Most of the Courtyards that I have stayed in over the last several years are a step up from this facility. The common areas are satisfactory but not comfortable. The food was OK. The room lacked the upgraded linen package and the pillows we just bad. Window airconditioner was loud. So, an adequate room for a business traveler that isn't going to spend […] much time there. We stayed at this hotel because of its location. We needed to be up at 4:00 a.m. to take the State Board Exam. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, near a grocery store, Starbucks, and In and Out Burgers, and the mall. Once we were in the room, we put the table on wheels in between the beds. We ate and studied until 11:00 p.m. We set the alarm and […] went to sleep. It was quiet, the beds and pillows were comfy and clean. After the test (she passed!) we came back to the room for a nap. The housekeepers were quiet and did not bother us. I would recommend this location. It was perfect for our trip! Check in and out was effortless. I typically make my reservations directly with either the hotel or with Marriott, but somehow even though I called what I thought was the Courtyard front desk (when I asked if I was connected to the Courtyard in Fairfield, CA, the person said yes) it turned out that I was speaking to someone from a travel agency. The person who took my reservation call […] never disclosed to me that I was speaking to a separate agency and did not tell me the agency name. Bottom line was that I was charged a higher rate than I could have obtained directly AND I had a "no-cancellation" rate quoted. When I checked out of the hotel and asked for my receipt she said that she could not provide it since she did not know the rate I paid (since it was booked through a travel agency) and had no way to print it even if she knew the rate! I need a receipt for my travel expense and I was furious feeling that that I had been scamed by the Marriott chain even though I am a Marriott Silver Elite member. Be careful if you call the local number advertised as you will be routed to a travel agency. There are too many other nicer hotels in Fairfield, CA and will likely try the other competitive chains next time I have return business there. 더 보기

I just want the world to know when you walk through the doors for the first time at this location you will fall in love with the look and staff. Arms are wide open and everyone is very helpful. Wife and I booked this hotel to escape the 6 kids we have at home. I'm so glad that we picked your place and will be back Monthly. Not to mention they worked […] us an awesome deal to use the Grand Ballroom on a monthly bases for our business events. If your going to Fairfield Ca. there is nothing better then the Courtyard... If your not happy I will buy you a drink at there very friendly bar the next time we are in town. 더 보기

The staff were great, especially the breakfast waiter. This was not my favorite hotel of this star rating. My first room smelt of cigarettes in this non-smoking hotel. My second, "view" room had a view of the parking lot. The room was not spotless but was generally clean. This is an acceptable business hotel, but will not stand out as a place that I […] would prefer to stay at. I slept well, which is what really matters although there was no thermostat in the room just a colder - warmer dial. It takes two nights to figure out the right temperature with these buttons. Expect a major chain hotel in a suburban shopping area near enough to the highway. 더 보기

I never dis appointed by a Courtyard. The rooms need a little deep cleaning - under the beds. Freeway noise is not a problem. My room was on the second floor in the freeway side.

My husband, Bruce and I did enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard of marriot Inn in Fairfield, Ca. for the Lions Club Cabinet Meeting the First One, and the Installation of the Cabinet Officers, the Presidents, The Secretaries of each Club. Bruce and I found out that the Treasurer was suppose to be at this Cabinet Meeting this month.

very good breakfast and very affordable!

This hotel was OK but for a Mariott I expected more. The room was basic, bed was not particularly comfortable, linens were not particularly nice, but the room was clean and quiet. Average hotel.

Great location and a clean hotel. The beds are too hard and it would be difficult to stay longer than a couple of nights.

This hotel is perfect for cosmotology state boards exam, a 2 min drive down the street. Hotel is clean, quiet ,felt safe and has a mini frig and microwave. Lots of resturants ans shopping close by. Free breakfast was offered at 6am, but you need to be at state boards by 5:45. Highly reccoment this for state boards. They offer a discount to people taking […] state boards as well. 더 보기

Everything about the Courtyard Marriott Fairfield was pleasant and clean. The room was well decorated and smelled fresh.The staff were polite and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The hotel was really close to the freeway do you could really hear the cars passing by and in addition the A/C unit needed it repair because it was really loud.

Great hotel, they quickly changed room for us because we didn't have hot water.

Nothing special, nothing bad.... Not

I stayed at the hotel for a night. My room was at the end of the hall way it was really noisy. It's close to high way and it was too noisy to sleep. Employees were really polite and nice and the room was spacious. The only problem was noise.

The bed is not as comfortable as Hilton chain. I chose this hotel over others because of the room service listed on hotels.com but the room service was very limited. there was no breakfast room service, I think you could order pizza from a nearby location for delivery service.
