Brilliant, very welcoming and lovely with my two children. I asked for a room at the back overlooking the garden which we got and it was fab; we live in the country with no nightime noise at all and I was quite worried that city noises would have us awake all night - not a bit of it, it was as quiet as at home I couldn't believe it. Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. All our specific requests were met upon arrival making it a hassle free and very enjoyable holiday. Overall a great experience and we would stay there again.

Had such a good stay here, arrived 9am feet wet from all the snow, just wanting to store our luggage and change shoes! We were checked into our room right away!! Very happy! Room clean, tidy, comfy, nice view of the gardens, friendly staff always greet you.would recommend

Stayed here with friends on a visit to see the christmas festivities etc. A most enjoyable stay all round. Great location, will use this hotel again. Good breakfast too.

This was an excellent stay. The location was perfect for staying in London - right next to the tube station for Picadilly, District, and Circle lines which take you anywhere you need to go in the city. There are two major supermarkets, and several restaurants, bakeries and cafes literally seconds from the hotel. Great location, nice hotel with friendly staff and good rooms. Gloucester Road Tube access along with several good restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Recommend this for families visiting London. Natural History Museum, Science museum and others just down road within walking distance.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Across the street from the Underground Station and two grocery stores. Also, several restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient to jump on the Tube and tour London.

Location was just by the Gloucester tube stop - extremely convenient for getting around city -- although many sites are within walking distance of the hotel.. Hotel had 2 double beds in the room so a family of 4 could stay in one room. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was pleasant. Lovely grocery store across street from hotel in a shopping center […] and plenty of economical if not find dining options avail within a block or two. good location, good near-by area, conivent to go anywhere in London, but NOT a customer oriented hotel.

I was disappointed with overall service. We hardly had anyone help with our baby's stroller when coming inside the hotel from outside. Also, on first day, housekeeping decided to skip cleaning our room. The reason given to me as I was shocked when we returned later that night was that because we checked in this morning the service would begin next day! […] Also, the room was not wi-fi, wireless ready and my laptop did not work at all. I had to go in the lobby downstairs for it to work. They did not try hard to resolve the problem. The breakfast deal ended at 10 am each morning which is a little earlier than other hotels. The hotel was just a bit down the road from the Gloucester Station. Hotel staff was always extra helpful and friendly. Would definately stay there again. The only negative I found was the bed was a little hard, but not a big deal when you don't even spend much time in your room. We checked in at midnight, delayed 12 hours by the airlines, and were met by a professional, sympathetic front-desk employee, who gave us an upgrade to a beautiful 2-story suite. What a great experience! Made our airline inconveniences enroute worthwhile! This now will always be our hotel of choice in London.

New favorite hotel. Used to stay in Mayfair, but now this one is favorite..location, price, service, rooms, etc.....all fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel . Everything was very good, but we thought that the overall price of our stay could have included breakfast as the full price we paid. More than covered this extra cost.

All in all a nice hotel, very good Italian style pizza place across the street. Main pet peeve that just killed the experience though ... house keeping. Check into the room, there is a used bath towel next to the desk, another bath towel that was not folded in the bathroom, and the bathroom trash had not been emptied.
