue was paying $10 for the first two hours or $16 to park overnight with no ability to come in and out.

didnt get what i paid for. thought we would get a seperate living room area as hotel.com said we would and we didn't. Room service on the last night was not good. Asked to get dessert (a cake and ice cream) they said no becuase the chef wasn't there.. really??!! you cannot give us cake? or even ice cream becuase the chef wasn't there!!! blah!

Overpriced , Nothing special about this hotel. Only positive is it's near the Galleria Mall. Other hotels in same area much less $$

Hotel building is too close to the highway to have a sound sleep. Poor sound insulation.

The hotel is great, staff is 5 star and so is the location ... If I had to complain about something it has to be the beds... you can feel / hear the springs. But it was not a deal breaker.

Very unsatisfactory. Would never stay at your hotel in the future.

This hotel is not as nice as it was 5 years ago. The service is standard. There were no robes and there used to be chocolate on the pillows. The furniture was dated and the room was less than spectacular. Had I not gotten it at this great price I would have gotten my money back. Not worth the regular rate at all.

As a frequent business traveler, I was impressed with this hotel, particularly the onsite restaurant. Too often the service and food at a hotel restaurant is sub-par because you are, frankly, a captive audience and let's be honest, if you had time to go somewhere else you would have. Not here. I was blown away by the staff, service, and food, so much […] so that I did something very rare for me and complimented them in person and in writing. I highly recommend this hotel. However, be aware that although it is very near to a variety of shops, they require crossing a freeway, so you will need a car or cab. That is my only complaint. 더 보기
