Our stay was a nice one overall. I liked my room because it was cozy. My son enjoyed his time swimming in the heated pool! I would stay at the hotel again.

2 Nights, Sat/Sun Easter Weekend, to visit family both East and West of Islandia. Got a very good / special rate, and overall Hotel was fine. Right off LIE, GREAT, and I mean GREAT, free breakfast, very comfortable room and bed. HiDef HBO 2 complaints: (1) the refrigerator did not work, but only had soda so didn't pursue fixing. (2) When switching […] the room temparature from cool to heat, there is a modest smell that we had checked (repair person showed up less than 5 min after we called and told us that "this happens when switching to heat". Smell was gone within an hour, did not return when we furnace was re-used. Despite these issues, would stay again 더 보기

When we got to our rooms the keys wouldn't open the doors. We went back downstairs and they were reset. When we tried them again they did work only to find that the room was occupied. I am just glad they were not behind the door waiting with a gun. After that we didn't feel secure there leaving our valuables in the room. I travel a lot and I've been to plenty of hotels, but for the price this place is really worth the money. I usually dont fall asleep very easily on hotel beds , but this bed was so comfortable! It felt like a four star hotel bed. The room was clean with a fridge and microwave. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. I'm very picky with what I eat. […] Their fruits were really fresh and the omelette that they serve was so good. Even their oatmeal was good! Staff is friendly, room had good size. facility is clean and well-kept, rates reasonable. Was unhappy to find that the elevator was noisy and heard well in my room, even though I was several doors down the hall from it. I can recommend this hotel, but be sure to get a room as far from the elevator as you can.

This hotel was very nice, very friendly staff. The pool wasn't all I thought it would be and the hot tub was closed. Breaffast in the am was decent. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel - very comfortable, clean, good-sized rooms. Large hot breakfast buffet - loved the cereals, waffles, fruit, beverage choices, etc...! A bit pricey for a chain middle-of-the-road hotel, but it was Labor Day Weekend... Thanks Hampton Inn!

We made a last minute reservation for Thanksgiving week due to a family funeral. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was conveniently located for us, the rooms were neat and clean, and the place was quiet. The only complaint I have was that the message light kept flashing on our phone, even though their were no messages. I liked everything about this hotel. The check-in time was 3 PM but we reached there at 2. They let us check in early. It was nice because we had to go somewhere till 10 PM at night. We used the bathroom and left our stuff in the room. The room was nice with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and a microwave. This hotel is really comfortable, great room with separate seating area. I found the size of the bathroom a little small and the footstools needed cleaning but overall the room was great, nice coffee machine and accessories included. I didn't use the pool / fitness but seemed a little small but adequate. Breakfast was amazing with ample choice of cereals, […] breads, waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit and yogurt. Very nice hotel, very clean. Staff was efficient. They accommodated our early arrival with no problem. the Beds were so comfortable!! Right off LIE, so very convenient to many areas in central LI.

My family had a wonderful 4 night stay at The Hampton Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable, shower was great. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the pool was a little cold for my taste, but the kids had no problem jumping right in. Overall it was a great place to stay.

This was the first time we had to pay to stay someplace on Long Island, as all of our friends and family had moved away. It turned out to be a perfect choice. The first day, we stayed in room 109 -which is the bad room since the AC makes a lot of noise and the housekeeping is very noisy so we had a bad night sleep. I told the front desk and she put us into 309 for the remainder of our stay. There the AC was quiet and the hall noise was peaceful. Great Hotel. It was so clean that the monthly carpet cleaners wanted to clean our room while we were gone and steam clean the sofa. Great place to stay and close to Wal Mart and grocery store!!!!!!

Was in the area for a concert and was happy with the accommodations. The Breakfast was free and excellent and the room very comfortable, large with a large bathroom. I would stay there again if in the area.

I arrived to a very friendly face at reception, had no problems getting around, not great restaurants in the near vicnity, overall, very very clean.

Islandia Hampton Inn is a fine establishment--it has all those things you are looking for in a hotel: hot water, cleanly rooms, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, like most hotels, the walls are very thin and you are able to hear everything that goes on in the hallways and next door. This hotel is right off the LIE (495). It was a great room. I didnt expect it to be as nice as it was for the price I paid yet it had a love seat with two ottomons, a computer desk area, a king size bed and the bathroom was very nice. Again surprising me was the buffet breaklfast which was really tasty. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I would like to say that my stay an the Hampton Inn was wonderful! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. My son said they varied the food choices so you did not have to eat scrabbled eggs everyday. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and those of us who were not breakfast people could pick up a Brown […] bagged breakfast from the front desk. The rooms were very clean and even the cleaning staff were friendly and personable. The all day coffee was an excellent treat. The only thing that bothered me was the creamers. I would have preferred the regular half & half, etc. creamers that need to be refridgerated or put on ice. The ones that this hotel had were Nestle - Coffeemate creamers that did not need to be refrigerated. They gave the coffee a very unplesant taste. I actually had to grab a couple of creamers from another coffee shop to use in the coffee. You are still a great place to vacation!!! Easy access frrom the LIE and centrally located to the South & North Shore. Nice rooms and breakfast bar! Three Cheers!

Friends were in town so we decided to book the hotel...all was well except for the noisy room heater/AC unit. Close to the highway was a plus...industial park like surrounding but that did not hinder the stay. Otherwise I will reference hotels.com again and continue to seek the best bang for the buck. I haven't stayed in hotel more than one night in over 15 years. My stay couldn't have been better. I was there visiting my sick dad, who I surprised by my coming to NY. I found the accommodations exceptional. Ms. J the manager went beyond her call on duty. I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Islandia, NY to everyone looking for a pleasureable stay. […] The convenience of the Islandia Center, and the LIRR made it easy for me to get around since I didn't have a car. I just made that walk a part of my workout. The convenience of the free breakfast and internet made my stay even more relaxing. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. Hidden gem inside! My room was clean and quiet and the staff were very curteous and helpful. 24 hour hot coffee great breakfast provided free everyday were wonderful. Will stay again when I am next on Long Island.

I live on Long Island, not far from Islandia. I had friends coming up so we decided it was best to stay at a hotel. We searched multiple hotel sites until we found deals that we both could afford. I was a little leery of staying at such a cheap hotel but I figured I would give it a shot. After reading the reviews it sounded like a great hotel. It only […] took a few moments for us to check in. The woman at the front desk was very polite and check in was very fast. The hotel had a very clean feel to it, you can tell they take good care of their establishment. We walked into our room and it was very nice! There was a small window in the corner and a nice (Large) desk in the opposite corner. Both beds were very neat and clean and the bathroom was very nice with a full shower/tub combo and a caddy cornered sink. There was more then enough towels and wash clothes and the free bathroom amenities were also nice (mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, moisturizer and a few bars of soap) We couldn't have asked for a better stay!! The area is nice, there is alot to do! Down the road there is a nice outside mall with many places to eat as well as a Dave and Busters. So if you're traveling with children they will have something to do. Check out was fast and there was a free breakfast buffet offered both mornings but we didn't have time to take advantage of that. I would definitely suggest staying at The Hampton Inn. It was a very pleasant stay for myself and my guests. 더 보기
